Truitts came out this week and put a roof on our house. They gave us a fast and free quote a couple months back. They helped us make a claim through our insurance because we had excessive hail damage from earlier in the year. They came out and had our roof done in 1 day. And left our yard and drive way mess free. And the crew was very friendly. We are overly pleased with their work and would recommend them to everyone! Very highly satisfied.

I used Truitts just this last Spring. As you know it was one of the rainiest Springs we have had in years. Truitts made sure that my house was not leaking in between the time before they could start my roof. Chester from Truitts is fantastic to work with. This company is nothing less than perfect! We had first started out by needing a roofer immediately due to leaks in our dining and living area and we had called 4 roofing companies to get an estimate to fix the leak with truitts roofing being the 4th one we had called because a friend of the family had recommended them. Shawn miller one of the project managers came out along with the owner of the company and right off the bat these 2 gentlemen introduced themselves and were very polite. They came in looked at our leaky ceilings and then proceeded to ask if they could get in the attic and on top of the roof to inspect for damage. The owner of the company was very knowledgeable and found our issue within 10-15 mins which so happened to be our chimney that we had just gotten repaired last summer by another local roofing company. So while up there they found hail damage to the shingles and to the gutters which lead us to making an insurance claim in which they handled all of that for us. The insurance company came out within a week and truitts roofing was there with our insurance company on the roof with them to insure we got what we were entitled to on our claim. They had our new roof put on the very next day after we had finally gotten the money to pay for it they had it all torn off, new felt paper the whole 9 yards all in 1 day and mind you our home is 47 squares from what the insurance papers said it is a large roof. They left our property looking as if nobody was ever there not a single piece of trash or nail was found. This companies customer service is something you dont see very often. We highly recommend Truitts Roofing due to their integrity, cleanliness, fast paced, and customer service. Definitely will continue to use them for any future roofing, guttering or constriction needs.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. They did an outstanding job on my home and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Chester was very knowledgeable and professional. After the work was completed, Dakoda did a follow up to ensure everything was done correctly. Needless to say, everything was awesome. If I ever need any work done again, it will definitely be done by these guys.

We were very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the Truitt’s Roofing team. They were working on a roof in my neighborhood so I decided to give them a call. Chester returned my call immediately and we had an appt scheduled that week. Their bid was very thorough and we felt the pricing was fair. This was a crazy and stressful summer to put on a roof with all the rain and ours was going to take several days to complete. I never worried once because Chester was always in communication with me every day until the project was complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
