    Absolutely Fantastic Company! Very knowledgeable, friendly, transparent, punctual, and professional. I ended up getting Edgar as my tech and had the main power line go bad at my house. He worked into the wee hours of the morning to dig it all up and get power restored to my home! Absolutely incredible.

    Daniel Garcia came out and did some electrical work to get a new wire run and hook up our heater for a new sauna for us. We had 3 people come out and give us quotes. We felt like he went above and beyond to figure out the best and safest way to get the job done. He was right on time, got the job done well, cleaned everything up after and was very respectful. We had a great experience with him.

    The experience from beginning to end was great. I need some quick help for an unplanned issue. The operators at the office was. very pleasant, efficient, kind, professional, and informative. The repair man was very clean, professional, engaging, and knowledgeable.     Higher prices often result in higher quality and an overall better experience. Although I consider myself an average person with limited experience in electrical work, I have noticed that their practices align with the best standards available on platforms like YouTube and Quora. So far, I havent seen anyone complain about the quality of their work.And if you check other electriciansā€™ reviews, they also cost a lot. I would suggest multiple quotes before you choose any electrician.Just like buying cars, there is always a better option in electrical work; you just have to choose the specifications that you are comfortable with.

    Cold and had an appointment within a few hours and they came out and repaired what needed to be repaired. My tech was really awesome and good guy. Finish the job within an hour or so and Im back up to have my electricity hooked up. At storm ripped the wires out of my electrical box and Chase fixed it with no problem. I finance the repair and was approved within minutes. The Lending company was awesome and fix me up with low interest. I would recommend Mr Sparky to anyone at any time. Ron Stevens

    Tristen did a great job trouble shooting our fire alarm issue. It appears shock squad neglected to install the wiring linking 4 of our 8 units together when we built the house.     We had a tornado come through and damage a lot of electrical lines from the house etc. We needed an electrician to fix it ASAP so when the power company came by they could turn on the electrical . If it wasnt done they would skip over us. Called several electric companies who were all back logged and couldnt get to us until at least the next week so I called Mr Sparky and they came out the same night and did assessment and sent an electrician the every next morning who promptly repaired everything. They had called in technicians from their other locations so they could get to people sooner. Chase Stanford the technician was great to work with . I highly recommend him.

    Ezekiel was great! He was very thorough and thoughtful with the estimates, making sure that we had every avenue available to us possible. He even came back to personally explain the estimates to me because he understood that my husband and I work opposite shifts and wanted to make sure we both heard the same information before deciding what we would do. He was personable, friendly, and honestly could have fit in with our family that is how comfortable we were with him being here. The actual work didnt go to plan timing wise but that was due to waiting on the power company and not Ezekiel or anyone with Mr. Sparky. While the guys were here only a few hours later than expected, they did the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. They made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be, triple checked everything, and then went over it all, explaining again what we were looking at and made sure we were happy with what was done. Ezekiel and Andrew were great while in the house and we really appreciate that they did everything they could to make sure that not only what we asked for was done but that it was efficient and quality work. Thank you guys!

    Omg, such and amazing company. We were without power since the storms in May. We called a competitor first and while the competitor was cheaper they kept making us wait. We called Mister Sparky they got someone out within 24 hours and it was an extensive job but they got it done in about 8 hours. While they are slightly more expensive they are quicker and more efficient.

    I had a great interaction with Ezekiel today when he came out to do some troubleshooting. He took the time to tighten every connection in our breaker panel and even proactively replaced a possibly bad breaker, just to make sure that we didnt have any more problems. (Note: they replaced our entire panel a few years ago, so the parts and labor were covered by warranty.) I would definitely ask for him specifically if we ever have any new issues.

    VERY happy with the service and the resolution of our problems!!! In addition, Zeke took the time to educate me on the importance of not overloading circuits, how circuits work and why mine didnt. We had the problem for over two years but Zeke came in and after some rather impressive investigations discovered all of our issues! He was even nice enough to explain that it was an issue that many others had so we felt better about that.     After a power outage on Friday morning one room of my house had no power even after checking the circuit breakers. I called Saturday and got an appointment for Tuesday.
