Mark was GREAT!!! He found the problem and fixed it. The problem was the washer box and a “crack” in the pipe that it was supposed to drain into. He fixed everything in about 3 hours. Again, he was GREAT. We will use him with any problem we may have.

Awesome tech and came out. Looked at my furnace inspected it. He was able to identify my issue quickly and offer a solution to fix it. Old owners didn’t replace the proper thermostat so he told me how to fix the issue. Left with heat and has someone coming out to give a quote on a new unit. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

They were VERY detailed while putting the faucet, soap container-even put the soap in it for me, and I did garbage disposal button. I had never heard of that option but it’s great to have it so close to the faucet instead of up on the electrical outlet. I also had a few questions that didn’t pertain to this replacement and they were VERY happy to answer my questions and to look at it for me. VERY pleased to have gone with them and will be using them again.

We have all of our services for electrical, a/c and plumbing done by Paschal and we love the service. Today, Marin and Grant serviced out water heaters, and although we have a rather complicated set up for our water heaters in a small closet, they tackled the job with patience, efficiency and professionalism. It took them a little longer than they expected due to our crazy set up, but never complained and went about their work in a timely manner, leaving with the same great attitudes they arrived with. A couple of promises broken by this company. One is that I would save 40% on my electric bills. I saved less than 1%. The other is that they represented that I would have 2 routine service appointments included in the price of my $20,000 HVAC install. On the second call I was charged the full price. On contacting the company through their website to give them a chance to make it right, I received no response.UPDATE: Paschal responded to this review and refunded the cost of the service call. Four Stars.

Had an issue with the drain pipe and overflow system on one of the heating units - water bubble in the ceiling directly below the unit. Our “normal” company (who installed the unit May 2024) couldn’t get out until Tuesday. Dan Crotts from Paschal was there inside of an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even redid the alarm system - which was wired incorrectly. 100% professional and thorough. We are switching to Paschal for our heat & air service!!!

Ive never left a situation where a person told me my only real options are to now spend 1000s of dollars on a whole new HVAC system and somehow also left me having a more positive day than it started because of his kindness and professionalism in his job. So thankful and continue to be so impressed with the quality of talent and human integrity that Paschal hires and prioritizes to service my home. Every encounter is seamless and solution oriented.

After 3 trips out to replace what was thought to be just a bad hot water heater that also ended up being a bad regulator valve maintaining the water pressure that wasat 160 psi and should have been 40 to 70 psi it was all finished thanks to an amazing tech Caleb Weatherford he was very professional and explained everything. I would recommend Paschal to anyone and if you have a choice Id recommend Caleb and his partner for your needs

Isaac Stanfield was awesome. He explained everything and was very nice. This 5 star rating is for him. As for Paschal Air, Plumbing and Electric, I’ll not be recommending them to anyone. This service should have been free for me because the exact same problem happened 2 months ago. I’m retired and live solely on Social Security and literally live pay day to payday. This unit is a complete piece of junk in my opinion. I had a unit that was over 20 years old and NEVER had to have it serviced. This one is just a little over 4 years old and this is the 3rd time I’ve had it go out on me. I see red every time I think about it.

The workers were amazing. I dont remember all the names but the first workers, Christopher G and Cesar C, were great. They spent time actually making sure everything was proper and done right, due to scale of my job. I had my entire duct system redone and replaced from the register to the duct boots. And it took time. One day was sun up, to sun down and continuous work. I couldnt be happier knowing I can enjoy and use my new ductwork. Thank you everyone!

Every time he went to get a part or a tool from his truck, he would take off his booties and reapply them when he came back into our home. We are absolutely thrilled with our new hot water heater and HVAC system! Sean was fantastic—he took the time to explain all our options and guided us to choose an amazing Trane two-stage system. It’s only been a couple of weeks now, but the difference from our old unit is like night and day.Even though our HVAC is located in a crawlspace (not the easiest spot), the installation was flawless and completed in just one day. Sean even came back later to inspect our vents and discovered one existing vent that wasn’t fully connected. He fixed it right away, going above and beyond.The entire experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this company to our friends and family.

From the first call to the last item loaded up after installation, they did a great job! Austin was a great representative and professional sales person…I never felt like he was trying to sell me was the great part. He was an advocate for us as we worked to find the right solution for our home. Heidi, the coordinator for us, then worked with us to finish the paperwork quickly and easily. But the gold medal goes to the four techs that installed two entire heat pump units on a 98 degree day with 90% humidity. They worked from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM until the job was done. They were super friendly, tidy, clean, and they left the home clean, it was like they were never even here. In a couple hours the home was nice and cool again and we all had a good nights sleep. Thank you Paschal team.NOTE for new system shoppers. We had Nest thermostats, loved them and the app. We had the Trane thermostats installed to replace the Nest ones. They came with the new units. Not advisable if you can avoid it. The Trane thermostats are antiquated and clunky, we will be working to replace them with Nest or something more friendly as they are old tech.

Recently i purchased a home and while the inspector told us the HVAC system was older and should be replaced in the next 5 years he neglected to mention the indoor coil was quite literally nearly rusting away. I discovered this through a clogged condensate drain line full of rust. Additionally after moving in we learned it was impossible to correctly maintain the temp in a two story home with just a single stage non-zoned system. It was either too hot upstairs and freezing downstairs or the exact reverse. I tried endlessly to open/close floor registers without success. With a thermostat located at a single point in the house you are just never going to get a multi level house comfortable everywhere So after unclogging the drain and contemplating our ability to put on extra clothing while traveling up/down the stairs, i set about looking for a replacement system to solve our comfort problems.So i called for an estimate on a complete replacement with zoning. A representative from the company came the same day i called actually. I explained the problems i was having and they went about examining my current system and how to design a replacement to solve my issues. He gave me literally 6 different options that would have all solved the problem. The options varied in equipment, brand, strategy and of certainly cost. He didnt try to push one brand over another and i felt he answered all my questions honestly and throughly. After receiving the estimates and getting over a little bit of sticker shock i went about researching every option presented. As i thought through and researched the equipment options, i realized there was an opportunity to raise all the ducting up closer to the ceiling and create a huge usable space. As you can see from the before and after pics the ducting was placed close to the floor in a room with 11ft ceilings. Raising the ducting basically gave us and entire extra room within our home. Since all the ducting had to be replaced to create the zoning it just made sense to raise it. He revised the estimate to account for my request and it literally was an easy choice afterwards. The before Photos show the room is basically unusable for anything and after raising the ducts it is a HUGE storage space or Archery range or Bowling alley or Craft room for my wife? IDK, but it is SO SO much better than before! You can walk under nearly every duct without touching it.The total job took approximately 3.5 days in all which included a least one thirteen plus hour day! The guys were professional the entire time, arrived on-time, and let us know the status throughout the process. Was it flawless? Well for the most part ... actually pretty much. There were only two small mistakes. One was a simple setup issue on the zoning within the thermostat and they fixed that the very next day. The other was two ducts were flipped between zones which required about an hour or so to resolve a day or so later. With completely redesigning 21 separate supply ducts into 3 separate zones, three separate returns, flipping the units orientation, raising all the ducting, and everything else involved i honestly expected many more issues. The job was huge and i expected lots of small issues and literally there were just these two small things that went wrong. They fixed those promptly within just a day or two so it wasnt anything to fuss over. The result is my wife now feels comfortable in every single room in our home. Happy Wife Happy Life! More than that though this is honestly how the home should have been from the very beginning. These installers did a great job throughout the entire time.On that last thirteen hour plus day i offered to the guys id order them some pizza. They declined which i think they later came to regret. In fact thats the only regrets i think were felt during this entire process!

Justin Richards was AMAZING!!!! I cant say enough about his customer service. Before he came for our plumbing maintenance check our power had went out. It was still out when he came. I told him we didnt have full power. He started his check and when he went to our garage he saw that our breaker switch was half way switched and he reset it for us and we got full power back. What a blessing he was to us. I work on the computer from home and thanks to him I was able to go back to work. If he wouldnt of did that I would of had to wait for CU to come do that. What a blessing he was. The fact he was there for plumbing but was so kind to go out of his way to help us was just a blessing. I am so grateful and thankful to him. Not only did he do that for us but he thoroughly explain a issue we had and gave us a quote and explained how the whole process would work to fix the problem. JUST AMAZING!!! He was so knowledgeable I felt 100% confident that he knew what he was doing and I felt he had made sure all my plumbing was checked. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WHAT A GREAT EMPLOYEE YOU HAVE!!!

Garey came out late in the afternoon/early evening after an already long week due to bad storms in the area that caused MANY people to be out of power. Our whole-home generator had quit working and needed a new part. Garey was very professional and friendly and quickly got our generator working again so we could begin to get back to normal. This was my first interaction with Paschal (after having less-than-satisfactory experiences with a major competitor) and, for now at least, I am happy I made the switch. Would recommend highly.

David worked with us on the timing of his arrival because we had another important appointment come up at the last moment. When he got here he quickly got to work and inspected and cleaned our HVAC system. Afterwards he came and talked with us about changes to the programs we use and identified some items of concern that we may be watching for. He was super professional, very knowledgeable about his job, a great conversationalist, and seemed to be someone who Paschel needs to keep happy so he stays with your team!!! He’s a keeper!!!

Logan Moore exceeded my expectations in how thorough he was in reviewing my HVAC equipment. He was on time, professional in conduct. His explanations were detailed and presented in a way I could understand. He showed pictures of my system giving me options and prices for future preventative work.
