Excellent service today provided by Eric who re-installed my surround system after a recent remodel.Eric called me in advance to let me know he could arrive early and asked if that would be okay.Not only was he a total professional who was well educated on the equipment, but he took the time to teach me how to connect to the receiver to my phone via Bluetooth and operate everything.By the time Eric left, I was listening to music outside on speakers that I had installed in 2002 when I built the home but had NEVER been able to use.Fabulous experience, I highly recommend and will definitely be using AV Design Consultants Inc. in the future for my home entertainment and security needs.

They installed a TV above the fire place that looked great. Great Customer Service! Had a great experience from start to finish! Chris Palmer did a great job working with me to get as much accomplished within my budget. It took a few times on my part, but he was willing to do whatever I felt comfortable with. Chris was spot on with all his recommendations and I’m very glad I listened to him. The installation guys (Joe and Anthony) were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They happily answered all my uneducated questions. I pointed them to the locations of the work to be done and got out of their way! They were clean and tidy, and definitely left it better than they found it.

From the first phone call with Chris to the exist briefing with Tech Chris their customer service, knowledge, and attention to detail was second to none. The staff went the extra mile to explaining the equipment and ensured we understood what they were explaining to us. Big take away from that is AV staff wanted my family to be happy with the finished product and to be able to use it effectively.

Chris and his team at AV Design created our favorite room in the house! Our home theater. He designed it from the ground up and with a 178” screen, Sony 4K overhead projector, and Dolby Atmos 9 speakers sound system.Recently a storm knocked out the Sony projector. The following day we had a planned dinner/movie night scheduled with neighbors and friends.We called Chris and the AV Design team. We explained the situation and within 24 hours the team came to our house, removed the damaged projector, and replaced it with a “loaner” while our Sony was out for service. My parents have a universal remote that over the years has gotten out of whack. I went through Google and called every home theater company in the area. This was the only one that answered the phone when I called and it was only one of two that I got a call back from.I explained the situation and they said that they could help. We were able to get a technician out within 48 hours which was pretty good considering we did not buy the system from them originally.My parents were over-the-top impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the technician. He got everything back up and running within 15 minutes and spent considerably more time patiently walking them through system operation.This is the way to build a successful business guys.
