    Our school purchased a popcorn machine, we were so excited! When it arrived we found out we could not plug it in. I called Craine’s Electric today because we need the popcorn machine this Friday. Mr Craine came to our school, observed the situation and had a team here at 2:30! We now have a plug! The team was respectful and kind. They were quick and efficient!     Great service, very prompt. I called Craines to do an outdoor project. They were incredibly helpful with scheduling the project and answering questions I had. Their crew was very professional and thorough with their work, keeping updated along the way. The estimate was accurate with no surprises. I actually called them back out to complete a different request, and I will definitely be using them for future projects.

    I was referred to Craines by someone I was purchasing a hot tub from. From the time I called, Josh answered my call and showed up at my door a few hours later. Fast, knowledgeable and a pragmatic approach to doing business is why Craines is getting my 5 star review. In a day and age where good customer service is few and far between, Craines has exceeded my expectations!

    I have used Craine’s on three different occasions. Once commercially and another two times on my shop and home. The price was competitive but the service was outstanding. They finished the job ahead of what was originally planned and kept me posted the whole time with any changes. They did such an excellent job that I asked them to complete some work for me personally. Again, I was not disappointed. The men who came and worked on my shop and house were courteous and professional. Any electrical work I need in the future, there is no doubt they will be my first call and choice.     My husband and I had Craines Electric install a new light fixture in our kitchen and pendant lighting over our bar area. The men were very friendly and professional. They did a great job. We are very impressed with the results. We had several electricians come and give us quotes and Craines Electric was by far the least expensive. We would recommend Craines Electric to anyone for their electrical needs.

    Very happy with the work Craines and their team did. We are doing a residential remodel (adding 50amp outlet, 3 way recessed lights, hood vent outlet, etc.) These guys were very responsive, great value, and showed up early to the job and worked very fast. Highly recommend!

    Craine electric is our go to electricians and has been for several years. I’m very happy with their work and all of the craine guys have been very pleasant and easy to work with. These guys know their stuff and are super fast and very honest. We are currently working with them now on several projects in the Rogers area. My husband Jimmy Jones has had good relations with them on every job. And we also plan on using them on our future projects in Eureka Springs this coming fall.

    Im not someone who recommends companies in the service industry lightly as I am very tough with my criteria. They have to be professional, listen to my needs, explain the process along the way, communicate and be competitively priced. Craines electric and Drywall are all of these and more. They will always call you back, show up on time and their guys are always upbeat, friendly and seem to love their jobs. No job is too large or too small these guys have you covered. I wouldnt use any other electrical company in NWA.

    Great service. Ended up being a quick thing. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. Because it was so quick they didnt even charge, even after my husband and I tried to pay them. They just shook our hands and said Merry Christmas. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

    We were in need of a new electrical outlet so we called Craines Ellectric & Drywall. They arrived on time, were very courteous, kept a clean area, and cleaned up after themselves. What we liked the most is they completed the job exactly as they said. And, they are also professional drywall installers. When required to cut sheet rock they can easily match, repair and keep on going. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! HONEST WORK FOR A FAIR PRICE! Call them now, you will not be dissatisfied.

    Im really not sure why anyone would post a bad review on this compay. They are are the only people I will hire to do electric work for me. And yes they do have some young men working for them but everyone has to start somewhere. They have always been very nice and they get in there and get the job done right and if there is a problem with the work the owner will make sure that you are taking care of no questions asked. And one more thing whow gives a damm if they are going on nice trips with there family. So who ever gave a bad review sounds like youre wishing you could do the same thing and sounds like you had to much time on your hands to be a busy body and trying to cause problems so get a life. This company is going to be around for at least another 25 years or more

    Best sheetrock division in NWA! If youre in need for commercial, residential, new, remodel, patch work, or any kind of electric or sheetrock call these guys! Robert, Josh and JR(sheetrock genius) are detailed oriented, customer driven, honest, fair price, and good humans!! Call them! They did an excellent job on our shop, drop by anytime and Ill give you a tour of their work, including all LED lighting. Thanks fellas!

    I called three different electric suppliers about putting in a 220v and 50 amp plug in my free standing garage. Paschal quoted me for $12,000, Mr. Sparky gave me an appointment for 3 weeks out. Craines gave me a much better quote at $3700.Not a simple job. Had to run a new line from the electric post main line and run the lines to the garage underground. They had to go thru my garden without damaging the rock wall around it and also go thru the sprinkler system without damaging it.The Men that arrived on time and early in the day were very professional, happy, and worked pleasantly together. The weather was hot and they worked persistently eventho it was a sweat fest outside. All my plugs were perfectly in place and the 50 amp line was done without lines running outside the garage. They cleaned up all their parts and pieces.Very pleased with the results.
