The Crosslands did an excellent job fully remodeling my master bathroom. I am very thankful to Leeroy for helping make all my remodel dreams a reality! It was a big job! They stripped down the old bathroom to the concrete and studs....removed a wall, expanded the shower, moved electrical, repaired plumbing, laid patterned tile, hung custom floating shelves....literally handled EVERYTHING! I really appreciate all of their efforts, and will definitely be using them again for future projects!

We had Leeroy tear out our old deck, expand and rebuild it, plus replace our sliding glass door with a double-open French door. His work was excellent. He explained the pros and cons of each of our decisions/options, and then did exactly what we agreed upon. He even saved us money by making a suggestion regarding our deck. You cannot go wrong with Leeroy--hes efficient, honest, and turns out great work!

Leeroy put in a new privacy fence and extend the existing deck on my house. The work was fantastic quality. After the wood on the deck dried and had a few imperfections, he came out and fixed those at no additional charge. Leeroy was very quick to respond, primarily using text messaging, and always gave updates throughout the work. Payment and billing were super easy as well. I highly recommend Leeroy. Ill be having him do even more work to the house this fall.

I used Superior Restoration to build a large deck around a pool and for the vinyl siding around the pool house. Both were turned out really well. The deck was challenging as it involved nine different levels. The pool house was unusual as it involved a sliding roof, but Leeroy was able make the vinyl siding look great despite several challenges. He did a wonderful job and was easy to work with. I would definitely use him again.

Leeroy came out in December of 2015 and tore down my 30 year old fence, and then built a new one for me. He even took care of the cleanup. Turned out so great, that I called him back for a deck job this spring. He just finished that yesterday and we are loving it! He built it exactly as we had discussed and was able to put in custom benches on the side of deck next to the railing. Thanks again Leeroy, would highly recommend.

Im so glad I found the right contractor for my kitchen remolding and living room flooring project. Leeroy is very easy to talk to, always keep timely communication. Price is reasonable and the project get done beautifully. As my husband and me working full time, he was able to manage the project around our schedule, which was super helpful. I had one electricity outlet would not work after the project done and I paid in full, he immediately came back the second day and fixed it. If you are looking for a reliable, honest contractor, look no further!

Leeroy and his team were fantastic. Since they do such great work, they book up quickly, and we had to wait a few months before they were free to help with our job, but it was well worth the waitWe had a 12 french door set installed. They tore out the wall, reenforced the header, installed the door, installed electrical inside and out, repaired the drywall, and added texture to the walls, all in 2 days. Everyone on the team was great to work with, but Leeroy and Joe were very personable, friendly, and explained all steps of the process. Leeroy used to be a home inspector, and actually found some termite damage in the walls, and pointed out a few other things that he thought we should have double checkedWe will absolutely use them again when we have another project

Leeroy and his team did a fantastic job on our pergola. One thing he did that stood out was to make sure all of the materials were top notch when picking them up from the lumber supply. After the job was done they also cleaned up everything before leaving for the day (which I can’t say about every contractor I’ve worked with). On top of that he offered great advice how to maintain the pergola and overall was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to contact Leeroy again for any projects around the property.

Leeroy and his family did a wonderful job on our new pergola! He spent time to make sure the ordered material was in good condition before starting the work, which we were really grateful for. We had to special order a few beams and he sent one of them back due to forklift damage. He was very responsive when I asked questions and was very clear on the expected time-frame/scheduling. We will definitely be using him in the future!

Leeroy has been absolutely fantastic to work with. He replaced a deck for us that had been built by a competitor just 5 years ago, then he came out several times to check the moisture content until it was ready to be stained and sealed. The quality of the workmanship is head and shoulders above any other contractor that we have used in the past. We are very confident that we will be using him again for our remodeling in the future.

Several things impressed me about Leeroy and Superior Restoration. First he was super fast with contacting me and getting me an estimate and a contract. The price was very fair and I stopped looking for other bids.Our job was to replace a window and install a new storm door on our Farmington home.Next he was prompt in communicating with me about the job and progress on materials and job completion. He did a great job on installation and we love how it improved our home. Lastly, he was very through in cleaning up and his desire to leave our property looking as good or better than when he arrived.Id encourage my friends to contact Leeroy and Im confident they would be pleased. Actually, Ive just begun planning another project with Superior Restoration.

Leeroy has been helping us get through a whole house remodel/restoration of an 1896 farmhouse. Weve done some of the work ourselves and Leeroys done the rest. He does a great job of working around our projects, and seeing our vision through, even when we ask for non-standard methods or ideas. Hes been great to work with!!

Leeroy was recommended to us after we found mold in our lower level. He repaired our front foundation and re did the piping so water would no longer enter our house. He also suggested we run a dehumidifier in our 3rd garage which is close to our lake and he drilled a hole through the garage to the outside so we wouldnt have to empty the dehumidifier. When a tree fell on our lake stairs, I didnt know who to call so I called Leeroy and he came right over. His quick response was amazing. So when we had some dock and stair issues due to the last flood we called Leeroy. He drove 45 minutes on a Friday afternoon. He is so knowledgable about so many things and his work is impeccable. He has the greatest personality and we trust him Implcably. LEEROY IS AWESOME!
