Stith team came to my house the same day that I called them asking for help as it’s 91F outside and my AC unit stopped working. They were able to fix it within 30min and easily explained to me what was wrong and what we needed to do to get it fixed. Theyve helped me a couple of years ago with plumbing as well and they are always so quick and nice and feels like they charge a super fair price for things. My air conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air all of a sudden. I called Stith Plumbing & HVAC first thing this morning. The lady I talked to was super nice, caring, and very helpful! She immediately checked to see who was available. I was so happy that Lalo was available. He came right over to check out the issue. Lalo checked the filters first then went out to check the unit. He found the problem right away. What I like about Lalo is he kept me updated and explained what was going on. He was very nice and didn’t try to rush off. Lalo fixed the problem in no time and we have cold air again!I highly recommend doing business with Stith Plumbing & HVAC. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring people! Stith saved the day! I cannot say enough good things. From calling the office to getting technicians out, we had the best service. Our technicians, Ridge, Lalo, and Miguel, were professional, friendly, transparent, dog-friendly, and clean. They replaced our leaking hot water heater, which was a difficult task with some minor hiccups. They took the time to explain each step of the process and were mindful of our schedule. If you are looking for great customer service, I highly suggest this company!

We had problems with our heater, going up higher than 66° in the middle of a cold snap. Ridge came out and immediately saw that it was just a matter of blocked circulation. He fixed it and her heater was up and running in a matter of time. The guy is awesome. Sweet, kind, and gentle. What more could you ask for?

On Saturday before New Year’s Eve, my husband discovered we had a hot water tank leak. After calling numerous plumbing services, including 24 hour and holiday emergency services, Stith Plumbing agreed to send someone to our home. The serviceman came a few hours later and fixed the leak! This saved us from having to wait until the Tuesday after New Year’s Day to get it fixed. Every other plumbing service called either did not answer their phone or refused service. I appreciate and thank Stith Plumbing and will remember them in the future.

My air conditioner broke in the worst way during summer heat. I contacted Stith on a Sunday. I received a reply from the office and she worked with me to get help fast. I am nearing 71 and on some powerful medications. My unit needed a part so it took a few days but then the technicians went out of their way to get me back into air. The cost was bearable and I would definitely recommend this business

I had a fairly simple job today, could’ve been worse, but the guy came in and looked at my furnace, which was acting up, and he said all he had to do was clean the sensor, but he was super nice and very informative. HVAC work is never cheap, but I feel like I got a good deal. We will use this company again definitely.

Stith is my go-to for any and all plumbing concerns! They helped rescue me from a failed sump pump and install a new shower and laundry system for my basement unit. They even helped me get my propane fireplace running again and ran a new line for my propane cook stove. Everytime I see them they are friendly professional and upbeat about some fairly challenging work. You can go wrong with them!!

I called because a sink at my salon had a leak and within a few hours they showed up to fix it. Right away they diagnosed the problem and only took them a few minutes to get it taken care of. They were very professional and even went out of their way to prevent mud from tracking in on their shoes. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. And the lady that schedules the appointments was extremely nice. The whole company is a breath of fresh air.

My Moms heater was acting up on Christmas day and I was very concerned since I am in California and she is there in Fayetteville. I tried to call a few places and no one was answering and when I called Stith, Kathy answered the phone and I explained the problem to her. She wasnt able to help at first but called back in 5 minutes saying that her son would be able to go out and have a look at her heater AND bring her a couple of portable heaters just in case. This was a Christmas miracle to me! They got the heater working for that very cold day and were able to fix it very quickly.
