This 5-star review starts with the estimating and initial discovery process. I was blown away by how after James and I had a short, introductory conversation, we didn’t have to agonize over coordinating a walk through my home because of the video upload process they have. Once we had that first initial connection, all I had to do was follow a link to a website where I uploaded a short video with my dictation of what I was looking for. I could also provide photos/measurements to best tell the story. I submitted the video, and James studied it and called me the next day to coordinate a time to talk through details. Granted, it was a simple project, but it was still major construction to me. We discussed everything I wanted without having to coordinate a time for both of us to be on my property, without an interruption at work, and it was way more adjustable for us to flex the day/time once my calendar produced a conflict. James was so professional and respectful to me, plus the process was so efficient, that the other competitors didn’t have a chance.

I cannot say enough positive things about working with James on my project. He has been incredibly patient and flexible, even through many unforeseen challenges. James is an excellent communicator, always honest, and his responsiveness is unmatched in his field. If you have remodeling or home addition needs, you should definitely choose Valiant.

Working within the NWA Real Estate Industry, I have a vast network of agents to lean on and asked what companies to consider a room addition project. Several colleagues recommended Valiant NWA - I experienced why they are so widely recommended. I was incredibly impressed with the entire process. The transparency, the constant communication, the honest feedback, and the attention to detail all exceeded my expectations. We are thrilled with our new addition and it makes our humble Bella Vista home more flexible with a beautiful windowed space.Thank you to all that brought the project to life: James, Jake, Danny, and all the subcontractors, everyone was incredibly professional and I trusted them throughout the timeline of the build. We spoke with Valiant Homes three years ago about an addition to our house. After speaking with several other contractors, and experiencing some of their work, this is the first we felt were professional. They gave us a an in-depth look at the logistics of our project, and, even when we said we would have to wait three years, they said they would give us a call at that time. Impressively enough, three years later, we received that phone call.If you are looking for professional contractor help, these are the guys to go with.

When we had our house built, Covid got in the way, so the sunroom/porch I had hoped for was not added. After a few months we contacted Valiant to put on the addition. We are so happy with Valiant that we are considering having them put an addition on our garage. Their professionalism was outstanding from the beginning. In fact they were the only contractor at the time who returned calls.The new room not only turned out beautiful, there is absolutely no evidence from the outside that it is not part of the original build. We highly recommend Valiant

So far I have had nothing but a great experience. The fact that they actually called me back was awesome because I called 4 other builders that have yet to return a call.. The video process is extremely innovative and gave me the opportunity to show and explain what I am looking to do without interrupting my work schedule or Valiants.
