Not only did Rick respond to me quickly, Shane was experienced and professional. He knew exactly what my plumbing issue was. I’m new to the area and was worried that I might find a plumber just out for the money. Not the case here at all. Reasonable prices and great, fast, professional and friendly service. There are not enough words to explain how this company went above and beyond for us today. As a medical practice we are always busy and patients are our number 1 priority. There are time life happens and other things become priority. A leak at our office caused by an upstairs neighbor caused water to pour through our ceiling. They were able to arrive in about 2 hours, while being 45 mins away in the pouring rain. They located the problem as quickly as possible given having to wait on others to open offices. Both as a company and an individual we would recommend Rushin Plumbing to anyone for any plumbing need. They truly went above and beyond, before - during and after this service call.

You cannot find a better plumbing service. I have known Rick and his staff for more than five years. They are efficient, professional, and experts in their work. Their prices are fair, and they stand by their work. I have used them for simple, toilet issues to replacement of all of my poly pipes with Pex. Anyway, don’t hesitate to call them you will not be disappointed

Our water heater had been leaking in the crawlspace, and made quite a mess. I called up Rick the owner, and Chris came the same day, staying till after dark, along with Rick, installing a new water heater. When there was a minor issue after, they came back and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Fast, friendly service, reasonable prices, excellent company! I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rick up again in the future.

Rick and Tommy are amazing! Our water heater was broken and Tommy came out same day to diagnose it, handled the warranty claim with the water heater company, and then came back again to replace the part for us once it was delivered. He was fast & extremely professional. Rick was very communicative throughout the whole process as well and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend Rushin Plumbing.

They were pretty sure I would need a new water heater based on the description and, since it was still under warranty, picked up a new water heater before they ever even arrived at my house. They diagnosed and switched out the water heaters very quickly, whereas I thought it was going to take all afternoon. Great job.

Our water heater broke yesterday afternoon. Im currently building a new house and Rushin plumbing was brought in by my General Contractor. Im very detail oriented, critical of quality work, and requested a few custom items done. I am extremely happy with outcome of the work that Rick Rushin and his crew did. They took their time, had a high attention to detail, and did high quality work. Rick is very honest and takes pride in his craft. Building a house is a very stressful experience and it has been a relief to know that this aspect of the build was done right. I dont normally take the time to post reviews, good or bad, but Rushin Plumbing deserves it.
