Originally there was a issue with scheduling but appointment was rescheduled by Tracy. The tech that came out, Nathan, was very apologetic about the mix-up due to the holidays. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He took the time to explain exactly where he believed my leak was originating from and the connections of my piping. He even advised me on my best options for going about repairs due to my repair being a larger one!

We had a large pipe leak under our house and zoom drain came out the next day and fixed it perfectly. The plumber was very courteous and professional and quoted me a very reasonable price. Once he was done I visually inspected the work and it was done correctly. He wore plastic booties and was sure not to dirty our house. I am very pleased with the work and if I have issues in the future I will be sure to call Zoom Drain.

Austin my technician took the time to explain potential issues. He didn’t have any problems showing me what was going on. Austin made sure he cleaned up behind himself throughly (loved that & I didn’t even have to ask him to wear show covers…he came prepared and put them on w/o me asking). At 8 pm the contents of my toilet flushed into the bottom of the shower. Zoom Drain had technician Dylan at the house within 45 minutes. Dylan was very informative, helpful and had the main drain cleared and everything cleaned up in a couple hours. 10/10 would recommend and definitely appreciated it in an emergency

Nathan and other workers were amazing. I told Nathan what was going on. He took the time to show and explain step by step what was going on with our sewer line and what he needed to do to fix the problem. Nathan also went above and beyond when he found out what was going on with our drain he got and the phone with water company so they could come out and see what was going on. After that they got our water and facilities working again. Thank you to Nathan and the crew. I would hire them again for any of my plumbing needs.

But they couldnt find it.It was finally determined that the leak wS some where in the main line coming from the water meter in to the house. But, there were no indications of where the leak was, no spongy spots in the yard to indicate the actual location of the leak.I was in the process of obtaining quotes for replacing the pipe, when the leak manifested itself near the water meter.Zoom responded in a reasonable time and had a acceptable quote.Work was completed in a timely manner.

Josh came today from Zoom Drain and I was very impressed how fast he gave me my estimates and even told me the things that my last plumber failed to do, being the reason for my leak under my flooring.
