I would highly recommend Canyon Plumbing. They were easy to get an appointment with and the plumber was very knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and gave two solutions to fix it. He took the time to call me before he went ahead and did any work. (I own a rental house so I wasn’t at the property during the visit). I have used Canyon Plumbing before and I will use again

Both my water heaters went out on Sunday. They had them replaced before noon Monday morning. Super professional fast and do amazing work. Would definitely use this company again. (Side note) The plumber that came to fix my water heaters also said hes worked for a lot of companies. Canyons owner by far treats him the best.

Our AC unit stopped working a few days before one of the hottest weeks. We called three companies to provide a quote. Lexi returned my call within 60 minutes. A technician came to the house by end of that day to assess and said a quote would be sent the next day. And that’s what exactly happened. The other two didn’t respond for several days. We had to call and text to receive the quotes. Canyon Plumbing had all the parts and technicians to put in a new AC unit and a new furnace ( which was on its last leg). We did receive the quotes from the other two companies. One was $2000 over canyon plumbing’s quote. One wad $400 under. We chose canyon plumbing for several reasons; great quick response, friendly, excellent work ethics all the way from Lexi answering calls to Chad doing the installation. I have removed the phone numbers of the other two companies from my contacts. Canyon Plumbing is the only place we will continue to use and recommend! Five stars- Canyon Plumbing

If you find yourself in need a plumber choose Canyon. I awoke to find that I no longer had hot water. I called their office and spoke to Lex, who was very personable and helpful. After I explained my problem she stated she could have tech come and look into things the same day. I was not expecting same day service and was very happy she could have someone come ASAP. One hour later she texted me and stated a tech was on their way. The tech who arrived a short 60 mins later was Clay. He quickly diagnosed my problem and showed me what was wrong and explained what needed to happen. I appreciated that he took the time to explain things to me. He also took pictures of my unit and the work he had done. He was personable and professional. Todays issue was easily resolved and for what I considered to be a fair service charge. I appreciate that Canyon is a locally owned small business as I try to support local. In the event I ever need a plumber again, I would not hesitate to call Canyon.

Canyon plumbing sent a very qualified and personable licensed plumber over in less than 24 hours. Their plumber fixed the faucets and diagnosed my water heater in a very short amount of time. I’m an extremely satisfied customer!

At 2 PM today (Friday) I noticed my basement flooding. I googled plumbers in my area. The first two I called just said I would have to wait until Monday....ok...with 2 inches of water in the basement and water still pouring! I then called Canyon Plumbing and Cliff (?) answered. When I told him what was happening he said Ill be right out. He had the water turned off within 10 minutes and then fixed the problem. They are THE BEST!!!. The amount they charged me was very reasonable. Definitely call these guys if you need help.

We highly recommend Canyon Plumbing and Heating! We called them late at night on a Saturday with a sewage leak in our basement and we are so glad we did! Ryan was so very happy to come to our rescue and help us out even though it was late at night. He was also very knowledgeable about sewer ejection pumps and was able to fix the problem after alot of hard work degreasing it, even going the extra mile cleaning out the drain. He is caring and kind, and we really appreciate how well he communicated with us during this mini crisis, and took care of the problem in such a competent and timely manner. Thank you so much, Ryan!
