They were accommodating to getting the trim kits installed while the water was off for the installation of the shower surround so the water only had to be off once for that project.The surround had just been siliconed, so they took extra care with that delicacy, mostly.Ive used Craig dozens of times over the years on my projects. Out of the handful of plumbers Ive used during my tenure, Craigs the best, by far. He really is the business name sake of Quality.

Im a DIYer for most things but there are a few jobs that I call in for and Craig has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. The services Ive had done, including moving a basement drain and an urgent call for a significant leak in an old drain stack were handled in a timely and professional manner by Craig or his team. I appreciate the quality of work and the communication about what they do and why. They have helped me keep my 45-year-old home leak free and ready for the future.

I cant say enough good things about Craigs Quality Plumbing. A friend recommended them, and now I see why.When I called them about my finicky hot water heater, Craig, the owner, came out himself. He was knowledgeable and patient, walking me through what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. He made me feel like a priority and went above and beyond to get everything working again as soon as possible.

Craig and his crew replaced our 60 year old water main. In spite of the unexpected dog leg in the line, they cheerfully and expertly did the extra work necessary and finished within their estimated cost. Craig keeps his promises. Cant ask more than that!

Excellent service; knowledgeable, hardworking, and professional staff. Craig had to replace the old drain beneath the water heater, and install a new water heater. The project was extremely challenging but the new drain and water heater are now functioning beautifully! I highly recommend Craig’s Quality Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

Quick response to look at the job, scheduled in a few days and started on time. Completed on time and did a thorough and professional job. This project involved running a new residential water main to replace an old leaking galvanized pipe and making a few modifications inside the house as well.

I have a home built in 1929. Since my wife and I moved in to the home in May 2020, our shower head and handles have been leaky. The whole system was very outdated with two handles for the shower, two handles for the bath, and a handle to stopper the drain. I wanted to update the plumbing and solve the leaking problem.Craigs team provided an estimate quickly that came in at a reasonable price point. He offered expertise to help me decide how best to solve the issue at hand.Craig, Connor, and Lee arrived on time the morning we had scheduled and performed the work quickly. They were very professional and swept the areas where they had walked or left debris while working.I am very pleased with the work performed!

These guys are awesome. I had two issues. First, a union in my pipe broke and filled my basement with two inches of water. Second, I had a check valve on a sewage pump that sounded like a shotgun blast going off. Wake you out of a dead sleep. These guys show up, Craig and his helper, and have both fixed in no time at all. I was worried Id have to cut a larger section of sheetrock out to get to the union but they were able to fix it with just a small hole. The new check valve is so quiet that I cant even hear it standing right next to it Craig is awesome. He knows his stuff and is so helpful. I wouldnt use anyone else. As for time, they did call and let me know they were running late but I thought they told me they wouldnt be to my place until 1 which is when they arrived so I felt they were right on time. Thanks guys for a job well done.
