We really like working with Kingcaire. They are smart, listen to what the homeowner wants, recommend solutions that will work--and bring in an experienced crew that get the job done right and on time.We have had them work on numerous projects in our home. They are very professional and caring! I dont trust anyone else with our home. If something needs attention they always make it right. The end result was a superb solution, beautiful Kitchen, Attic and basement. 100% makeover with BEST, Beautiful Result. ,We were so happy that now. Mr. Billy and crew are really great to work with, Amazing Service A+.

We had Billy and his team renovate and install new kitchen. And all I have to say is WOW! We were so pleased with the outcome. He took our small galley kitchen and opened it up to our dining room to make it the most inviting space. Everyone was so courteous, prompt and kept my place clean at the end of each day. They did a fantastic job! - not to mention- they stayed on budget. Our home is old and Billy made it look modern and trendy. I cant say enough about Kingcaire construction. Thank you!

Billy Mulcaire (Kingcaire Construction Company) came highly recommended to us by several friends and neighbors when we needed renovation work performed on our home. We were in the midst of our wedding preparations and we’re planning to merge our homes in a couple of months and wanted to renovate our home prior to our big day. Needless to say, we were in a rush and were looking for professional help on an expedited basis. Shortly after receiving the referral, we connected with Billy who advised that he could make himself available to complete the renovations within our very short timeframe. He came to our home first thing the next day with his associate and completed the estimate that same day. His work proposal was very reasonable and competitively priced. We moved ahead with his proposal and were very satisfied with the work, which was not only excellent and exactly what we wanted but on time and within our budget. We were extremely happy, not only with the end results but also the overall experience. Billy took a very stressful situation and made it painless for us. He was reliable, professional, diligent and very accommodating. He certainly lived up to the referral. I would highly recommend his services based on our experience and that of the friends and neighbors who recommended him to us.

The site wont let me give Kingcaire construction a 6-star rating, but would if I could. We just completed an extensive renovation of our 100-year old home that ultimately involved all 4 floors and are thrilled with the results thanks to Billy and his teams skill, expertise and attention to detail. His team was our first choice from the start and will be for any future projects we may have.

I used Kingcaire Construction for some remodeling and Renovation work on my home in Potomac. The schedule was critical as we were putting our home on the market due to having to re-locate for work.Billy identified some critical items which were needed to be completed in order to give added value to the home.The team at Kingcaire were punctual arriving when they said they would, kept the work areas tidy on a daily basis,completed the scopes of work in a timely manner and with excellent craftsmanship.Getting a home ready for a sale is stressful, to some adding the stress of some remodeling renovations prior to putting the home on the market would be a nightmare. But in this instance using KingCaire Construction made the renovation process easy, Billy displayed great professionalism and provided top notch work at a fair price.The work they completed greatly assisted us in realizing additional profit from the sale of our home.It was tough to leave the house behind especially after the work they did.I would strongly recommend Billy and the team at Kingcaire Construction and wish that I had a resource of the same Caliber here in my new home in upstate

KIngCaire carried out a major seven month remodeling project on our large older house (over 100 years old) and did a superb job. Although we had an architect design the project, a number of unforseen challenges came up that were not apparent in the planning stages, such as some significant structural issues behind walls. Billy readily adapted to these and implemented very sensible, effective, and economical solutions, and kept this complex project on track. In addition, as the project proceeded, we made a number of changes and add-on requests to the original plans, such as the installation of custom made cabinets/bookshelves. Again, Billy worked closely with us and some of these add-ons turned out to be the highlights of the whole project. We were endlessly impressed by Billys desire to do very high quality work but in the most economical way possible. We stayed in the house during the project and Billy and his team were exceptionally careful to work with us to minimize disruptions and inconveniences. The renovations exceeded our expectations and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Excellent work on enclosing a porch area off our kitchen (under a second-floor balcony) in fall 2019. High quality work done with an eye towards our special needs (using metal screens that might be more resistant to our cats, doing separate panels for each of replacement if ever needed, etc.). They appeared on time and did the work well and in a timely fashion despite weather. They are friendly and courteous. Also fixed a grading issue in the front of our house by installing a french drain when it turned out simple grading could not do enough (they are good at solving problems efficiently and communicating changes; all the changes improved the overall job). Highly recommend them for any inside and outside construction work, especially if the house is older (ours was built in the 1930s).

Mr. Mulcaire and his team renovated both bathrooms in my condo, and did an excellent job. Very happy with how the bathrooms turned out, and the work came at a very fair price The team were punctual and professional throughout the job. Would definitely recommend and hire again for any other home improvements.

KingCaire Construction did a superb job on our basement renovation and addressed long-standing and recent plumbing/electric issues. Our space feels more welcoming, warm, safe, and overall more inhabitable!

Ive never dealt with such professionalism with a company that I have with Kingcaire Construction. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a budget in place and thanks to Mr. Mulcaire, I was also able to add some extra units. Im ever so greatful and very happy with the high standards of the finished product. I would highly reccomend his services to anyone in need of a good contractor.
