AV contractors helped us replace our deck steps and some bad wood on the deck railing for a reasonable price. Our deck feels much more safe now. We would use them again.

Reasonable prices for the deck installation and painting my fence. All the work was done in a timely manner and the work area was left tidy after completion. They went above my expectations. AV always comes through for me! They are efficient, prices are fair and they do great work. From large projects like a garage addition to smaller jobs like fixing a leaking chimney (which two other companies claimed to have fixed and didnt)! I highly recommend!

Over past 2 years, Hilario Vazquez has done several remodeling projects for me, including framing for attic renovation; reinforcing/framing bathroom floor; built bookshelves in living room; outdoor window shutters installation; rebuilt exterior wooden stairs; and installed lattice underneath stairs. All of the work has been consistently outstanding. Hilario has amazing carpentry skills that were complemented by other contractors that did other work after the framing he did. He came up with a brilliant solution to reinforcing my upstairs bathroom floor by going in through the kitchen ceiling in a way that minimized the damage to the kitchen. He is a perfectionist, finds out what you want and delivers even better work than you had in mind. I would hire Hilario again in a heartbeat!

Amazing work. Hired AV Remodeling to make my closet bigger. They knocked down the wall and made my tiny closet into a HUGE walk in closet. They painted the room and installed new ceiling lights. Everything looks beautiful. I have recommended them to all my neighbors. Hilario and Sandra were amazing to work with!!!!

Another great job from AV Remodeling. We asked them to:* replace closet shelves and reinforce the hanger bars in our walk-in closet* replace the main shower light cover* create and install 4 pull-out drawers for two large cabinets in our kitchen* replace a long toe kick board and molding* replace and reinforce drawer load extension in two other big drawers* and reinstall a ceiling fan with a new electrical metal box and install new wiresTheir work is fast, accurate, and clean and the results are beautiful. Their excellent work makes our unpacking in a new apartment a lot easier. Kudos to the team!
