I would like to recognize and credit the great work the team completed with our residential job. From project proposal, through the installation, and working with WSU for the WA Production Incentive enrollment, the experience was very professional and with superb quality. Being uncertain about what to expect, we had a ton of questions and were thankful for the patience and prompt responses. Great job, team!!

Summary: Go solar, and go NWWindandSolar.Review: I recently was referred by a friend to NWWindandSolar and I was initially skeptical, but on seeing the proposal that they had given him, I decided to give them a call. From top to bottom my experience was excellent. Devin came out to give me a quote on the system I would install and the entire time gave zero pressure and never tried to upsell me on anything. He simply gave me the facts and showed me how it would all work from a financial sense. As part of that initial assessment, he took light measurements all over the roof to see approximately how much sun/KwH I should expect on an monthly/annual basis. For reference, they quoted me at 1433 KwH in June. In June my system produced 1377, and it started 5 days in to the month. Their estimate are very close. From an installation standpoint, working with Dickson and his team was great. Dickson similarly to Devin provided plenty of answers to all my questions (some stupid questions Im sure) and the team that came out to install it took the time to educate me on how the entire system worked. As it stands with the solar loan that they recommended through PSCCU, I will actually be *making* money each month between the incentives and the cost savings.Final thoughts- If solar is something that appeals to you, take a look at it and get a quote. It is WAY more affordable that you think, and can in some situations actually be paying you money on a monthly basis. Also WA has good solar potential, in June, I had plenty of 70KwH days, and this year the weather was pretty bad.

I installed my solar system October of 2018. This company provided an excellent system, outstanding service and support throughout the installation and after. I highly recommend this company to everyone. You wont be disappointed.

NW Wind & Solar is Awesome!! From the very first quote through to the installation the team has been great! Perfect communication at every step. Paige was willing to come out to the house as many times as necessary to do reviews and gather information prior to installation. Dickson was a great project manager and the installers were great. The installers worked extremely diligently to get the job accomplished and communicated at the start of the day and at the end of each day. We could not be happier with our panels and NW Wind and Solar is still following up to ensure everything is working which is great! You wont be disappointed.

I researched a lot of companies and got several bids before settling on NW Wind and Solar. Their bid was on the lower end, and the experience was positive throughout. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly and often, and the quality of the work was as good as anyone could expect. When there was a delay in getting the power company to sign off on the system, they helped get the ball rolling again even though their work was done.I have no reservations recommending them to anyone!

We are new to solar, having just purchased a newly built net-zero house in Seattle. Our experience with NW Wind & Solar has been excellent to-date. They came out and installed a couple additional panels to insure we hit net-zero - the installers were very professional. Kevin the Division Manager came out and gave us a detailed orientation to the system and helped us understand all that goes with solar - we were very appreciative of his knowledge and they way he shared it with us. Thank you.

Summary: If you are thinking about installing solar, I would put NW Wind and Solar at the top of your list when looking for someone to do your install. Great communication with all employee levels including Office management, Billing, install supervisor and electricians.Details: The install of our 12 kW solar system (40 iTek panels and SolarEdge Inverter) in Sequim, WA started on a Monday and ended on a Thursday as scheduled. The three man install team arrived on-time every day and left our garage cleaner than it was before they started work. Eric and his crew went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed to code and that the Panels, Inverter and electrical conduit was as aesthetically pleasing as possible. I could tell that they all worked well together as a team and really enjoy what they are doing for the environment. We received quotes from NW Wind and Solar and one other Solar installer. It was an easy decision to go with NW Wind and Solar because they offered more panels for less cost and didn’t try to sell us on other products like insulation, mold barrier, etc. It’s 9:00am, partly cloudy and the inverter is already putting out 5.6 kW and the meter is spinning backwards. Doesn’t get much better than that.Cons: Having to clean the other half of the garage to make it as clean as NW Wind and Solar left the side they used during the install.

Its hard to decide what I am most impressed with NW Wind and Solars installation.....the clear outline of what they would do, all the background work they did with certifications and permissions, the updates they gave me along the way, the fast responses to my questions, the yearly production incentives and federal tax credits, or the fact that nearly all of the electricity my family will use in a year will be met by solar power!
