My electrical panel failed and I called around to get quotes to replace it. Wanted to use a small company thinking the service would be better. I wasnt disappointed. My house was built in 1979, so my panel was almost 45 yrs old. Electrical codes have changed since then and I had several other electrical issues which needed to be addressed. Austin and Josh worked really hard to install my new Siemens electrical panel and bring me up to code. The company did a good job communicated with me during the project, which I appreciated. I never did business with Galaxy before, but Im happy with how the installation went. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend using Galaxy for any electrical needs. We had a multi-day project to replace knob & tube wiring in our old house. I was recommended them after talking to neighbors who had raving reviews, received multiple quotes and they were not only the best pricing, but also the most informative in the quote process. Walked us through everything in the house, answered all of our questions and ones we didnt even know we had. They were great to work with throughout the entire process, and were minimally invasive when they needed to make a hole in the wall (normal), way less than what other companies told us theyd have to do. Overall super impressed, will use them again if needed! Also just super nice guys to work with.

I received excellent service this month from Galaxy Electric. They installed a rooftop TV antenna, along with a bonding block and whole home surge protector. It was a somewhat complicated antenna set up that Included a preamp with power passing accessories. Roger and Anatoli performed the installations and did an excellent job. They paid close attention to detail and did a very neat job. Roger returned for a brief adjustment outside the scope of work and did so very quickly. Great work! I plan to use them again in the future!

An impulse purchase put us in a position where we needed to install and EV charger sooner than later.Angel provided the initial quote but also took the time to walk me through options and placement.Clemente came in less than a week later to complete the work. Clemente was performed the work and then spent some extra time discussion location options building on Angels advice.The work was done quickly without disruption and clean up was spot on.I highly recommend Galaxy for their timeliness and quality of work.

We went with Galaxy Electric to do a full re-wire of our 80+ year old house including repositioning the electric panel and would highly recommend them! While the job was a bigger undertaking than we had anticipated, the crew who did the work was AWESOME made everything much more bearable!Fred and Clemente were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They listened to our concerns and even came up with some creative solutions to ensure they did not need to do any cutting in some of the areas with more unique walls/structures to avoid damaging the area. They communicated daily to keep us posted on what they came across and what was upcoming.It’s worth noting that we had used Galaxy Electric a few years ago to replace a mast after a storm and the City Light team/inspectors commented on the fact that our electric work looked top notch!

Completely went out of there way to make me happy. Had them install bathroom fan up grade to fan/light/ sensor. They came back multiple times for different sensors to be installed and did not charge me a penny extra sensors they bought them selves or the extra time. It was kind of crazy actually. I even offered to pay for sensor and Roger said no I just want you happy. Want a very hard working, ethical, professional electrician that does and charges what they say, look no farther. They also installed a house surge protector for $299 what is under market value for that service. Thank you.

I have been working with multiple contractors big and small over the summer on a backyard project and Galaxy electric stand out for their employees. Galaxy Electric & Solar (Predrag and Rasa) did an outstanding job on my electrical work. They installed a new 200a panel, meter base, and outside disconnect. I had contacted several other electrical companies prior and each took a couple of weeks or more just to get an estimate, and in some cases gave me an estimate and never followed through with scheduling. That was not case with Galaxy, they were prompt and scheduled the work asap. They completed the job when they said they would which was very important to me. They did a quality job and did not cut any corners. I feel confident my new electrical service and panel install is now up to code and will pass permit inspection. Thanks to Predrag and Rasa on a job well done! I will definitely call them again in the future when I plan to have a standby generator installed.

I had reached out to Galaxy for a quote to install an EV charger and from the first interaction to installation has been a great customer experience. Angel who was the manager came down to my place in a short notice and explained to me about various ideas. Honestly was giving me the most economical option and didnt rush me into it. Josh Almasan who installed the EV charger was very professional and made sure he covered the area and my car that was parked with a cover to make sure dust doesnt fall on it. I have not seen this much thoroughness or quality of work in the recent past. Highly recommend them and a professional group of people to work with. Galaxy picked up the phone! Roger was terrific and arranged to come the next morning (Saturday) at 8:00 a.m. Naturally, I was concerned that he would be competent and not gouge me for the call.Roger came as wed arranged. Best service EVER! Rasa and Pete go over and above. Had no hot water for almost a week. Other technicians misdiagnosed the problem. Galaxy came out on a Sunday morning and stayed until all was fixed. These guys are Great!My moms oven died, and because of the new electrical code, installing a new oven required a new separate 20AMP circuit.These guys came out, surveyed the site, and gave me an estimate which we accepted.They did the job on time and on budget.They left everything clean, and they wore shoe covers in the house.The breaker panel was old, and they had trouble finding a new compatible 20AMP breaker, but they found it and got it done! They also took the time to install an electrical box to secure some unused wiring and install an outlet for a replacement dishwasher. (All at no additional cost!!)

I had a great experience with Pete, Marquise and Rasa. I bought a house in Everett in May that was built in 1910. The house had 4 rooms that had ungrounded 2 prong outlets, and what I originally thought was only a little bit of remaining knob and tube wiring. Once the team realized how much of a mess the wiring was in my house, they recommended a full rewiring be done (I had a lot more live knob and tube and splicing galore). The team didnt charge me the full rate for their first visit, even though they were here for 8 hours instead of 2- 3. I ended up also upgrading my electrical panel, all for a very fair rate. They managed to do all of this in 4 days. One day for the panel upgrade and the other 3 for the full rewire. They were fast, efficient, professional, and quick to respond. They even went out of their way to help me mount my new TV on the wall, which I was just asking their advice for. These guys will go out of their way to make you a happy customer, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.They also get bonus points for putting up with my dog and being so nice to him. Hes a big dog and can get pretty excited, but they didnt mind letting him follow them around. They even brought him treats. He called within the window Galaxy gave me and told me hed be here within 20 minutes. After explaining the problem, he removed the outlet and immediately found the issue and fixed it right away. Austin also thoroughly explained everything required for 4 other projects we are considering and provided a line item estimate for each project. All in all, Im very satisfied with the work he did. We are so grateful to Pete & the whole Galaxy team!Our ancient circuits overloaded themselves and scorched in our kitchen on a Saturday, leaving us with no fridge. We called numerous companies, but Pete was the first to answer and scheduled a visit for first thing Monday. He got our fridge back up and running, and showed us how it happened. He gave us multiple options for long-term fixes and was very transparent with his estimate. His crew came out a few days later and got our ancient wiring upgraded. They also had a great idea for making the most of some access holes over my work area by popping in can lights. We were super pleased with the work and felt they went above and beyond.Pete & crew were super friendly, courteous, and genuine. I called Roger after 11 days of no heater, hot water, major appliances, and constant flickering lights. 2 other electricians had been there and were unable to fix. The previous electricians provided estimates and false claims of a faulty main breaker equaling $2000.I have never used Galexy Electric before. Roger came over the same day (3 hours after calling), and expressed concern about my situation. It took him 20 minutes to fix the main breaker, and told me i didnt need to pay him. Regardless I insisted!This company will be there for you. They care! I cannot say enough good things about them. They saved me a lot of money and headache, and I only wish i had reached out to them 11 days ago. They are my electricians for life!Thank you Roger, and Galexy Electric!!!

Pete, the companies owner was instrumental in a quick schedule time, Austin the coordinator of the project, did a spectacular job highlighting his plans, educated us as he replaced the old with the new system. He was very cordial and professional to my wife and me. We highly recommend this company. They do what they say they will do, in the time expected and are excellent to work with.
