Alex and another technician, who I unfortunately didnt catch their name, came into my workplace to diagnose our commercial walk-in freezer. Both were extremely kind and professional. Their prices are reasonable for both part replacements and labor costs. They had an extremely quick turnaround, coming in the next day after I contacted them. They diagnosed the issues quickly and repaired everything the same day, as they had all the equipment on hand. This is a great company that I would highly recommend, especially for those who need prompt and reliable service!

Mr Fridge was fast and efficient and reasonably priced. Was able to repair my fridge on the same visit to diagnosing the issue. Only issue I had was the tech told me $350 was the cost but called his boss to check on the price after he had already started the replacement process and tell me the cost was actually $475. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid the difference.

Great experience from start to finish! Got a text with an estimated arrival window the night before our scheduled service. Sasha arrived on the earlier side of that window and was professional, knowledgeable, and kind (and gave my giant dog lots of pets!) I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. The two repairmen just left. They were very thorough and kept me abreast of the situation as they were solving the issue. They were able to fix the issue and tell me how to avoid this happening again. They were also very neat and cleaned up the area. Then when that didnt work and we needed a part ordered and installed, he was on it efficiently and came out again the following week to do the more complicated fix at a reasonable price. My fairly new Kitchenaid refrigerator was having several issues, Alex responded quickly to my message, came by the next day and spent well over an hour going over my refrigerator, eventually fixing both issues I had been having as well as suggesting that, if one issue werent resolved, I could replace the component myself and he explained how, saying it wasnt necessary to call him. Overall cost for about 1.5 hours was $150 (no parts needed). Great experience, if I ever need refrigerator repair hell be my first call. We have likely a 20+ year old Subzero refrigerator that we inherited with our home. Over the past year or so, we noticed an intermittent leak from the bottom of the fridge/freezer unit. We had reached out to TWO separate repair companies, one of which we called back for a second look. They were not able to find the source.I recently found Mr. Fridge online and found excellent reviews. I submitted the inquiry online and got a text/email the day after (on a Sunday!). I cannot provide enough praise for ALEX -- he is the ONLY person who came to inspect our fridge that pulled the unit out of the custom built cabinet. Lots of manual labor, but dedication to find the source. He cleaned up the mess on the tile floor. I offered him something to drink and kindly replied, Thank you, but Im okay. Im here to take care of your problem and want to respect your time. WOW. I mean, wow. Highly recommend Mr. Fridge. Our fridge cooling stopped working yesterday, I sent an appt request around 11pm and by 7:30 am they had scheduled an appt for me for later that morning. He was unbelievably quick to determine that the fan that blows cold air from the pull out freezer to the refrigerator compartment was not working . My fridge stopped cooling correctly and the freezer was icing over. When a thaw and turn it back on didn’t fix it I had to find someone. Based on other reviews I contacted a few, and Mr. Fridge was able to see me the next day. He showed up when he said he would, quickly found the issue (burnt out fan motor) and showed me his evidence for why this was the problem, quoted me the price then repaired it quickly (he was initially worried he didn’t have a replacement part on hand but did). Overall we were happy with the service and if we have another fridge problem we would contact him again.

It turns out that not many repair places work on our brand of fridge (Fischer and Paykel) that we inherited from previous owners. However, Mr. Fridge promptly responded with my inquiry and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They were able to fully resolve the issue (broken wires in the fridge door), explaining the problem in detail and making sure the fridge was back to fully working order. They didnt mind at all when I decided to vacuum and wipe down behind the fridge when they had it pulled out, and were very friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They had to order a new part, which arrived within a couple days and now we have a happily quiet fridge again -- thank you Mr. Fridge!

The contents of our freezer was beginning to thaw unexpectedly. A thermometer inside showed it was hovering around 32°F inside, when freezers should be at 0°F. Alex from Mr. Fridge was able to come to our house the next day, which sooner than I expected. I appreciated that he called ahead to let us know when he would arrive, and he was actually a bit early. He was very professional and helpful. He showed me the inner-workings of our freezer, and helped me understand what the parts were doing and why. It turned out the problem was that it had only 20% of the freon gas that it was supposed to have. A gas leak does mean the freezer will have to be replaced, but we werent sure when that could be done. Alex was able to refill the freon as a temporary fix so that at least the freezer would keep things frozen until we could manage a replacement. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to come, how helpful he was while he was here, and that he was able to get things working again right there on that first visit. Thank you!!

Like many others, my fridge died during the heatwave. No ice cream for me! Tried GE but they just told me I was out of warranty. Tried Appliance Ambulance and they told me I was in the wrong area. Tried Alex (Mr Fridge) and was able to arrange a time for him to check out the problem quite quickly. He defrosted some ice buildup, and found that the defroster was kaput. He ordered the part, kept in contact to get me to ok the cost of the part, then came back the next week once it had arrived to replace the part and fix another leak at the back of the Fridge. Mr Fridge was the only refrigerator repair service to respond on a Saturday. They came out same day promptly, were professional, solved our problem right away, and the technician was very helpful, patient, and kind. Would highly recommend!

We have had a leaking fridge for over a year which we guessed was due to a clogged drain in the freezer. We tried calling several appliance repair places and didnt have much luck. Eventually we got in touch with a place called Appliance Hospital who claimed over the phone my fridge needed a special part that would take a few weeks to arrive, then showed up at my place 6 weeks later claiming the part was still on backorder, did nothing, claimed it would cost $600 to fix, and never returned. Weve basically just had a towel under the fridge every day since. Several months went by and our freezer got worse. Now it was filled with frost. We were at the point where we were ready to just give up on fixing it and buy a new fridge. While searching for a place to buy fridges, we came across Mr. Fridge who claimed they specialized in repairing fridges. With low expectations, I figured Id call. It was 1pm on a Sunday. They were at my place by 4pm that very day. The problem was solved within an hour and it cost me less than $300. Outstanding service. I wish I had called them a year ago. THANK YOU, MR. FRIDGE!
