Great experience with the company. Technician Jay came out for the inspection and bid. Jim in the office got me the bid the next day and we scheduled the work out for the next week. Jay arrived first thing in the morning to replace my whole panel and install a generator hook up. He was very fast and efficient, and walked me through the process of hooking up my generator. Great company to work with and will use again in the future!

Keithly electric was the only place that responded promptly and treated me well. I had tried to contact over 7 electricians prior and I was entirely baffled how I could not find a business willing to give me the time of day since my project was not massive. Eventually I reached out to a good client and asked for their recommendation, Jim from Keithly was the name and he sure is prompt and attentive. I had the work scheduled that week and completed in a super professional and timely manner. Andrii who came out and did my install was all smiles and information, he provided multiple options for the install and explained the differences so I could make an educated decision. The work is flawless and he left my garage clean, he even vacuumed up any drywall dust on the ground! really impressed overall, could not recommend more or provide higher praise.

I had Keithly upgrade my homes electrical panel to 200 amps. I got estimates for this project from two other companies, and Keithlys bid was comparable to the lower of the other two. The Residential Project Manager at Keithly was really responsive to my questions and was easy to communicate with via email, which I appreciate. They were able to do the panel upgrade within approximately three weeks of me deciding to move forward with the project. The electrician and apprentice who actually did the panel upgrade showed up on time, were pleasant to interact with, explained everything that they needed to do, answered all my questions, and completed their work on schedule. There were no issues at all during the inspection process, and I havent had any issues with my homes electrical system. I recently had a heat pump installed, and the electrician (not from Keithly) who was part of that installation team remarked that installation of both the meter and the panel (both done by Keithly) had been done especially well, and that he encounters a lot of panel/meter upgrades that have been done poorly. So, I had a great experience with Keithly, and it was nice to have someone knowledgeable confirm that they did really quality work. I would definitely recommend Keithly to someone who needs to upgrade their homes electrical panel.

After working with electricians and subcontractors of all kinds for thirty years, Ive found Keithly to be exceptional.As a Realtor I work regurlary with all types of contractors. Keithly was prompt, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Their pricing was excellent as well.
