Had my electrical panel replaced and it was 5 star service from start to finish! As You Wish was VERY communicative throughout the entire process, I was sent a text with their employee’s photo so that I knew who to expect. Also received a text with a half hour window of when they would be here. Trent came over and gave me my initial quote and was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable; he explained all of the details of the install and also walked me through the financing then set up the install appointment. Frankie and Kaleb showed up at the time I was told and I once again received a text and was able to see a live arrival time. They were also very friendly and very professional, they wore foot covers when inside and answered all of my Mom’s questions as she was here in my place. She was very impressed with how polite and patient they were. The panel looks great and I will definitely be using As You Wish for any electrical in the future!

Truly cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience with them. Doing a rewire on your home is an intimidating and pricy process, but As You Wish made it seamless, efficient and a surprisingly pleasant experience. When Dan came by to help put a quote together and get a sense of the project, he took the time to go through every step of the way with me in detail, answering every question I had and explored every option to make the project as cost and time efficient as possible for me. After he left there was no question in my mind that they were the right company for the job.I was able to get work started really quickly and was impressed within literally the first hour they were here. Shane and Gunner were AMAZING. They both are efficient, organized, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful people - Im so happy that I got to work with them specifically. They were fun to have around, were incredibly courteous, worked diligently throughout the days, and tried their best to navigate around my dog + me working from home while the project was going on. Its clear that they care deeply about what they do, and it shows in the quality of the work they did and also in how they carry themselves. Even when my quirky older home presented some challenges, they problem solved with ease and included me in the process so I could ask questions, give opinions, and understand it all. Kaleb and Frankie installed an electrical circuit breaker panel for me, complete with a house surge protector and an exterior generator outlet. They labelled all circuit breakers, explained to me where some of the critical circuits are, operation of the surge protector and the switch to generator power. They also installed 3 hard-to-reach light outlets in my house. They were professional, courteous, prompt and fast. Highly recommend.

Vince + team just finished upgrading my house from 100A to 200A, plus installing one of the new Span smart panels. They did such an awesome job and were very communicative throughout the work. Each day they were on time and very professional.One of the techs (sorry I forgot his name), even found a water leak in my crawlspace and took the time to take photos and videos of it so I could get it fixed.The end result of the electrical work looks great and functions as it should. Highly recommend!

As You Wish Electric provided outstanding customer service leading up to today’s job. Not only were they honest and friendly over the phone, but they also kept us in the loop with an arrival time on the day of the appointment and provided us with a direct contact number in case we had any questions (no AI, an actual person to correspond with). This being said, what motivated me to write this review, which I don’t do too often, was the actual service I got from the electrician who came out. Kasey D thoroughly diagnosed our issues, provided us with more than one solution, and was transparent with pricing (quote first, job after approval). He was also very friendly and allowed us to pick his brain while he worked. I often try to go with sole proprietors for jobs like this but decided to put this company in the mix due to the high contractor pricing as of late. If you are in the same mind set, I’d include this company as you get quotes and opinions for your next electrical need. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did.

Had a power outage in the 2024 fall windstorm. I tree feel across our Seattle City Light service line. Called and got an assessment, estimate, and next day service at a time when so many electricians were busy. They had to replace the mast, run the service line, replace the meter and add new grounding to bring it to code. They were responsive, polite, and prompt at every level. Madison in the office and Frankie and Kaleb doing the repair work/install were exceptional. It is nice to see that level of customer service and care in any industry but especially so after a tree falls near your house.

We’d been dealing with electric issues on and off for about 2 years. Finally called As You Wish Electric because of their online reviews and we wanted electrical expertise. Their communication about the appointment time was excellent, when Trent came he was able to identify our issue, and then within 24 hours we had Vince and Peter here to work on the issue (day before Thanksgiving). It was a big job and more complicated due to having a brick house. They worked their butts off, were so polite, didn’t really take a break the entire day so they could get the job done before daylight faded, and then cleaned everything up as it was before they got here. Just excellent customer service from start to finish. Many thanks to Vince, Peter, Trent and the rest of the As You Wish team!

This is an excellent company to work with. They are friendly, quick, efficient, and got me an appointment next day. Couldnt be happier with the work they did and I will be using them for all my electrical needs from here on out. We had exterior cameras with flood lights put in, a couple of fans, and surge protection for the whole house, and they did an amazing job. With good companies that have professional, friendly workers being so hard to find nowadays, I wouldnt mess around with any other electric company.

After using these guys over a year ago I just had to call them back. The first time I used “As You Wish” I had a rental property on Beacon Hill that needed a full panel replacement because it didn’t pass inspection and needed upgrading. The company sent out Fransisco to access the situation and from start to finish he was able to work up a quote, get permits, do the job, and deal with the inspector to sign off with flying colors.Well today I had to use them again but this time for my personal house. This job was much much bigger than just a panel replacement. I am upgrading my house service from 100amp to a whopping 320amp service. I called the company to see if Fransisco was available again to come out. And yup again he was available and once again was able to quote me out and this time not only did he had to permit on this one but also had to deal with PSE coming out to deal with it especially since I live in Des Moines. This time he came out with a very awesome crew because of how big this job was. New upgraded service line in, plus had to have them run a new panel, sub panel which I’ll be using in the future for add ons. They made me feel so important with the crew they sent out. I believe the main guy this time was Bobby who coordinated with his guys Devon, Mark, and Gunner to come out and knock out this huge project in under 2 days which was amazing. And for Fransisco to be able to come out and deal with the city inspector was very helpful. I have to say without a doubt that this crew of AS YOU WISH is definitely living up to the name. I asked and I received!!! These guys didn’t play around and got down to business. I wouldn’t recommend any other company as these guys have done 2 jobs for me already and I’m sure there will be more as I look forward in buying more houses in the future.

Installed a new panel to replace the original one (1998). Added more room for additional electrical systems such as for a sauna. The new panel is up to code and seems to add additional safety to our modern home. The surge protector is much needed up here where some lighting storms occur.The team also added new GFCIs and the outlet for a bidet in the bathroom.Nick and Mike were very professional and friendly. They did professional work and were on time. They finished promptly and cleaned up. No complaints.Kasey did the estimate and sales. He was honest and professional. He gave us some discounts because he was concerned about the age and condition of our old panel. Appreciated his concerns. We do not want an electrical fire. Our home is huge investment and asset for us.

Vince and Daniel were very professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and always left our home clean and orderly. It was a big job to completely rewiring our home. I was impressed with how efficiently they worked, how accurate the job went, and their attention to keep us and our home safe. The equipment they used eliminated dust when they cut into the sheetrock! They installed a smart electrical panel which we can access through our phones! They even followed up to take care of a couple of small things a week later after we had time to live with our new system. I will call them again if I have any additional electrical needs. Mikhail was great! He stopped by just to change an outlet but he spent an hour quoting a few projects weve been thinking about completing. We ended up paying $630 for the outlet change. We were also quoted:- $5000 to replace all outlets in our house (roughly 50)- $2000 to drop a wire outside to wire up a Nest camera- $1550 to replace 5 light switches and to add one additional switch that controls the others- $4750 to redo all switches in the house (42 switches)Were looking forward to working with Mikhail again in the future!

I strongly recommend As You Wish Electric! Although we upgraded our electrical panel in 2017, over 1/2 our home remained wired by knob and tube, and that knob and tube wired four different rooms on one circuit, which led to overloading and tripping that circuit frequently! It was a headache that we somehow managed using extension cords and surge protectors. Recently, that circuit tripped for the last time on us, and we searched for a solution. I had seen As You Wish Electric vans parked at many homes throughout our neighborhood over the past few years. I called As You Wish and A/C electric for quotes, and the quotes were within 0.5% of each other. We selected As You Wish. Stephen and Alejandro were the electricians that arrived on time (late August 2024), were courteous, professional, and communicative, and finished the job in two days. It has been about a week since they finished, and they did an excellent job! The four rooms previously on one knob and tube circuit now each have dedicated circuits, all the wiring is grounded, we have whole home surge protection, and many sockets were upgraded from double to quadruple plugs! We finally have peace of mind concerning our homes electrical wiring! We also got rid of many surge protectors and extension cords, which reduced clutter! We have plugged-in and run appliances, electronics, vacuums, window a/c units, etc throughout our home simultaneously without any circuits tripping any breakers. Overall, they did exactly what we wished! We will absolutely reach out to As You Wish for all our future home electrical needs, and strongly recommend that you do the same!

Mikhail did a great job installing a new 240V outlet for our new induction stove, and even came back a couple days later when the stove was delivered and kept tripping the breaker because the Home Depot guys didnt hook the wiring up correctly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it free of charge. Really great service, but my one complaint was the new outlet cost us more than the stove (3k)! Talked to another electrician afterwards who said they would have done it for half the price. If you have the time to shop around you can find better prices, but most likely not better service.

I determined one of my breakers was shot and some iffy outlets surrounding it. Kasey from As You Wish (LOVE the name!) was awesome. Super polite and knowledgeable. Took his job seriously and was able to explain everything I asked in easy to understand language. We even walked around the home to inspect other areas like our AC. Did you know that GFCI outlets should be replaced every 15 years? Also, it is standard code that new homes built today have a whole home circuit breaker to prevent surge damage to your appliances and anything that is plugged in! He did not push any services on me yet made recommendations that were helpful and poignant. He replaced a breaker and installed the Eaton whole home circuit breaker for me in less than 2 hours all with a lifetime guarantee on the work that was done today. Thank you, Kasey! I’ll be sure to ask for you again.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars, Id do it but Im limited to 5!! Shane got here early and stayed until the work was done. He is courteous, professional, humorous, and informative. The biggest job was to fix an exterior outlet that had stopped working. After trying numerous approaches, it occurred to him that in older homes like ours the exterior outlet could possibly be on the same circuit as an interior GFI outlet. He tracked down the culprit which badly needed to be replaced, put in a new outlet, and that did it! Our exterior outlet now works perfectly. He also replaced an interior outlet that was partially burned and another GFI that was so old it no longer clicked. He replaced a light switch that actually had a hole in it, fixed a flickering light in the kitchen, and removed a daylight sensor that had stopped working from an exterior light. Along the entire way, he explained the problems and how he was going to fix them. I was so glad the company sent us an electrician with many years of experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home to do the work we needed done. When we need service again, well call As You Wish Electric and ask specifically for Shane. I would highly recommend As You Wish Electric! I called on Monday afternoon and they sent Shane out Tuesday morning to take a look at a circuit breaker that kept tripping. He was quickly able to diagnose the cause (over loaded from the air-conditioner and maybe a loose wire). He also diagnosed and fixed a bad outlet and a dead light bulb on the balcony. He was very happy to explain everything to me. Everything took about an hour of time and it was 1000% worth every penny spent.

Starting with Dan and Madison for the assessment and quote, to two excellent installation crews (Adam/Shane+ and Dave/Nick/Mark). Over a few days they upgraded and moved the breaker box in my 1950s home, ran circuits for the kitchen and living rooms, as well installed Ethernet throughout. Every day the communication was professional, efficient, and friendly. These technicians really know their stuff and are super proficient at problem solving. Kaleb, a journeyman electrician, along with his apprentice Miguel, who will be a journeyman in another few weeks, did an excellent job with our large, 5-day project including replacing 70 plugsand also 20+ light switches, including new dimmers, adding 8 locations with portals (I wanted both usb and usbc.) for charging our electronic devices, adding cannister lights to our dining room, installing 6 ceiling fans with lights and timers, and other items. As someone who does not understand details of electricity, they answered thoroughly and pleasantly my numerous questions. We started out asking for three portal locations, and then we expanded that to eight when they helped us understand what most people would like in an up-to-date larger home. We already had dimmer that were fairly new in three rooms, but we chose to update to a better style for us when we learned their function. Miguel, his assistant and soon-t-be-journeyman was just as efficient, just as understanding about my need for help with lots if information. Both Kaleb and Miguel were always polite and personable, and it was easy to tell that they held themselves to high standards. They cleaned up everything with a high-powered-vacuum at the end of each day. We have used As You Wish Electric for a very big electrical project two years ago before installation of our heat pump, including putting in a much bigger electrical panel. The quality of work is consistent, as is the quality of everyone who has worked with us. We would use them again because they are professional in every way.

He accommodated our tight timeline and made sure the work was completed in the same day. He also completely cleaned the area, something I’ve had many contractors ignore, and made sure I was pleased with the fix/understood how it worked before he left.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is they were very expensive for the solution implemented but we were in a time crunch and needed a fix within 48 hours by a licensed professional due to selling, so we didn’t have time to get other estimates and weren’t able to implement a self-install solution. They don’t break out labor and materials in the estimate so we don’t know what the hourly rate was vs materials but it was $2,200 for a 4.5 hour job to just replace 5 old, buzzing under-cabinet lights with 15 ft of strip lights.

Chris and Miguel did the actual installation of the charger and they took about an hour total to install everything and cleaned up after. Seattle, WA 98134 has completed two jobs on my home in Bothell, WA.The 1st job was completed in December 2023 the electricians did an excellent job of replacing and updating electrical sockets and switches and replacing a ceiling spot light.The 2nd job was completed August 8, 2024 and was significantly larger job including installing a new 200 AMP electrical panel, updated bonding, updated grounding, install a surge protector for the home, add two direct circuits to the home and updating of under cabinet kitchen lighting.All of their electricians were on time completed the work as-agreed and were very professional in their skill set and had great inter-personal skills.The two men completing the last job, Frankie Gomez and Caleb Swain are 5 Star electricians!I would highly recommend As You Wish Electric (and of course Frankie and Caleb).

As You Wish performed a panel upgrade at my house in August. Their permit department is very slow and they finally got around to talking to SCL after months and added an extra charge of 4K for the SCL fee out of nowhere.Be very careful, they will likely not mention any of these costs to you and simply say it’s listed under exclusions. When you’re charging thousands for a service, the minimum you can do is let the homeowner know there’s more significant charges involved. Their email to me from the permit department was “it’s not our problem, have a lovely day”…Update: The team at AYW reached out to clarify the situation and it seems to be a mismatch between their assessment of the complexity of the project and how SCL charges for fees. They offered to split half the high fees with me, which is helpful though the fees still are 5x the original estimate.

Great fast service. We hired them to install new ceiling lights in the room with only a wall socket switch in a house in east Renton. They came a bit higher on the estimate than the other contractors, but I was able to negotiate the price down. So, quote around for price discovery, then hire these guys. As you wish electric was very respectful of the property. They were also very open to suggestions, didnt show any arrogance or tried to shut me down when I asked questions and suggested some options. I would definitely hire for any future projects. They also covered the drywall cut outs with masking tape and left the plugs which was nice for the follow up repair.

We purchased a 1970s house with aluminum wiring and the original 50-something year old electrical panel. We knew it would be one of the first things we needed to fix since the lights were already flickering with minimal electrical usage during the first month we moved in.Aaron came to give estimates for both a panel upgrade and rewire. Hes super friendly and personable, and knows his stuff. We signed up to also get an electric car charger installed since we wanted to eventually get an EV.There was a lot of waiting while PSE approved the panel upgrade because the wire servicing our house from the street was old (of course) and might not support the EV charger depending on our usage.But after a month of back and forth, we were finally able to get the panel upgrade scheduled and the process did go smoothly on the day of. Vince and Frankie worked fast to ensure we had power at the end of the first workday, and then worked quickly the 2nd day to feed all of the wires into the new panel. Vince provided regular updates throughout the 2 days so we knew what to expect and understood what they were doing to optimize the panel upgrade.Ill update this review after our experience with the full re-wire of the house--were hoping it goes just as smoothly!**Post Re-wire Update**We knew the 8-day re-wire would be the most disruptive of the contractor work wed have scheduled, but thankfully Vince and Frankie worked hard to make sure it was as low-stress as possible. We had internet for most of the 8 days so my husband could continue working from home, and they finished a major zone of the house each day so we could move around them and have power still being functional in most of the house.What we appreciated most about As You Wish was there were never any oh we cant do this or that because... excuses for not being able to complete something. Vince always offered solutions for any complications that arose and consulted with us instead of making new holes or damaging things without our knowledge. First, Vince and his team, the electricians who spent days in my house, were amazing. You don’t think an electrical overhaul would be the fun part of a house project but it was a great experience. They were responsive, easy to work with, patient, and absolutely delightful. We had them take out all the old knob and tube, re-wire, and then wire for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. The house is 100 years old and has seen its share of DIY renovations. Pics of old lights (note the 8 switch bank across the room that controlled everything). Pics of new lights and switch boxes - coordinated with lots of zone options.Vince and team went above and beyond to make sure that everything we asked for was done with great care. It is not often that you have this level of customer service. They were also personable and fun, which made a difference since we were living in the house during the work.We are not electricians and had lots of questions and changed our minds …occasionally. Sometimes fixtures were late or the project was delayed. Vince and AYW were patient and took care of everything. They returned several times when fixtures were ready for them. All under the original bid.Vince would take us around and show us each new light, dimmer, zone, and switch saying “I think you are really going to like what we did here!” And we did! Our house feels safer. It can now accommodate the many electrical demands of 2 teens.Aaron scoped the project and adjusted it to make it work for us and our budget. And they stayed with the quoted price, no nickel and dimming.My contractor says AYW treats their people well and retains quality tradesmen as a result. He says, they don’t miss much and likes working with them. That matters to us. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Great company to work with. From estimate to finish it took one week to complete the project to replace our old panel and restore our electricity. Dan the electrical advisor had a clear concise estimate drafted in no time. He explained the companys many guarantees and had us set up with an appointment in days. I recently moved here to Renton, As you Wish was a contractor that was mentioned for good work. I called and had Aaron Satterfield to the house to review my 125 amp panel that was a fire hazard. What I liked was we talked about all the options we could do and I chose to upgrade the service to 200 amp based on his recommendations. Most painful part was getting PSE out to the house for the power disconnect - so be patient with that piece since its out of their hands. When we finally got a date nailed down, Shadrin Martin came to the house on day 1 with Shane Barnes and started the install, both very professional and did very nice work building the new mast on the house. Shadrin is the main electrician working with apprentices, he was super awesome to work with and did great work! Day 2 Shadrin came with Nick Avlonitis to finish up the install, I was not there this day but my wife was pleased with them and we had minimal down time with the power. Shadrin made sure we had temporary power for almost the entire time, which was much appreciated.On another note, As you wish does a great job texting you a photo of the technician arriving. I like that feature.Overall highly recommended and look forward to doing more future work with them once we get settled in. Phase 1 complete.
