Although multiple valiant attempts were made to save my costly LG fridge freezer, ultimately it was too clogged up in inaccessible areas to get it running well. Appliance Pros went above and beyond, and because, after weeks of work, they could not get it functioning 100% they took the loss and refunded my money. I will definitely be using them again!

Great experience overall!Amanda (who took my initial call and scheduled my service dates) was lovely to work with, and always reached out with timely updates along the way.Brian (technician) was wonderful - especially on the second service date when he had to put up with my cats screaming from the other room while I was on a work call. He fixed the dishwasher and kept the space clean, and then quietly left so that I could wrap up my work meeting.The cost of the service is a little high compared to the cost of a new dishwasher (dont want to create more junk in the world if something can be fixed). With that said, the pricing was always transparent and I agreed to everything, so no worries there.90 days to reach out if the dishwasher breaks again. Hopefully that will not be an issue.

Our dishwasher’s springs broke. We called Appliance Pro Repairs for service. The technician came out, ordered parts, came back and installed the new springs. The door worked fine, but we got an error code when running the dishwasher. Alfred, the supervisor, came out and discovered the drain was completely clogged. We didn’t know to clean it out! He fixed it at no charge, and taught us how to properly clean the filter. Great experience with this company!

Well done, Appliance Pros, well done!Hello - Minh worked on my refrigerator today. He said the board was fried, no lights no motor running. Tonight it’s running and cooling. The service that Brian provided was great. He is timely, professional and very nice, and I like that you get email confirmations as well as texts to let you know the repair person is on his way. I was surprised by the length of time it took to complete my repair… mostly it seems due to ordering parts for my pricey Miele dryer. I was literally without a dryer for THREE months which seems ridiculous. Apparently in this throw away world, it’s difficult to actually get parts. Not to mention I got a terrible runaround from my dealer and then Miele before even finding Appliance Pro.my guess is that repairs are a very tough business to be in judging by all the challenges it took to schedule. But, the service overall was great and my dryer is finally working again and hopefully for years to come because this whole ordeal seemed much more complicated than necessary.

My 1-year old Hisense refrigerator wasn’t maintaining a proper temperature so I called Appliance Pro Repairs. Alfred and Seberin arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem: a crucial component wasn’t installed at the factory (see photo: crimped pipes). This caused the compressor to overheat which caused the coolant to evaporate. They could fix it but it would cost almost as much as the original price of the refrigerator. They provided good recommendations for where to shop for a new refrigerator and what brands are best. I am pleased with the service I received and will call them again if I need repairs on my new refrigerator (GE brand. DO NOT BUY HISENSE!).

Today was such a wonderful experience with Appliance Pro Repairs. I had called the day before to schedule service and was fortunate to be able to get on the schedule for for today. The team was very kind and understanding when I called to discuss my experience with the appliance we have. Since that call the communication has been fantastic with timely updates of when they would be arriving along with the name of who was on site. Today Minh was helping troubleshoot and fix a new gas range we had installed in our kitchen. In less than an hour the range was working perfectly. Minh was incredibly nice and really made us feel that he was there to support and to make sure we understood the issues and resolution. The price was incredibly fair for the exemplary service we were provided.

If we could give a 6th star we would! Unbelievable service! Extremely fast response time and a true pleasure talking with the receptionist to schedule the diagnostic call. Nothing is more pleasant than having someone with a true understanding of what its like to wake up to a warm fridge a day before your trip. Fortunately we had a back up but had we not been leaving town they would have been there the next day. Parts were ordered and the install was two days later. Unfortunately we had spent a lot of money 5 years ago on a LG fridge and the cost of the repair was half the price of a new one. The silver lining is that they put in BETTER parts and now its serviceable for future repairs if needed. Our tech (Vinny) maintained constant communication and even followed up 24 hours later to make sure that we had a cold refrigerator. Seeing and experiencing true customer service these days seems to be a thing of the past and the all mighty dollar seems to take over. Not with this company! They bring their professionalism and knowledge to your door and enjoy what they do. Truly refreshing to see someone that enjoys what they do and they actually smile and shake your hand. We highly recommend Appliance Pro Repairs!!!! Dont hesitate to make the call, you wont be disappointed.!

They didnt fix my oven because the price wasnt worth it even the tech agreed, but customer service was great and the tech was also great. I called late in the day Monday and the customer service rep was very kind and gave me all the information I needed and had me on the schedule for the next day between 9am and 11am. Tech had an issue with my address which we fixed and he was here before 10am, he was quick, clean and professional. Will highly recommend and use them again if needed.

Our dryer technician was great. When the technician charged me he said “service fee plus the repairs” which I paid. Upon looking at the description of their services on google, I noticed that the service fee should have been waived if we had maintenance or repairs done, which we did. The company quickly refunded our money after we called, but it is frustrating that I as the customer have to call to get this remedied rather than them billing correctly and honestly the first time.

I read the reviews, so I figured Appliance Pro Repairs was a solid company, but I didn’t expect the technician to be that friendly and helpful! Alfred walked me through the issues I was having (which happened to be a double whammy, the fridge and the dryer). Though this was just supposed to be an evaluation, he offered to fix both appliances for me right then and there! And discount his evaluation! The issue i originally thought I had happened to be a little different once he investigated, and instead of charging me the same price we originally discussed, he lowered it appropriately to the work that was done. I generally expect maintenance companies to take advantage of situations like this, but Alfred was an honest technician. I will use this company in the future. I told him what I had done with ice dispenser, what happened & he went right to work. No wasting time, yet friendly. Checked temp, seals, opened ice dispenser motor door. Looked at everything, cleaned, made some adjustments. Put ice bin back on door, tried sample of ice through dispenser several times to be sure worked. Said dispenser motor, very costly, would need to be replaced eventually, maybe get a year more from this fix. Obviously knows his appliances. Didnt need to refer to Google manuals which has been my experience in past. Thanked him for fixing, not just putting in new motor without trying. I told him when stopped next time, Id tell him to bring motor. Ice dispenser got new lease on life, even if not forever. Appliance Pro was recommended to me by neighbor. Will definitely pay that forward & will be my appliance repair company going forward. Ive been looking for someone I feel knows business.I usually dont do reviews but high level, professional service deserves a review.
