The zoom guys did a great job! They cleaned out my outside underground drain lines flawlessly! These were between 100-150 feet in length. I strongly recommend them, very professional!

Matt was the third plumber I called for a sewer backup and I’m so glad I called Zoom Drain. Not only were his prices the most competitive but he started an extremely labor-intensive repair the next morning and completed it the same day. Call Zoom Drain first, they’re the best for price, communication, and work quality.

I want to let everyone know I recommend Zoom Drain without reservation. I called a few places 6 months ago when I initially had a drain backup. Cleaning and pumping my septic tank didnt fix it so I called one of the big plumbing companies that came out climbed on the roof and snaked the drain from the vent stack. It only solved my problem temporarily (6 mos) and it backed up again. This time I wanted it solved and Zoom Drain knew exactly what to do. Not only were they able to provide same day service, Terry and Matt were very professional and they started by running a camera from the clean out by my septic system all the way to the clog. They showed me the video and explained the procedure to unclog it and showed me the results inside the pipe all the way to the far toilet. I highly recommend calling them if you want your drain problems solved. Thanks guys I have you saved in my phone and will share it with anyone that needs your services.

Jim Radz arrived at our home just before all of my holiday company was arriving. He worked tirelessly to fix our drain issue that was keeping us from using four out of five of our bathrooms. I had a slight blockage in my sewer pipe and contacted Zoom. Zoom was able to come out evaluate the situation. The plumber contacted me when he was on the way. The Zoom plumber was amazing. He explained everything and went right to work. Once the blockage was found the Zoom plumber explained to me the situation and even showed me on camera. Once he cleared the blockage he evaluated the rest of my pipes and found another blockage that he cleared. Overall I was very satisfied and will use again. Highly recommend.

Our plumbing got clogged on New Years Day and after calling many plumbers with not much luck, Zoom was able to get there in about an hour. Jim was able to fix the issue in less than an hour and said if there were any issues to give him a call. I wanted to wait a week to leave a review in case there were any problems but everything is running perfectly. We had called several plumbers that evening including Veteran Air who we have a membership with and they actually hung up on us. Wish Zoom did a/c too! We will DEFINITELY recommend Zoom to anyone we know. Jim knew what he was doing and had recommendations so we didn’t have the problem again. Thanks Zoom!
