Mikel arrived within an hour of placing my service request. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did in terms that I could understand. He saw a few other things that needed attention and quoted me for those repairs as well. My budget didn’t allow for the extra work so he explained that I could address them at a later time when I had the money using his estimate. He didn’t pressure me and and I felt like his opinion was correct. I will definitely recommend him to others and use this company when I’m ready for the other work to be done. I’ve used the guys for over a decade for plumbing, a/c and electrical. They are simply the best! Always on time, they come immediately for emergencies. The work is always excellent and they stand behind it without question. Are they a little more? It’s completely negligible if you find that they may slightly more in some cases.You get what you pay for period. You want done right or do want to deal with headaches later?? We have had a good relationship over the years and surely it will continue into the future. Thanks guys for hiring a great team!

I had two appointments today. One in the morning for plumbing and the afternoon for AC. The morning appointment went well. The afternoon was to be between 12-6. At 5:30, I called to inquire about my appointment. I was told that the dispatch was “just about to call” to advise that the tech got tied up. After spending my whole day at home waiting, this was very frustrating. This was not the first time there was no communication. I wrote a review about the same issue from my last AC appointment. I don’t know how I am to be compensated for the time and frustration of a no show. We will see in November when my appointment was rescheduled, if I will be continuing with my service.Unacceptable!Update. I received a call and they made it right for me. I appreciate companies that are willing to work with me. Thank you!

Your company gave us same day service. Excellent. Roman was very diligent and got our older tankless water heater going. He also explained how comprehensive our service contract COOL CARE is. Roman Recommended we consider getting a new tankless heater based on the age of our current unit and its older technology. We will be doing so in a couple of months. FIVE STAR SERVICE, three start pricing. I chose this company based solely on reviews, they’ve obviously satisfied many customers. And more than satisfied even more of them.Well based on my initial experience I was very impressed with their tech. He was prompt, polite and professional. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up well afterwards. It is a pleasure to rate him five for his performance.We had lightning damage multiple appliances along with the cable box and hot water heater. And I needed the hot water heater fixed ASAP so I elected to get it replaced immediately. In hindsight I could have saved $1000.00 going with Lowes and the exact same model. So I cannot rate them high on pricing despite the military discount and other considerations. As far as the quality of service and technician, it was GREAT!!!

Very pleased with service man Ken. I explained the situations to him and Ken was able to point out the problem and what needed to be done to correct it. Ken was also able to point a problem I was unaware of on each shower turn on/off valve. He explained the cartridges are getting bad from corrosion and could go unexpectedly.He said he could tell by how much resistance there is on turning the handle.I had 3 moen cartridges replaced for bathroom showers.I would definitely recommend Cool Today and along with service man, Ken.
