Bought a toilet from Lowes and Bootz was assigned the installation. Kim in the office was so helpful getting me scheduled right away and Scott installed the product quickly and with great care. Both were friendly and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Bootz Plumbing.

I cant say enough good things about this company! Kim in the office is fantastic about keeping up with my project. Wyatt is amazing as well. Hes efficient and goes above and beyond to ensure quality service, including fixing the mistake the cabinet installers made. I would highly recommend Bootz for anyones plumbing needs and will be using them from now on. Well done, Bootz!!

What a great company! I bought a Kohler toilet from them 2 years ago and they installed it. I had a problem with it recently (it wouldnt stop running) and called them to come service it. When they came and fixed it, after they were done I asked them for the bill so that I could write them a check. Mr. Bootz said that all he had to do was to make an adjustment on it so there was no charge! Wow - impressive for sure!

Bootz replaced both of our toilets, arranged through Lowes. Wyatt did a great job on the installation: the toilets are level and solidly seated (which their predecessors were not!), he came on time, was quick and efficient even while patiently answering all my amateur questions. But what really demonstrated Bootz commitment to customer care was that when a leak developed after the install, they came straight away to fix it. Even when it became clear the leak had nothing to do with the install, Wyatt kept working diligently and methodically to determine the source, and when he figured it out, fixed that too. Further, Wyatt went the extra mile to make sure any damage to the unit below us was remediated, which helped smoothe over a very embarrassing situation. I cant imagine Bootz made any profit on that install; nevertheless we are very grateful for Wyatts dedication and skill and insisted on Bootz when we replaced the second toilet. We would not hesitate to use Bootz for any plumbing work, and give them our highest recommendation.

This company is wonderful! Were have been using them for years. Once when they couldnt come, they got another company too come. Another time, there was no charge because he just explained what we needed to do. You cant go wrong with this company.
