TLC is TOP NOTCH! We incurred a Helene Strom electrical problem, so we called TLC. The problem was evaluated, cost estimated, & permit pulled the same day. The work was completed the next morning & we are back to normal. Now thats called, GETTING IT DONE!

Office staff called prior to technicians arrival, which was on time (actually the time frame was 12-4) and he arrived at around 12:15. Thorough would be an understatement! Thomas was professional, went above and beyond, diagnosed and fixed the issue and then took the time to ask me several times if I had any questions. I WILL hire this company for ANY future electrical needs.

After hurricane Milton, I was having Electrical problems with my well And water treatment equipment. And make one phone call to TLC they took my information within an hour. I got a phone call back and Ron set an appointment . Frank came out first thing in the morning and solved My issues on the spot and the pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend TLC for residential and commercial projects. Ron was a pleasure to work with and him and his guys were timely in getting a buildout completed on time. They even accomodated me when there was a last minute change order that needed to be done to keep the project on schedule. They showed up on a moments notice and took care of it.Ron and his guys are also personable as well. I will call TLC on my next project!

A few weeks ago I was getting a new AC unit installed and the technician who is installing it or the installer had issues with the wiring and asked me to get an electrician in to get that fixed. I called a few electricians in the area and John Pfeiffer from TLC from TLC responded immediately, not only he not only that not only he responded immediately, but help me save a bunch, save a bunch of money and time by guiding me and the technician for appropriate resolution on installation for this air conditioning unit. After the installer did his own research, he came back to me saying open. “ tell your electrician that he was correct and I apologize your electrician John from TLC was correct. I had a great experience with TLC and we appreciate all the help and their expertise. I highly recommend TLC for any electrical needs.

This was a very involved job and they did an amazing job. John and John, who did the work, were two of the nicest men I have ever met. Thay stayed Day 2 until 5 pm to make sure everything was done! This is the 4th time I have used TLC Electric Inc. for mine and my sons homes and they are by far the best I have found to work with. Steve Thomas, VP, is a pleasure to work with and his office staff knows how to follow up and get the job done. My latest project was to install a receptacle for my wifes new Tesla. Even though Steve was backed up with work, he managed a very fair price and squeezed me into his schedule for the install as to not disappoint my wife. Thank you Steve & staff. The car was delivered today and the outlet worked flawlessly. TLC is my go to electrician and will be for years to come.

I havent used TLC yet but will definitely when and if the time comes, and heres why: I was having an issue with power dimming when putting on appliances and the problem was getting bad. Called TLC and the owner was pretty sure it was the neutral outside the house which would be FPLs responsibitjy. So he suggested I first call FPL and sure enough, they came out and found a bad neutral. Problem solved. Now TLC couldve come out and charged me for the first hour to diagnose issue but they didnt. Obviously, they have integrity and theyre honest so I would try them based on this interaction.

I had a federal pacific panel replaced. The TLC technician went over and above service when he found things horribly wrong with the existing panel. He was also very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Im glad I chose TLC over other electricians who bid my project.As a new homeowner of an older home, TLC is the only people I will call for all my electrical needs.

I found TLC Electric when I needed an electrician at short notice. Although they were very busy, they found someone to come out to me. He was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem right away, and didnt try to sell me unneeded equipment. I had some other, non urgent, electrical work to do and he had some great ideas - things I had not thought of. Again, he didnt try to sell me products I could obtain myself. They will be coming back to do that work and are now my go to electricians.

I was looking for an electrical contractor to do the electrical installation of a Generac generator. I chose TLC because “TLC = Tender Loving Care. That is exactly what I received and much more.Steve came out to look over the proposed project and provided us with a written proposal. Their quote was well within reason and lower than others. Andrew and Nick were over and above what I expected. They were knowledgeable, competent, polite and respectful. The scope of work included removing old Briggs & Stratton equipment inclusive of the old transfer switch and load center. Then they installed the Generac transfer switches and Smart Management modules. They stood behind the quote presented to me. It is so difficult in the Florida market to find a contractor who is reputable and honest, I am glad I made the right decision. When I need an electrical contractor, TLC is the only contractor to choose; no need to look any further!

That is very important to have a friendly, professional and helpful first contact with a new company.They sent Chris Cummings and his apprentice Josue and I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied!
