    We are so grateful for the crew that came out and worked on the mini-split and electrical for our bonus room. The guys who came out were Chad, John, Junior, and Ricky! They were amazing and did such an incredible job! We loved working with them! Chad even went out of his way to make sure that I got the electrical plates that I would be happy with. Every step of the way, they involved us and asked us questions and truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything and that is such a rare quality these days. The work they did was top notch! We are definitely giving 5 stars to Chad and his crew and your company for the work that was done and we are telling everyone about it. When we get ready to do our generator, we will be coming back to King HVAC for that because of how pleased we have been with this whole experience.     Josh came to service our system. Very nice (and funny) guy. Service was quick and he thoroughly explained everything. Service was also scheduled quickly. We have used King for years and have recommended them to neighbors. We appreciate companies like this that treat their customers right.

    They were very prompt. When it was determined I needed a new system they had someone out there within hours to give me a quote. Their quote was very well itemized and straightforward but descriptive enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. During the install there was an issue getting the new control unit to match up to the older electrical in the house. The owner himself came out since his supervisors were busy to ensure the job was finished in a timely matter. I am very happy with there service and clean up after. 10/10 would use again.

    8/18/2024 Dylan was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he did either as he was doing it, or with the pictures he had taken of the issues he had found. Understanding that we had an HVAC system that King Heating and Air is a dealer for, he offered a maintenance service contract in lieu of paying the weekend emergency fee. Given all the variables, we have become a King Heating and Air Conditioning customer!8/22/2024 Had a follow up fall maintenance service with Alex today. His service was outstanding!!! He was very thorough and checked everything that needed to be checked. He left a very detailed invoice of what he checked and detailed recommendations for us. He was very pleasant and professional. I will recommend King Heat and Air 100%!9/4/2024 Had a follow up with the electricians of Kings Heating and Air Conditioning. The installer of the system put in an incorrect configuration of the wiring and breakers, giving me two 20 amp breakers instead of one 40 amp breaker. This was noticed during the service and the electricians came out and fixed it. These guys are apparently real good. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. I didnt even know they had left until I asked my wife to go check on them to see if they needed anything.

    King has always done well by us. Our AC needed replacing and they had a new unit installed in less than 24 hours of initially contacting them. The initial tech that came out was great and punctual. The gentleman that came to quote is for a new unit was great, he answered all questions and was great to chat with. Finally, the crew that showed up for the install was first class. Thank you all for everything, for a very stressful situation, you all deliver A+ service from the get go.

    I am impressed with the service I received today.I received a quote for repair on my unit by a local competitor. It was going to be 5 to 10 Business days on a part which needed to arrive prior to being rescheduled for a repair.I called this group, Dylan came out, Fixed the problem utilizing a universal part which they had in stock for 1/2 the previously quoted price. They provided a one-year Warranty on workmanship. He was confident the repair would work, and it did.I can’t stress this enough; If you’re in Sanford and you need HVAC needs call King Heating and Air. I’ll continue to do business with them in the future. They will be my first call.

    Dylan Mims from King Heating and Air Conditioning is a very competent, polite and professional young man. He was dispatched to perform an HVAC inspection due to an insurance claim regarding some water damage on my home. The Westinghouse units on the home were installed in 2008 by an unknown company. International Residential Code has since changed and condensate lines are now required to be insulated. As a military veteran I appreciate and take comfort in knowing Kings Heating and Air Conditioning supports our community, including our greater military family.

    We recently signed up for their membership, and I’ve been very impressed with their services. We completed our first service visit then had an issue the following month. They were prompt in responding and got us back in the AC! Their service tech, Alex, has always been professional and ensures that I understand what’s going on. Their office also called the day of our appointment to let me know approximate ETA of the tech. Again, super impressed with their level of communication and professionalism all the way around!

    Great customer service I highly recommend them. We called another company at 8:00 in the morning and they said they would send someone over, 3:30 still no show and no call and on top of that wouldnt answer the phone when we called them. I called King and within 45 minutes a technician was at my door. Very professional and knowledgeable.

    Called 4 other companies and no response in 3 days. Called King, spoke to an actual human, made an appointment for that afternoon. Dylan came out, diagnosed the problem, explained everything, and arranged for the repair. Our A/C is now working and we are highly satisfied!

    It was 9:30 on a Tuesday morning when Josh rang our bell. He was here to bring cool air back into our home. He introduced himself and set to work. Within 20 minutes he identified the problem and thought he had fixed the issue. Apparently he waited to be sure the unit would have no more trouble. Glad he did as the system shut off again. He explored the issue again and found the culprit. It was a dodgy breaker. He replaced it and cleaned out the drain to avoid further problems. I asked him if he could replace our thermostat that locks and is somewhat cumbersome to deal with. He replaced it with an easy to use thermostat and had finished within an hours time. Great asset to King Heating and Air. The price was reasonable and we will be adding them to our contact list for our yearly maintenance.

    Heat pump stopped working during one of hottest days of the year. Call King at 8:30 AM, fixed the problem by 5:30 PM. The Tech. quickly found the problem and replaced the capacitor. In addition to getting the heat pump cooling again, Dyland took the time to explain a couple of other issue with our old heat pump that will require future attention. Really appreciate the promote service!

    I’ve used King Heating for 5 years and have found them reliable and responsive.I had to replace the system last year and I stayed with King after getting several quotes as they had best pricing. Today they did the fall maintenance on the system and Jacob the technician went over everything and thoroughly checked the system.I am completely satisfied with King and will continue to use them going forward.There are many companies offering this service but they are great and stand by their service. In addition I took service contract which gives discounts on service parts and preventive maintenance.I highly recommend them for any needs you have for HVAC systems.

    Easy to schedule an appointment after putting in an online request. The person I spoke with was friendly and easy to work with. The tech that came out had a good idea what the issue was and confirmed it quickly. He let me know for sure what the issue was and answered a few questions I had, then let me know he’d have the main office put an estimate together for me. However, I will not be following up for repair service because I feel the price quoted it too high for the repair indicated.

    Dylan and Nathan arrived right at 8:00AM for my 8:00 - 8:30 window appointment. I was having my system serviced under their annual maintenance contract (2 visits per year). They were professional, let me ask questions without feeling threatened, they answered all my questions and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I have a heat pump split system. They cleaned the evaporation coils, the compressor coils, emptied out my condensate pump in the basement and checked static pressure with and without the dirty filter so I could know the difference. Good work.

    AC stopped working mid day and we have 3 huskies at home that depend on our AC working. Temperature was 83 when I arrived home at 4 PM. Called several local places with no success getting a same day appointment. King got me sceduled and Jeremy was at my house within an hour of placing the call. Receptionist was pleasant and had Jeremy dispatched as she took my information. Jeremy worked quickly, found the issue, and got it fixed. He was super professional, polite, and explained everything as he went. The price was not outrageous for an emergency same day visit. I will definitely call King again if I ever need AC service.

    Leon and his crew are super! We had a new system installed and due to no fault from Kings the system unfortunately just wasn’t right. They changed that system out after many attempts to make it work properly. When the new system was installed we had a few issues and they always were available to get it right.     Our previous HVAC company told us that we needed so many repairs to our unit, it would be better to get a new one for $14,000. I called King’s, just to get a second opinion and Dylan came out the next morning. Within a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem and gave us a new estimate of $500. I am so glad I made the call!     I was scheduled with Cody to have my air conditioner serviced and cleaned. Cody made sure to inform us of his upcoming arrival and even showed up a little early. He was very polite and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. A week prior our AC went out and we had another tech by the name of Aaron come out to diagnose the issue. Same terrific service was provided! Aaron found the issue quickly and had the part we needed with him. He had us up and running like new in no time. This company is not like most!     So during the power outages with the hurricane our 4 ton decided to die. I called a few contractors to fix or provide better options for my home. So we ended up going with king because of the friendly staff and the resonable pricing for the job. We ended up going to a 5 ton for our home only because the 4 ton we had couldnt maintain a temp during the winter or summer. The new system works great and they did an outstanding job through the whole process. Definitely my go to for my hvac from now on.

    King’s people came out on the Saturday before Labor Day to look at our system while it was malfunctioning. It was determined that since our system was so old (1986!) that it needed to be replaced. By Tuesday, King already had their people out here to install a new one. Apolinar and his crew showed up early and worked all day to get out system installed and duct work redone. They were all professional, courteous, and hard working. They cleaned everything up and made sure everything was set back just the way they found it. I highly recommend using King HVAC & Refrigeration!

    5 star isnt high enough. So very grateful that upon moving here 4+ years ago we selected Kings for our mini split installation. Decided then that Kings would be who wed rely on for any issues. Kind staff from the owner down.Our main unit, original with the home 2005 gave out and Kings came out, provided all our options and installed our new unit today.     9.26 Update:Kings came out to replace my two AC units after an electrical fire. I reached out to other Emergency HVAC companies and Kings was the ONLY one that responded. I have a 4 month old baby so it was very reassuring that they came out as quickly as they did. We only had a two day wait for new ac units to be installed due to the weekend. This morning they sent two crews to tackle the 2 AC installations. Both crews were extremely friendly and on-time. They went through the entire process, cleaned up and completed both AC in less than 4 hours. I will never use anyone besides Kings. Great work and great company!!Cody S was our technician, he was friendly, on time and informative! I also submitted requests for service with many other companies and they responded the fastest. While I did not receive the best news I appreciated their honesty.

The salesman didnt try to pressure anything or be ridiculous on their sales pitch tactics just stated a quote and didnt divert from the original quote.     We recently had a bi-yearly HVAC maintenance from King Heating & Air. It is so nice to get a text when they are on their way so we can be sure they have the way clear for them. Jacob was great. We recently had work done on our roof and we were concerned if the new roof fan vents would be too much venting. He had the knowledge and experience to explain how they would work with our system.     Weve used King Heating and Air for the last 6 years, since moving to North Carolina. We maintain a reasonably-priced annual service contract with them for our Central Air system. Twice per year (summer/winter) they perform system maintenance and update me on any issues.     We had another local AC company come out to inspect our units since they are 13 years old and we dont want them to die during the heat of summer. They recommended we replace our 2 ton unit so we had King come out for a second opinion (based on recommendations in our neighborhood page) and to get another estimate for replacement cost. King found the same findings as the competitor (I didnt think they were trying to rip us off, just mostly wanted another replacement estimate since our unit was still somewhat working and we had some time). Their replacement costs for comparable equipment were *significantly* more affordable. Every single person I interacted with was extraordinarily polite and professional. And Sarah.....Sarah is an absolute godsend. We had a very slight hiccup with our thermostat and she was able to coordinate between multiple technicians in record speed to ensure the equipment we were installing could integrate with the thermostat we already had in place and wanted to keep. If youve watched the show Suits you know about Donna. Sarah is Kings Donna and I am extremely grateful for her efficiency and professionalism in making this entire replacement transaction easy for us. The technicians even closed and locked our gate behind them when they left so we could let the dogs back out without them taking any unsupervised adventures. We’ve had several technicians (as well as the owner!) come for our seasonal checks and they all have the same high standards and ability to pickup on a home owner’s concerns or questions.We especially appreciate the company’s apparent attitude not to oversell a service or product, and to thoroughly explain the options available and costs.Today’s tech, Aaron, made several suggestions about how we used our thermostat and wiring adjustments that could be made to the actual unit after I simply mentioned we had “Time of Day” electric rates. I asked why no one else had brought them up and he said that when he heard me talk about our different electric rates he assumed we were actively trying to conserve power and the other techs had not been made aware of our specific concerns. In addition, they would take time out of their busy day to explain what they were doing and why. After the instal was complete, they cleaned up the work areas, both inside and outside of all debris, and left my property looking better than when they arrived. Ill continue to use them, and highly recommend them as well.**NEW UPDATE** 3/3/2022Great service that Ive come to expect. Sean was on time and courteous.     Having an old AC system that would not work, we called King on a Thursday to get a quote and someone came out Friday afternoon. They gathered their information and gave us a quote right then (other companies took a few days or weeks to get a quote back to us). We thought about it for a few days, and gave them a call Tuesday afternoon regarding price. On Wednesday they matched a competitors quote, and on Friday afternoon they had two technicians installing and setting up the new system. We are both teachers and they worked with our scheduling, doing the exterior work until we got home. They were here until after 6pm installing the system tonight. Overall, it took 8 days from the initial call to installation, they were very professional and had quick communication. So far so good. Our house is finally cooling down after being without AC for a year!

    I was recommended this company by a friend and was not disappointed by their service. Elmer Siguenza from King Heating and Air Conditioning came out to repair my AC unit after it crashed this past weekend. I had previously scheduled to have another company come out to take a look at why the AC wasnt pushing out cold air the week prior but they stood me up and the issue just escalated to complete failure of the system. Thank goodness King Heating and Air Conditioning actually answers their phone on the weekend! We were able to schedule to have Elmer come out first thing Monday morning to take at look at the unit. I watched as he methodically worked to troubleshoot the issue, testing each cable to ensure the parts worked individually, until he identified the issue and fixed it on the spot. The entire visit was absolutely educational for me - I am very grateful I didnt attempt to YouTube to fix the issue myself. I appreciate how professional Elmer was and that while he recommended the HVAC maintenance, which I accepted, he did not push any extra sells on me. I hate companies that do that. Tech came to house an hour later (no extra weekend service call charge) tech was very professional and explained in detail my issue.     My a/c went out again and I called kings. They sent a technician and he diagnosed my issue. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered and I was looking at going into the weekend without a/c. Kings made sure that I didnt. Cody came to my home and installed 2 window units so me and my boys could be comfortable until the repair happens. Things/ mistakes happen and this company and Cody made sure we werent without cool air.

    My AC went out and it needed a new blower. Chris was my repair guy and he was professional, on time and a nice guy to talk to. Chris had to drive to Fayetteville to get our part and we are in Cary so we would not be without AC for the weekend. Overall, A+ experience with a fair price. I definitely use again and highly recommend them.

    This is the first time using King Heating &AC.when I contacted them, they were prompt with the scheduled time, the technician was very professional, he listened to my explaining my problem and explained what the failure was in detail he gave me a quote and other options without pressuring me. Even put on shoe protestors before entering my home which I was impressed by. I definitely will continue to use their services. They are in my view professional and trustworthy.

    Very profesional, and prompt.Had a 16 year old unit and needed a replacement. Sales person came out very next day, Sarah provided good options and informed of unit being obsolete for parts and servicing. Manager and owner of the company was on site during the upgrade. Had a very small issue at the end but the owner came right out and was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and was very professional. I recomend King they are obviosly very trained and they care for the customers needs. Good job King!

    We recently purchased our home and during the arctic blast that we encountered to ring in 2018, we also had our heater give out on us. After researching companies, we decided to go with King Heating and Air Conditioning. We contacted them and Leon came out to assess the situation. Leon was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions we had (which was a lot!). The estimate was reasonable and beat other companies hands down. The new unit was installed quickly and professionally. Leon and his crew were professional, attentive, and went the extra mile to get us back to a comfortable state of living and for the exact cost he estimated.     One of the a/c units needed to be replaced in our rental house in Lillington, and we are currently stationed in Hawaii. Of course it would die, one week after new tenants moved in. I called King Heating & Air for an estimate at the recommendation of my neighbors. They sent someone out (The Owner) as soon as they could. I got a quick estimate and was told they could perform the work the following Monday morning (2 days later). I decided to go with King Heating & Air because of the service I was provided before I had even decided to go with them. The owner called me personally, answered all of my questions and I feel like he had my best interest (including my investment) in mind. Leon and his office helped me work through the issues with my Home Warranty Company, which they did not have to do. He was in contact with me the entire time, even helped us with the financing. What sealed the deal for us, was their amazing customer service and how military friendly they are. We received a military discount, which helped tremendously. Thank you Leon and everyone at King Heating & Air. You have two very happy home owners and two very happy tenants.

    I called around 4:30pm and they had a technician at my doorstep at 7pm. He was honest and gave us his opinion of the situation and several options that we could choose.     Duane, the technician who was assigned to my service call, was very kind, professional and knowledgeable, as well as punctual. He had diagnosed the problem within a matter of 15 to 20 and was on his way to repairing/fixing it, which took a total of 60 to 70 minutes. It is nice to know there are still honest companies in the HVAC industry. I will highly recommend King Heating and Air Conditioning because Tammy, who was the customer service representative that answer my call was also kind and courteous, made me aware that my unit, which is less than 10 years old, may possibly be under warranty - to God be the Glory it was.     A BIG Thank You to Cody with King Heating & Air for an HVAC heating system repair when our heating motor stopped working recently. We called them in the morning and they were able to come out that same afternoon and complete the repair. Our HVAC technician, Cody was super! He was polite, professional and is very knowledgeable.     I would like to thank the whole crew at Kings for a pleasant experience. I called at noon on a Friday and the technician was at my house at 3:30. Sam showed me exactly what was wrong and I had to have a complete replacement. The install crew showed up on Tuesday exactly on time and went to work. The install was complete by 3:00 and my house is very comfortable. I highly recommend Kings for any HVAC problems.

    Service was good (Travis) and fixed problem . But Tech said there freon prices were $200 for 1st 3pds then $89 thereafter! Though that was outrageous so skipped that will used other companies for that even if I have to pay for service call again would still be cheaper!
