    He was precise in his work and also helped us with other questions we had. We were very happy with his service, although, luckily, my daughter, who speaks English, was at home with us. I had asked for a technician who spoke Spanish. They said Mr. Camacho would come, but they ended up passing it on to ONeil. Luckily, my daughter speaks English and they were able to explain what was going on to us. Congratulations to him for his good work and good will towards us.

    Best AC service provider in Seminole county.     I have had Strada for four years come October 2024 and have had nothing but good experiences with them. There system is very user friendly, there customer service has been on the ball. They always work with me. Something as small as a new yard sign because mine broke and I wanted a new one because I feel it really is a good deterrent, they delivered one to me no problem. I definitely recommend them

    Strada had maintained my AC system for some time and every appointment was a good experience. Therefore, I hired them when the time was right for replacing the system.     The new house I moved into this past month has Strada as the servicing AC, unfortunately due to the heat and not properly setting the AC temperature it went out and while I was stressing I called customer service and received wonderful service. I used to live in California and Arizona and would have to deal with no AC for days at a time. I spoke with Kimberly Paulino as the customer service representative and she was so kinda and I realized the error of putting my AC on 68 degrees lol. The technician, whose name I wasnā€™t able to get as my husband was the one who was home, also seemed to go a great job fixing it as it was up and running by the time he left. Thank you Strada for fixing my AC so fast, and I will update if I have any other issues.

    Had Erik here today for A/C problem. Blower wasnā€™t turning off.HE did his diagnostics and figured out the problem was the blower motor and we are up and running.     Security cameras were absolutely horrible. Could not see at night, no 2 way audio and only got 30 seconds of recording. I was told that those were the only cameras available. This went on for 6 months. Nevertheless after speaking with Kevin Martinez, he fixed the problem immediately. We are now happy with our services.

    Strada Services. Picture this. 91 degrees in the house, AC is not working. 1:30 in the afternoon. The chances of getting help slim to none. Google AC repair near me and call down the list with no luck. Call Strada Services , a nice lady helps me and takes an appointment for 3-6 pm today. šŸ˜€ Shortly after 3 I get a text message with a tracker showing me Hugo Cotto is on the way, I can track his truck! with a picture of him. Very professional! He shows up by 3:30 looking sharp and professional, greets me and proceeds to check my AC system and diagnose the problem. Hugo has great customer service skills, is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. I feel so lucky to have called this company, and get such a great tech. He repaired the system, got it up and running like new, and charged a fair price. STRADA Serves the St Cloud to Tampa corridor and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Ask for Hugo Cotto, He is Great.     We have used Strada Electric for all our electrical needs. Their electrician Pedro is absolutely great to work with and has already installed several lights throughout our home. Recently we added a Mini Split A/C in our garage & Pedro also did the electrical portion of the install as well as another Strada Team of gentlemen that came out and installed the air conditioner. The Strada Team for the Air Conditioning install were extremely professional and great to work. This installation was worth every penny does not make a sound and the electricity it uses is equivalent to what a fan uses. This install is an absolute game changer to the garage!     This was the easiest service related process ever. I called on Monday morning. They were extremely friendly and helpful and said they could have technician out on the next day on Tuesday morning between 8:00-10:00am. They sent me a text at 6:50am on Tuesday that the technician was on the way. He arrived at 8:05. Michael Badgley was super friendly, very thorough and even went over to calm our dog because the dog was so excited to greet him. Everything went as smooth as could be. In the past seven years this is probably the fourth time weā€™ve had to have Strada come out and itā€™s been a super easy and smooth process every time. Thank you Strada!

    I recently experienced an issue with my air conditioning unit, where the compressor was running but no cool air was coming out. It was after hours, so I switched it off at the thermostat, knowing that the compressor running without coolingĀ couldnt be good.When I called Strada first thing in the morning, I spoke with Kyle, who was great; he understood my concern and promptly was able to schedule a technician to come out quickly. The technician, Jorge Cossio from Strada, called to confirm he was in route.The technician Jorge was awesome. Top-notch service!     From start to finish excellent. The salesperson Ken, listened to what I needed explained everything in detail, and provided my best option with the best value for my property. I had over 10 bids, and they were not the least expensive, but I felt they provided the most value and efficiency.The install crew arrived on time, detailed what work would be completed, an approximate time for the installation, and next steps for me, once they completed the work. They cleaned up the area extremely well, including maybe a little extra. They removed all trash and left the place looking great.I highly recommend their services.

    I had three quotes from Ferran, Heart Heating &air, Strada. Strada beat both other quotes.I will recommend Strada. For a new ac replacement. Reasonable price, friendly technician, fast appointment. AC brand that strada used is a GoodMan. And ac unit is the right size for the sq ft of the house.     Al has done most of the repairs and enhancements since we moved here 2014. The latest was a wall outlet that sparked and was loose in the wall. Also had an aged outlet in laundry room that we werenā€™t sure worked safely.Always pleasant, professional and thorough, Al has conquered our new ceiling fans, 30 amp RV monster outlet and exhaust fan/light in our bathrooms!We donā€™t need to look elsewhere for any electrical work!Thank you!

    We moved in our new house in March of 2023. About 6 months after that we started to have problems with our new ac unit. We called Strada which were the installers of the system,and they were pretty quick to get out to us. At first we needed a charge in the system. That worked for about 2 or 3 days. They came back out and because I told them about a strange order we would get once in awhile, they checked for a leak around the coil so they gave us another charge in the system.About a week later they replaced the coil, when they did I noticed they took a part off the old coil, its called a TXV. That part doesnt come with the new coil, ok understood. They replaced the coil with the old part and the old part didnt work. 2 or 3 days later Strada replaced the part with a new TXV, that wasnt the exact replacement,but I was told it would work,ok great. A day or two later they had to came back out to adjust the TXV and the system worked fantastic. It doesnt end here. 2 Days ago, about 9 months later,the AC started to act up again.So I called Strada,they came the next day. Checked the system and,you guessed it the TXV is bad again and it will cost 1200.00 dollars to fix, ok I dont understand.I called Strada,not for a free fix,but for some kind of break on the price. When they checked with a manager they told me they only changed the coil ,there for no break. I told them I have a record of the TXV replacement with the initials of the tech. She asked for a picture and I sent it to her. They recognized the initials and told me they will have to get back to me. That was today 7-24-24. I will update my review when I get a response. I really cant remember how many times theyve been here this past 10 months but its been so many times my neighbors have taken notice and they cant believe it. I live in a neighborhood where many houses were built at the same time with a couple of different ac installers and most of my neighbors havent had a problem and 2 or 3 have had a problem or two thats it. Unbelievable.We have an update. Today is 7-25-24. The manager Matt came out to our house first thing this morning. He checked to make sure that the problem was the TXV, and it was. Matt was the tech, at the time,that replaced the valve last year. Matt told us that there was a mix up and apologized about the charges they quoted me. They refunded the service call charge I paid yesterday and informed us we are fully covered for this repair. We appreciate Strada and especially Matt for the speedy fix of this mix up. We completely trust and we are completely satisfied with the way they handled the mix up and workmanship of this company.Thanks Matt.

    Kimberly P. Was excellent with her customer service she really went above and beyond with helping me handle my warranty issues and became an advocate for me. I will say overall with getting Strada to follow through with warranty issues I am disappointed that they look for every opportunity to try and charge a service fee even if parts are still under warranty. Make sure you always ask for pictures to compare to ensure you get what you need done.

    Strada Services- Excellent !! From our initial consultation, to install. Our Sales Rep Ken Berry actually came out to the house twice to discuss everything I wanted done & how they would do it. The day of the install, Richard Rodriquez & Marcos Martinez arrived early morning & were both very professional & friendly. They answered all of my questions & I had a lot of them. The install went great & Im very happy to have met & worked with the professionals at Strada. I would highly recommend them if you want good quality work at a great price.

    Strada has great team of experts that can provide advice on both residential and commercial units. Their technicians clearly explain the issues and the potential solutions. I use them for both purposes. Only thing was that unfortunately due to the age of my unit they were unable to locate the part that I need to fix the unit. Think here they could do a little more to work with the customer to find and source the needed part.

    I had Emmanuel visit my home to fix an issue we were having with my central air conditioner as we werent getting enough cool air in my primary bedroom. We had another Strada employee previously visit us and his solution was to get a fan to help with the problem which to me didnt seem right. Lennar contacted Strada again to have someone else come and this time we got Emmanuel who took his time to properly assess the issue and was able to fix it. He was very thorough, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained a few things to us as well since we are new homeowners. He took his time to make sure the work was completed properly and we really appreciate the time he took and his efforts. If we have any issues in the future we would appreciate Emmanuels assistance.

    Juan Cruz is awesome!!We have lived in the same rental home for 3 years, and have had MULTIPLE HVAC issues in the last year (multiple times each month).     Our AC unit was not cooling down and we called Strada Services after hours. In less than 30 minutes, we got notification that a service tech would be on the way. The tech was Steve Bonilla and he did an amazing job. Steve listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Steve was able to quickly assess the situation and fix the issue with our unit (which was frozen and needed refrigerant), and he stayed until he was sure the AC was cooling properly again.     I just had a routine service check up on our air conditioner and furnace completed by Julio Gonzales, whom I was very impressed with. Julio was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and very trustworthy. Through out the entire check out process, he explained everything so I could understand what he was doing (I should add he was very patient), and what he was checking so I could understand everything. He is a great asset to the company, and I hope whenever I need service call again, I get him. Eric was very knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnosis of why my heat shut off in the middle of the night. I truly believe not everyone would have been able to actually find that I didnā€™t need a new high voltage unit and replace the breaker box. He found loose screws in the breaker box which caused an amperage problem. As soon as he tightened the screws and took new readings, the amperage was perfect.     Our AC quit working randomly overnight. With the heat starting to ramp up again we called Strada that next day and they came out the same day and fixed it.Enrique Hernandez was the tech that came out and he ran diagnostics and figured out pretty quick that it was a bad capacitor. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. If I ever use Strada again Iā€™ll be requesting Enrique by name. I felt comfortable with him in my home and his explanations of the issue and the steps he took to resolve it.

    Had my 2nd visit from Strada today, and both have been great. First with Daniel Zurtuche a couple weeks ago and today with Jorge Cossio. Both reps gave me 30 min notice in route, arrived promptly, and did a great job in a time efficient and professional manner. Also Laura Avila-Smith in the office is an incredible asset for Strada and does a great work in a customer/membership service type role. Great experience so far, highly recommend.

    Angel Rosado called ahead of time as requested, showed up on time and did an amazing job repairing my AC. He explained the whatā€™s and whyā€™s of the process as I asked many questions since our HVAC unit is new. Angel was very patient and professional and I would highly recommend him.     I called Strada Services to have my laundry room light replaced. Cody Thompson came by this morning and we couldnā€™t be happier. From the moment Cody stepped inside he was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. After replacing the fixture, he even bent down to clean up some particles that had fallen on the floor.     We are first time customers of Strada Services. Serge came out to do an AC service diagnostic on our unit and within minutes found the issue and had it up and running. He then did a quick check on a few other things just to make sure all was good. Serge was very kind and he made sure we had answers to all of our questions before he left.     Strada Services - Especially Cody, totally hooked us up (no pun intended). Our goal is to get a motorized screen installed but we didnt have any electrical power in the proper place. Cody was able to quickly diagnosis the situation and in less than 2 hours - had an elegant solution installed and ready for the screen contractor. He walked me through everything along the way and was extra careful with our pets as he had to come in and out a few times. I highly recommend them !!

    I wanted to express my deep appreciation for Kenneth, who came to our new home to replace a faulty Thermostat. He did much more than that by explaining the entire system, how it worked, and other things I should do to maintain the AC in tip top condition.     Excellent service. My unit is still under warranty and they were at my home in less than 12 hours of reporting the issue. (Note that I report the problem at 11pm).Sham Berball was my technician and he was great. At the end problem had nothing to do with the unit, it was caused due to a mislabeled circuit breaker. Even after finding that out, Sham was kind enough to run me through the HVAC operations, gave me recommendations on how to maintain the equipment and helped me with getting a steady air flow throughout the home.Will certainly use Strada even after the warranty period ends and I will for sure request Sham in the future.Excellent service.

They sent their technician Ricardo Montanez just wanted to take a moment and write how great his service was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions regarding regular maintenance. He also made a recommendation for the proper size air filter for our unit to optimize performance.
