If we ever need any electric done on our house well only go with ZED! They provide quality service, fair and honest pricing, and their communication is clear. They are true to their quotes and the customers best interest is always in mind.Our house needs a lot more work than just electric. We wish ZED did plumbing, landscaping and flooring too, because wed hire them for all of it! They are just so fantastic :)

I am a property manager of several properties throughout San Diego and Coronado of both commercial and residential buildings. I used Zed Electric for all of our electrical needs. No matter how large or small, they are always quick to my requests and very attentive with their follow up. I would highly recommend Zed Electric.

We recently referred Zed Electric to a buyer of a large home for a purchase inspection. ZED used the general inspection report and then was able to elaborate on the repairs and recommendations to cure as well as provide a bid that the buyer was able to use in a Request for Repairs negotiation. The seller side was able to provide a lower priced bid for the same line items and Zed was able to match it. There is a charge for an inspection which includes time to review the general inspection report, visit the property, and provide a bid.
