I had a power outage and called Bright Power. Marcia answered and immediately moved into help mode. She had an electrician at my house in less than an hour. Miguel was great and knowledgeable. Turns out I had a bad 100 Amp breaker that burned out (actually partially melted). He replaced it but showed me that the panel wasrecalled due to risk of fire.I then went back to Marcia who walked me through the process to upgrade my panel. She was great! Hired them to do that too.

I had bright powers technician. Replace a blown breaker box in my 1973 condo, and there was a wire that just needed to be connected for my air conditioner to work. When I discovered this, I called the bright power company and they immediately dispatched not only a technician, but the same technician to make sure that the problem was fixed. Thererive promptly and were able to fix the problem and get my air conditioner working within about 15 minutes. I will be using bright power again because of their service and standing behind their work and employing really nice people.

Guillermo was great! He came out and fixed everything the same day. Our dog actually ripped off an outlet by somehow catching his cone of shame in a corner. Guillermo fixed it and was able to find a way to hide the hole left so we didnt need a drywall guy. He replaced our fixtures in our kitchen lights. They were very old and had become loose. We were so happy with the work and felt the price was fair. This company was wonderful to work with!

Working from home, I couldnt afford any delays caused by electrical malfunctions. We had a Jacuzzi-equipped bathtub with a power outlet, but it wasnt receiving electricity. Antonio Murillo from Bright Power Electric did an exceptional job identifying and resolving the issue. He was the third electrician we had hired, as previous electricians had only suggested makeshift solutions. Unlike the others, Antonio displayed remarkable persistence and diligently traced the problem back to a hidden GFCI outlet that powered the bathtub outlet. While other electricians recommended cutting into the wall and installing a new line, Antonios expertise led us to a non-intrusive solution. We highly recommend both the company and Antonio for their professionalism and problem-solving skills.

A very nice guy answered the phone listened to my issue and then booked is for the following morning. Technician RAMON was not only on time but SUPER knowledgeable! Not only did he track down a complex issue, he found wiring in our 30 year old home that was charred and was a fire hazard. Ramon repaired the problem explained everything along the way and kept us informed every step of the way in terms of estimates. I contacted Bright Power Electric to address a failing GFCI outlet in my garage to which our garage refrigerator is connected. The GFCI outlet had been problematic over the years and we have lost food at least twice as a result. Bright Power gave me an approximate timeframe for a same day appointment on the day San Diego was inundated with rain and flooding. I was notified by text once the electrician was on his way. Upon arrival, the electrician quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a suggested repair strategy (to which I agreed), and completed the repair quickly. No more issues and the repair should now prevent the possibility of GFCI failure and food loss in the future. The entire process from my initial call to completion of the work was seamless and I would use Bright Power Electric again.
