    Grant from SRP Electric came over to diagnose an issue with my lights flickering and quickly determine that I needed my breaker panel replace. The work was scheduled for the next day. The following day, both Grant and Jose arrived to replace my breaker panel. They were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process.     This electric company is wonderful. First contact was with Grant who surveyed our problems and came up with three solutions, we chose the middle one and we are very happy we found such a competent company. Grant is very knowledgeable about electric work, he’s is friendly and we felt confident letting SRP fix our problems. Danny and Ricky showed up today with Grant and took care of our problem outlets, and got our GIF outlet in the front of our house working. They did it in a timely, clean and professional manner. Price was fair and work is very good. I can now plug in my Christmas decorations and my outlets don’t sag into the walls anymore. They also checked out a few other problems we have and I will be using this company in the future. I highly recommend SRP, thank you for lighting up our lives.

    We received excellent service from Edward and Jose. They were skilled electricians, very professional and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and were very nice. We ended up deciding to get a new circuit board. Ours was 51 years old and there were some significant issues with it and, for peace of mind, we bought a new one. They worked quickly and we were very pleased with the service. We strongly recommend them for your electrician needs.

    We called SRP Electric after getting ghosted by our previous electrician. They came out to our house a couple months ago to add a 220 circuit and extend it into our back yard along with adding a 110 outlet. Everything was great! From talking to Steve to having Grant and his team come out and do the work. They were on time, answered all our questions, walked the project with us, and kept us updated on everything.     Very prompt response from Steven Pena at SRP Electric. He provided an accurate evaluation and estimate. Service was timely and provided as requested. Jose came out with two technicians and installed 120V 20A GFCI Circuit in the crawlspace underneath my house to prepare for a whirlpool tub installation. Jose and Steven helped me on the spot to figure out what was needed according to the specifications of the different tubs considered for my project. I highly recommend and feel good about hiring SRP in the future.

    Very attentive, always answering phone calls. Price is not too low but definitely fair. Had a complicated bathroom fan installation with no attic and no existing fan or wiring. Eddie the technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He discussed everything with me and answered questions I had. The installation was done in a couple of hours and the bathroom was cleaned afterwards. They actually brought 3 different fans to my house so I can pick the one I wanted. No company does that.     Very happy with the professional service. The job was completed in a timely manner with little down time. The whole job process was communicated every step of the way. My original panel was installed in 1965 in poor condition, breakers were no longer produced and difficult to find. Now the panel is up to code and all electric circuits are working great.

    It started with faulty garbage disposal switch and flickering lights that turned into a safety project. Electrical outlets in four rooms were redeviced in one day. An outdated electrical panel was replaced with a more efficient with more amperage, whole house surge protector, and allows for more electrical connections. Also, my new home insurance would have terminated because the old panel was not safe. The new panel was installed and inspected in one day. Yay! Only thing left is the re-stucco around the new panel.Steve Pena and Grant Urry provided great customer support throughout the entire project. I was notified at each stage of the project.     Recently SRP Electric completed a very involved electrical job at my home. The communication I experienced was excellent and at no point was I left in the dark regarding the work being done. My home required a new sub panel, repaired main panel, proper grounding and all new wiring, outlets and switches. Their workmanship was outstanding. While the house became a construction zone the crew cleaned up each day so that I could live in my home without any complications. The job was completed promptly, just as I was told ahead of time. I am greatly relieved as my home had a dangerous situation at both the main and sub panels. Without the quality work done by SRP, I feared a fire was in my future. The next time I need anything electrical I plan on calling SRP Electric again.

    I recently moved into a new to me home that was built in the 50s. Most of our outlets were not grounded so I emailed SRP Electric for some help on Sunday evening. On Monday morning Steve emailed me to get some info and to schedule service. It turns out they could send someone Monday afternoon. Grant showed up promptly on time and we chatted about my issue while we checked out my outlets and electrical panels. Grant was very professional and friendly throughout the service call, answering all of my questions and explaining what he was doing, as well as what the next steps were, throughout the whole process. He offered me several options to remedy my issues and I decided on installing GFCI breakers. It turns out he could grab the parts and do the work the same day. Wow! Within his initial visit, it was Steve was patient and informative in talking through our options, and at no point did I feel that Steve was trying to upsell any unnecessary fixes. His communication in scheduling repairs and throughout the project was excellent and his team did great work. I have already brought them back for a secondary project of installing recessed lighting. As a final note, prior to beginning the work, I had a family member (with more knowledge of electric work) who wanted to talk through my options with Steve. Steve was willing to take that call and answer his questions, which helped assure me that I was moving forward with the best plan/service. Would definitely recommend Steve and the SRP team to those in need (and those worried about getting upsold/ripped off if youre not knowledgable re: electric repair).

Rudy came out to check our living room outlets and identified that they were part of a larger circuit that was extremely old and a huge fire hazard.     SRP helped me out so much with my home electrical. I experienced some issues with my electricity with my older home. I found them online, and they had a bunch of good ratings, so I gave them a call. SRP came out to my house very quickly and found the issues almost instantly. They gave me a few different options on how to fix the issue which was nice. I picked one of the options and they really helped me out. A+ service. Would highly recommend. Best in SD

    By far the best company I’ve used. We recently moved into a new home that needed a lot done and fixed and there wasn’t one thing they couldn’t handle. Their very professional, hard working and know what their doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    We had used SRP Electric once before and found them to be not only professional but very knowledgable about old home wiring. Anthony explained everything in detail to us and our tenants.They finished their work when they said they would and we feel price was good for work performed.We would definitely use them again.
