Just cant say enough about our experience with Gates Access Solutions; and specifically with Ezequiel as our point of contact throughout the process. From our first meeting to discuss the project through final completion, Gates Access Solutions and Ezequiel have proven to be knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and consider it to be a strong value, having sought estimates from several providers. Ezequiel offered great advice on design and installation issues that came up, and has always been quick to respond and resolve our questions. We had a couple of changes in the design process that were resolved very flexibly and one service issue that Ezequiel resolved within 24 hours.Overall, we are 100% satisfied with our decision to work with the Gates Access Solutions team, and highly recommend their services without hesitation.

The team at Gates Access Solutions was phenomenal to work with. Two days after I made initial contact with them, they were able to come to my house and go through my project needs. I already had the wood look aluminum slats in my possession and needed a custom sized frames for my two side gates. This was no issue for Ezequiel and his team, and I had full confidence based on our communication that they would be able to provide the what I was looking for. I am extremely happy with how they turned out, it was definitely a huge upgrade for the curb appeal. 6 months later and I can attest the gates are operating perfectly. I will be using Gates Access Solutions for my next fence and gate project for sure.
