We highly recommend Eco Home Builders for your next renovation project. They were our general contractor for our two ADU projects. Within our 90-year-old historic home, they tastefully built 300- and 400-square-foot units. He does what he says. 2) The team is highly responsive during the building process. Sean answered right away, and had a super convenient appointment for us. Then Benjamin came on time, and figured out a way to get the work done much sooner than we thought, which was awesome. The work was done in one day, even faster than we expected. Workers were friendly and respectful of our space, including removing their shoes at the entrance. The job was done exactly as we wanted, and the paint job was perfect. Benjamin even climbed on the roof and took pictures and a video to show what had been done. Highly recommend and will definitely consider them as new jobs arise.

Working with ECO Home builders project Manager Idan Mesh was amazing experience. He was always on top of the my construction needs and oversees each stage of remodeling. There some minor hick ups and concerns and was quickly resolve to meet my overall satisfaction. The ECO Designer Hila taste of materials met my own personal design concept. I contacted Eco builders for a project for my downstairs bedroom. I met with Idan and he gave us a free quote and recommendation of what will work best. I wanted a door installed in my living area that leads to the downstairs bedroom to add privacy. I also wanted the carpet removed and vinyl flooring put in its place and add recessed lighting to the room. Idan send Bobby and his crew Jorge and Saul. Idan, Bobby and his crew were very professional and pleasant and took care with moving things like furniture. They were efficient and finished my request in a short time. The job itself is AMAZING!!! Which I would expect and they delivered. I am beyond happy with Eco builders and will keep in them in mind for any future projects. I’ll post photos of some before and after.

We have a large hillside and wanted a tiered retaining wall constructed to keep the hillside from coming down into our backyard. Eco Home Builders came and gave me an estimate that was fair. Their crews are professional and kept us informed throughout the project. David, the project manager, was hands on and communicated with us frequently during the project. July, 2023, ECO Home Builders remodeled the upstairs master bathroom of our 50 yr. old home. The bathroom was gutted including a 2’ x 7’ closet, and 3 windows. Plumbing was also moved. Dor Morali, the ECO Project Manager was terrific to work with throughout the job. The 3D rendering he did ahead of time really brought to life the vision we had, because it contained the products and fixtures we were going to use. Dor routinely visited our job site daily or every other day, thereby preventing any small issues becoming large ones.When Dor first came to look at the bathroom, I explained that I wanted a pocket door into the bathroom but had been told that wouldn’t work. Dor’s response was: “Of course, it can.” Throughout the project Dor was here almost daily with constructive questions and solutions. All the ECO crew was professional and hardworking, whatever their specialty was.April 2024 ECO Home Builders will begin a major remodel for us including a room addition, living/dining room expansion and kitchen remodel with Dor Morali as lead Project Manager!

Eco Home Builders – what a great job! Thank you, thank you for your great work! I must say it was not easy for me, as I am a kind of conservative person and when my wife told me to remodel the house, I was hesitant. We invited the team and had discussions, it was not an easy process for me, but the team was very professional and delicate. In the end, we agreed on the project. As the house is not new, we had to do floorings, roofing, major frames, and so on. The bathrooms were a separate issue; it required a lot of work. We got what we wanted and I cannot help but recommend Eco Home Builders. I wish I were not so hesitant in the beginning.

At a time when contractors were difficult to schedule and/or reluctant to work on a fourth floor condo, Refael and his team were very quick to respond and meet with me to work up a detailed estimate on my remodel. They begun work almost immediately on demolition for my kitchen/living room remodel, as well as new flooring throughout. Work was efficient, on time and on budget with very few surprises along the way and nothing that his team wasnt able to handle quickly. The team also had good ideas of their own that helped put the finishing touches on the place. In May, my wife and I hired Eco Home Builders to remodel our master bathroom - new vanity, lighting, floors and shower, etc. We were considering a major remodel of our entire condo and figured that if they did a good job with the bathroom, we’d have them do the kitchen and flooring as well. Long story short, we now have a beautiful new bathroom, kitchen, and wall-to-wall luxury vinyl plank floor. Nacho (Ignacio), Ayman, Jesse, and Rafael were all very easy to work with and did a great job. Eco Home Builders is fine by us.

I had a great experience. Rafael was very knowledgeable and realistic. A bathroom and kitchen remodel in an old house grew into an additional major plumbing replacement and earthquake foundation remodel, after thorough inspections revealed that there were problems in need of fixing. Pricing was fair and appropriate, and the materials selected were excellent, with full explanation and support. Rafael and Jesse kept me appraised of every days progress and plans with no surprises. Overall that work is high quality and I am delighted with the results.

I want to remodel my kitchen to make a new look I have just done a contract with the Eco builders they really give a amazing look to the kitchen.The new white cabinets and light-colored backsplash helped to brighten up the entire room. The upgraded, stainless steel appliances, including the gas stovetop and range, give the space a more modern appearance. This improved space was created by focusing on ways to enhance its “layout, functionality, and style,” which Eco builders said were the most important factors to consider when remodeling this kitchen.

Very happy with the final results of the renovations by ECO Home Builders. They converted my existing kitchen space into a galley kitchen and an ensuite bath for the adjacent bedroom. Once the paperwork cleared the hurdles with the city, the framing, plumbing, and electric rough in was completed promptly. Overall, the workmanship was very good, but not always consistent. (and some worked cleaner than others). The personal changed, but in this environment that was unsurprising. Refael always returned my calls promptly and made sure to make things right. A couple of standouts : the cabinetry is beautiful and the installation was fantastic. I also have to give a shout out to Osher, who was an incredible resource and sounding board and was a welcomed interface with the company. Now that the work is done, and Im enjoying my new space, I give ECO thumbs up and a thank you for a job well done.

We have a vacation home in La Jolla that needed a lot of updating. We ultimately decided to remodel the entire house and to add additional sf to the rear and front side of the house, also adding some deck area. The new design ended up changing the entire roofline. We remodeled two bathrooms, replaced all of the flooring, remodeled the kitchen and some other cosmetic things both inside and outside. We had a very difficult time to find a contractor, but when we met with Refael from Eco Home Builders we felt confident with his information and services he offered. Throughout the process, he stood behind his words and promises, the price didn’t change, the work is better than expected and the workers were clean and respectful.Eco handled the design and permits and we are very happy and highly recommend this company for any remodel needs you might have! 10/10

Literally, the first day Idan came to our house to look at our old kitchen, and shared his ideas on how we should remodel, we put a deposit. We have a 1960s home, our kitchen has never been re-done since the house was built. The design entailed tearing down the wall between the living room and kitchen, moving the kitchen counter 2 feet out essentially creating a peninsula, moving the refrigerator to the other wall, moving the stove and dishwasher, etc. It was quite a bit of work, but it was all completed ahead of schedule (estimate was 4 to 6 weeks). All the measurements, cabinets, countertop, backsplash are on-point. It was really fun seeing our new kitchen come together. Passed initial and final inspection with no problem. Shoutout to Team Bobby (Bobby, Jorge, Saul, the cabinet guys - never got their names, plus whoever did our countertop). Thank you! My husband, the kids, my Mom (who lives with us) are all enjoying our kitchen :)
