Someone cut and stole our backflow device outside our warehouse over the weekend. So we were out of water and could not use the restrooms. We had to use our drinking water to flush when it was urgent.Luckily Steve and James from Basic Backflow came to rescue within couple hours after we contacted them.We definitely recommend this company. Best service ever! -
