I spoke with Alli and she was great about helping me out. She secured the truck size that was needed, referred to the last service invoice for this location so she knew exactly what was needed for the job and she made sure I understood there was going to be a very slight price difference from the last time as there was a recent rate increase, which I really appreciated. She broke down the pricing in detail so I understood the total to be charged and was able to schedule at the time I needed. She was very friendly and accommodating and it was definitely a pleasure speaking with her. She did a great job!

The absolute best customer service I have received in years and I have worked with many different companies being that Im a real estate agent. Yesterday started with what we thought was going to be an easy septic pump on my dads house. Turned out the septic tank wasnt where we thought it was, and a seance was out of the question (he passed away 3 years ago), so we called CPS. Once they convinced me I didnt sound like a crazy person we set up an appointment to come out, locate it, help dig and get it taken care of. We found out the lines were clogged. They were able to take care of it then and still managed to stay under our budget. Without asking, they even made sure to mark the area so we dont have to do the same search next time. Taking care of septic problems STINKS, but they made the process so much easier.

VERY SATISFIED! We called and they said that they would be there within 4 hours. They were here within 2, same day, and handled our issue wonderfully. We just bought this house and the septic was supposedly certified. But we found out real quick that was not the case. Since there was poop on our liquid side. There were a couple of things broken and we told the driver that we would try to go back on the original septic company. But the office called us back anyway just to be that we knew they were there for us if we needed them to fix anything. I was very happy with the communication. :)

The technicians were quick at finding the Septic system no time wasted. I had clogged toilets after heavy rain they showed up as soon as the rain cleared (they cant work in the rain so plan ahead if you suspect problem). Would give more stars if possible.

Most of these complainers expect perfection in imperfect humans.Our project took some time mostly because our local authorities are very unreasonable and very hard to deall with, beyond that, CPS carried out the contract vwryvreasonably. They pumped our septic before installing our sewer line in a timely and reasonable matter, we had to Iron out some issues just like most imperfect humans do.Expecting perfection from imperfect humans will always lead you to frustration.

It was my first time pumping my septic tank. Ive lived on sewer my entire life and my house was overflowing with sewage and they were the only ones who came to work when it was rainning and at night. They warned me that the price was based on what was needed So i expected the price to change if what was necessary to do the job. The price was more than I hoped but I watched the guy working and at the end it was fair. I definitely recommend CPS to anyone who is in a bind.
