They were the first to respond with a witty text that was not automatically generated, so I called them.Each time estimate was met or exceeded, including the initial consultation appointment.The two Davids that came out gave me a fast and fair estimate which included GETTING ME ALL SET WITH MY NEW WATER HEATER (made in the USA!) even before the ‘end of business day’. Henley’s Plumbing and Air came out to give me an estimate on my water heater. David and RJ were professional and very helpful explaining everything as they looked over my water heater. They were able to find the problem and get my heater working again very quickly. They even called me again a few days later to everything was working properly. Had a great experience with Henley’s, from start to finish. They are a local independent and family-owned business. Bryan, their sales person and co-owner, didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed. During the installation for the a/c unit, one of the installers (Nick) found some very small cracks in the furnace. He also didn’t make me feel like I NEEDED to replace it but did give suggestions. We ended up getting that replaced as well. The whole process took a day since they had the furnace in stock. Due to the great experience we got their yearly membership. Would definitely recommend Henley’s Plumbing and Air.

Leo came out to our house to find a leak for us. Located it fast, got us water back in the house. He was very friendly, fast and helpful. You can tell hes very knowledgeable at what he does. I had a leak near the main shutoff valve. Ricardo Castro was my plumbing tech that fixed the problem. He arrived within a hour of my call.Im a senior citizen and Ricardo was very professional, polite, and informative. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He also repositioned the spigot higher to make it easier for me to use. He did a fantastic job for me and I will definitely call them again for service. Thank you Ricardo! 👍🥰

My sink stopped up. I googled for a plumber and saw a special for $77 to unclog the sink. Long story short. They couldn’t snake it out, offered between $1900 and 2500 to use heavier equipment. That was to start. He talked about clogs under the foundation etc. I passed. A friend talked to his buddy “Josh” (who works for Henleys) Josh thought the price a bit exorbitant. (That was being nice). I called Henley and Ricardo from Henleys came out on a Sunday morning and did a terrific job. By the way, the clog was localized between the sink and the drain out. The first guys snake should have cleared it. Plus the firsts guy didn’t tighten the sink fittings. What a mess.I highly recommend Henley’s. Ricardo was quick, knowledgeable, and a nice guy. He cleaned up the mess and made a few suggestions for preventative maintenance that I’ll take him up on.

My AC broke down and I waited 1 month already, but my home warranty kept delaying the repair. I contacted BHI to get a quote. They came in next day for free estimate. They explained the options to me very well. Their price was very reasonable comparing to 3 other contractors that provided a quote.Some contractors didnt even show up to get a estimates like they promised and wasted my time. All the contractors I selected got good to great reviews, and BHI was the best for price and services. I did do a lot of research and shopped around because I am an unemployed stay home mom.I spoke to BHI customer service line and with Adam for like 10 times regarding my concerns for the new AC installation. Every time, they were friendly and willing to answer my questions. I thank them for their professional and understanding that it was a big project for me.I got my AC installed in few days which was a relieve in this hot weather. I will definitely use them again if needed and definitely recommend BHI to any one who need AC services.

Dave was incredible! He managed to complete the job on the same day we contacted him. Someone had stolen the backflow preventer from our water line at the warehouse, and Dave replaced it that very day. Although we were without water for several hours, we were back up and running by the end of the day. We didnt lose any work time, and our business wasnt impacted, all thanks to his fast response and quick repair. Thank you, Dave—you are the best and always reliable. The price was very competitive, saving us money as well.

Last week my water heater quit working, I reached out to four different plumbing companies who offer free estimates. Only two responded out of those two Henleys had the best price the other company was almost $1000 more for the same work. After my estimate from Francisco & Leo I received a call from Gary to find out if I was pleased with the estimate & if so when would I like to get it done. Francisco & Leo were the guys who did the replacement & they were great!! Not only did they worked very efficiently, they kept me updated on the progress of the replacement. After they were done they answered all of our questions, I was also pleased that they cleaned up after they were done & removed the old water heater. Henleys took care of our plumbing emergency with seemingly no issues. We had a main line clog in our septic system. It required major digging, pumping, and pipework. Our main drain line was replaced via hydraulic pipe bursting and they added risers and cleanouts to our system. The main plumbing technician David Casillas, along with David and Alfredo, kicked butt. They did all the digging by hand, replaced our pavers, and installed our new toilet as well. They were all very respectful of the property. We would definitely hire them again in the future. Thank you to Chris H. for taking on our emergency project.

I was impressed with the respectful plumber, and all the correspondence in setting up the appointment to finalizing of the project. We ran into problems from the start but he gave several doable options and prices. I chose the best option for me, and even had to make an exchange at home depot prior to the work being done. I was able to schedule the installation same day, and he had to run to get a part mid installation, but he left and returned quickly. The work was completed, and he showed me his work and it was beautiful. At first, the price scared me, but if the kindness, professionalism, and quality is as amazing as it was for every future project....... they are worth every penny.

This is my second time dealing with this company for different situations. Got our whole house pipes filled with epoxy due to cracks in our pipes. They also hydro flushed the whole house and I put in new washouts. Both times I called, they came out the same day and worked very hard to get the job done right and efficiently!Carlos was the lead on the job and was communicative, professional, did excellent work and was very nice! Technician Edgar inspected the HVAC unit on the roof, tuned it up where necessary, he then went into the house to check on the duct and replaced the air filter. So many great things to say about BHI. When I called the office to request a quote, they answered the phone politely, were eager to help, detailed in their responses and did exactly what they said they would do. I received a text message and an email right away. I love attention to detail and clear communication. When Leo arrived to give me a quote, I received the same polite, detailed and clear information regarding my requests and he answered all the questions we had. We went ahead with the quote and had the laundry room valves and refrigerator water valve replaced. He also recommended we replace our regulator as the water pressure was too high. I was able to conveniently pay for the work after it was complete and received the receipt and photos all via email. This was such an easy and stress-free process and I am thankful to Leo and the crew and greatly appreciate the experience. Plus, love that they are a local company as well. In the past I’ve worked with many plumbers that have done a very bad job and when you call them to repair something they did not do well to begin with, they never show up. BHI plumbing is NOT THAT. BHI went above and beyond to replace our main water line. As soon as I called I got greeted with a friendly customer team who booked the appointments and follow up appointments. Our technician, Leo Jr. was very courteous, on time, always with a smile (one you could even see through his mask) and he did a job well done! Gary, the manager, was also very nice and worked well with us, given our situation. They helped us more than we could even ask for. Without going into detail, they made sure, everything they touched was 100% fixed and worked properly. Manuel was also very nice and he fixed our sprinkler system! I highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed and you will feel secure, without worries, from the moment they start to the moment they finish. They have great warranty too. Gabriel, and Nick are excellent technicians, when Gabriel came to my house he said my system was performing well but he found a leak he had mentioned a job they recommended for leak but I wasnt ready to authorize it, so I just came to the conclusion hes trying to force me to do this expensive job. So they had done some earlier work and the leak might have been for that. Turns out Gabriel didnt do it neither was it Nick. It was ware on my system and they came out and fixed it for free. I offered to get a estimate on the work and make payments when I found out no one was at fault and it was the ware on my system. But I was told the job was slated for free but I will talk to my boss. Im awaiting. I waited and called back the owner SAID NO CHARGE THANK YOU HENLEY glory be to Jesus for honest hard working knowledgeable company with trustworthy employees.My hats off to you henleys. Once I came across Henleys, after reading their reviews I decided to call. Their customer service is excellent, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, consultative, and gave me a peace of mind. The technician came out to diagnose and then they were able to come back out within 24 hours to install a new water heater. They were efficient and the price was reasonable. William the technician did a very good job on both my leaky bathtub faucet and my running toilet. He texted me to let me know he was 15 mins away which I appreciated because I have dogs and need to confine them. It had some issues...leaking refrigerant, clogged lines and a power supply unit that fell apart when they tried to open it. It took two and a half days, but they repaired it and it works once again. Their techs were polite, honest and hardworking. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who could benefit from their expertise and great customer service.Despite their best effort, our central air unit died. For example, I expected that the tech. would service/clean a component in the heater/furnace but he did not bring the cleaner for that component. I needed some major work done to the drain lines of my house. I had water that would back up into my kitchen sink whenever the washer was ran and my shower no longer wanted to drain. I tried other plumbing companies but their fix was always temporary and so I was wasting money. It was like they didnt want to do the work that our older cast iron pipe drainage house needed which was pipe replacement. My family and I were seriously desperate for help.I found BHI on the internet and had read the reviews of previous customers as well as the services they provided. I thought these guys may be able to help us so I called. Im so glad I did! Everybody from Cynthia to the plumbers Leo and Carlos were extremely helpful. They provided me a free estimate after running their camera down the air vent, since my pipes had no cleanout (old home) and told me everything I needed. They pointed out what needed to be replaced immediately and what needed to be fixed but could wait (install a cleanout for the main). The price was right and so I agreed and they replaced all of my under house drain pipes, t-fittings, elbows and stems for every plumbing device in my home. They created a cleanout for the under house pipes that they had put in. The removed cast iron pipes looked like clogged arteries, no kidding. They even did complimentary work replacing the under sink drains and sink baskets all in a day and half! I highly recommend BHI and these are my go to guys going forward.

Your repairman came to my house and I showed him the leaking P trap under the bathroom sink. He gave me an estimate which I agreed to and he went to his truck brought out the tools and parts he needed to do the repair and had everything working properly in less that 30 minutes. A great job!!

We had our entire HVAC system installed by BHI back in March 2017, and have had zero issues since then. Needless to say we were surprised and worried when during the heatwave this week we were unable to get the temperature in the house to drop after a sweltering day. My husband called and left a message Wednesday morning prior to them opening, received a call back just after they opened, and had an appointment that same day. Luckily it was a part that was still covered under warranty, and Fernando replaced it promptly and did our summer maintenance service. We had a much cooler night thanks to BHI!

I called BHI for an a/c issue. Desiré took my called and was very pleasant as she listened to my issue and scheduled me for the next day. Fernando arrived early began the diagnosis. After he had completed the inspection, he informed me that everything checked out normal and there was no problem! It was refreshing to find a company not out to “take advantage”of the consumer when we’re at there mercy.Thank you BHI for having human morals.

On March 26, Jason of BHI came to snake the tub. Within 2 minutes, the tub water was drained and tub was cleared. They charged $145 as they have published about the drain cleaning charge! But what amazing me was the comparison: that BHI plumber could cleared the hair-clogged drain so swiftly while on the previous day another professional, licensed plumber from a neighboring city failed for the same problem that he was called for. And he charged a hefty $535 to snake the whole drain and to struggle to snake through the tub, but he still failed in getting the tub water drained! We will never call that $535 plumber again but will call BHI without hesitation in future. Good pricing and quality work brings repeated business in future. Thanks BHI! Thanks Jason!
