    Spoke to the owner, Alex, on Thursday & my whole rough in plumbing was done by Monday. He was referred to me by a contractor I know. He sent two guys (Marcus & Mikey) who were so nice & professional. They explained every aspect of the job & measured many times and confirmed things BEFORE drilling holes or setting things in place. They spoke to me & my wife to make sure everyone was on the same page. Payless 4 Plumbing also came on a Saturday to get the job done & make sure it fit around our schedule. Alex also sent other guys to get the job done. What mattered most was getting the job done right. Alex & Payless 4 plumbing take pride in the work as I take pride in my home. I appreciate the professionalism & the attention to detail. At first the price seemed high, but after I saw the level of detail & how meticulous the job was, I felt I got tremendous value. I would recommend them to my mom. They are called Payless because when the job is done right, you end up paying less 100%… Overall, solid plumbers & you will feel comfortable when choosing them.

    Got home from vacation and had a pipe leak in the wall. I called and immediately got a super friendly and helpful young lady. The response time was fast and the two guys sent to my house for the job Ralph and Elmer assessed it gave me a quote and fixed the problem. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will use them again.

    Excellent and professional service. I was given an arrival time, and the technician Rafael came within the time window. Rafael was polite and professional, clearly explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. He completed the workIn a half a hour. I was very satisfiedwith the results.

    So happy I was referred to Payless 4 Plumbing. Customer service is great, friendly & professional. Mike L. came out and was great. He was very helpful, informative, professional. The pricing was much better than another company. At Payless 4 plumbing they really tried to help as much as possible. The work was very quick. I highly recommend them.

    Ive never had to use any other plumber other than my brother-in-law but he had retired so I needed to find a new company. On my brother-in-laws recommendation I called Payless 4 Plumbing. They came out the next day and Will diagnosed the problem, gave me pricing and scheduled a tech to come out the next day. Mike Lomeli came out with Rafael and they both got to work. We had a number of things that had to be repaired and I was pleased with the way they got the work done. Mike was very accommodating and answered any questions we had even though he was busy. They had to cut into our walls to get to the leak but when they were done their drywall people came and repaired the walls. You could not tell they had cut into the wall. They patched it up so well. Mike installed a new tub faucet for us and did an amazing job. Again, had to cut the wall and he installed an access panel for future accessibility. They also installed a water system for us and we are pleased with how much better our water is. Overall, Mike and his crew did a great job! They cleaned up everything and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company and a special thanks to Mike for a job well done 👍. I have found my new plumbing company!

    Garet and Nathan came through today and did an amazing job with installing my sink lines to the main water lines.     I would like to say what a great job Payless 4 Plumbing has done for my rental properties. I have had two bathrooms fully renovated. Which look amazing. They have also replaced all gas and sewer lines, water heaters and found and fixed leaks.They are very courteous, on time and very helpful. Payless 4 Plumbing is the only plumbing company I use.

    I called to have my bathroom sink unclogged on a Sunday afternoon, and their dispatcher had someone arrive at my home within the hour to get the job done.Nathan was very professional , nice, and was able to unclog our sink within 10 minutes.     There was an issue with the drainage of our house. Turns out it was a bigger issue. After getting estimates with other plumbers we opted to go with Payless for Plumbing.     Freaked out when my toilet shut off valve system started to flood my bathroom. I wrapped the system in a giant trash bag when the shut off valve did not shut off the steady and increased flow of water. I could not sleep or leave for work for fear of it getting worse as I piled towels as a backup. I called Payless 4 Plumbing as an emergency this morning and in a few short hours they came to my house, gave me a fair rough quote, and were even able to fix it on the spot after fair warning that the my old house with old pipes with more expansive other known plumbing needs (to be addressed another day at my request) might lead into a bigger struggle as they started taking parts off old pipes... But YEAH! They were able to fix it for the basic quote in less than an hour and I am so happy... Worth every penny and my peace of mind... Rick & Elmer saved the day! I will sleep peacefully tonight :)

    I could not remove the e faucet value from the shower. Called Payless and they returned my call in less than 30 minutes. After getting all my information I was told that the repairman would arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived on time assessed the issue and quoted me the price.     Juan did a great job. My kitchen sink was leaking and needed to be replaced. Payless4plumbing responded quick and efficiently. Juan was very fast and professional and he made it really easy to find a replacement faucet for me.     Ricardo showed up on time, was thoughtful to show up wearing a mask, found the issue was with my shower valve and had a quick response on how to resolve it. In no time, he removed old stuck shower nozzle without having to cut into fiberglass wall or drywall. And replaced it with a new one and added a new shower knob. He also replaced my old shower head. He was very courteous and professional. I am very happy with the work and professionalism Ricardo displayed and did. I even asked for a quote for another job I need worked on in my kitchen and he provided me with a very reasonable quote. I will be booking Payless 4 Plumbing/Ricardo for that project as well.
