Greg came out got the quote to us quickly. A wind storm tore up some of our shingles. Not only were they able to repair it the were able to match it so closely I cant tell where the problem was. They had the roof replaced in a day and a half (with removal and cleanup). Zero issues in the few big rainstorms that have happened since the replacement. ARP is there to meet your needs and give you high quality workmanship utilizing only the best materials. A 10 year workmanship warranty was an added bonus. Other companies offered 1-2 year warranties. Every detail of the process is documented with before and after photos, and detailed documentation to meet your insurance companys requirements. Kudos to Valerie who does the scheduling and makes notes if you want to add something (like solar vents). She doesnt miss a detail and is very easy to work with. All paperwork is submitted in a timely manner directly to your insurance. The family that owns/operates this business knows what is important and they strive for excellence in providing top quality service.

Travis Bowling came out to my home to do a roof inspection for my wife and I shortly after we moved into our home. We were concerned about our air flow in the attic, and just wanted a professional to let us know if the vents on the roof were functional and sufficient. Travis Bowling of ARP Roofing and Remodeling was recommended by my State Farm Insurance Agent after the latest hail storm we had in San Antonio this Spring. He was very responsive and scheduled to do an inspection. He determined that the roof needed to be repaired, gutters replaced, grill replaced, two chairs replaced and screens replaced. He then came to my home a second time when the insurance adjuster scheduled. He accompanied him during his inspection and I know that Travis was instrumental in getting everything submitted correctly and completely. He provided oversight for the roofing project and scheduled the other needed repairs. He was extremely understanding and responsive about my concern that my plants not be damaged. Clean up was complete. Travis remained available during this entire process; returned calls; replied to emails/texts. The services delivered have been exceptional.

Great honest company. Our neighbors hired this company to inspect and replace a rood that was damaged in the recent storm. Alfred came by to offer his recommendations for inspection. Due to my second story being so high he requested a return visit with his boss to be thorough. He and Preston returned in 2 days at the time promised. They inspected the roof and found minimal damage. His honesty regarding the damage, which included pictures, was very much appreciated. My roof is only 7 years old and a replacement at this time is not warranted. I will be using this company when its time to replace. The warranty of workmanship described is the best in the industry. My review is solely based on my interaction with the sales person and the inspector not of the workmanship however if the representation of the company is what my expierence with both of these individuals I can expect nothing less than professionalism and honesty.

Hey folks, this is the company with whom I strongly recommend you do business! Greg Milam is the project manager and the guy with whom you need to speak. We started out having ARP replace our worn out shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roof which the owner, Randall Williams agreed to build to cool roof configuration (check Matt Reisinger videos on YouTube for details). At the same time ARP foamed the underside of our roof deck closing off the ridge vent and all the soffits to create a conditioned space for the new HVAC equipment. I was particularly pleased that ARP was willing to listen to my desires for a nonstandard roof configuration and create that for us; a couple other roofing companies wouldnt even listen to what I wanted. As the roofing project was coming to completion, I was chatting with Greg Milam about our desires to undertake some rather extensive remodeling to the interior. Thats when I found out ARP also does remodeling. We had major ceiling and wall changes made, complete kitchen remodel. Throughout the project ARPs crews worked honestly and coordinated with other contractors on numerous occasions. Change orders were easily managed as needed. ARP lives up to its promises; you can count on superior outcomes from an honest outfit!
