I had to pay to replace my roof so I got 3 estimates. Premier roofing was the lowest estimate as they stated I only needed 26 squares. The other 2 estimates said I needed 36 squares. Sure enough there were 2 bundles left over when the beautiful roof was installed. Thaddeus was wonderful and HONEST. I will always get an estimate from Premier Roofing before replacing a roof. He also worked me in before I left town. Excellent company.

After a storm many years ago that left substantial damage to our roof Jeff and his team came in and gave us a fair quote for the repair that was subsequently completed on time with every effort taken to make the roof more “storm ready”. Thaddeus met with our insurance adjuster to walk our roof and show him the damage that was found. He came to inspect the roof after completion and make sure we were up to code in addition to using the latest materials during construction. Our insurance carrier (USAA) stated Premier Roofing was professional and provided them with the information they needed to make the final payment. Very professional owner and employees. Very considerate of customers. Shortly after giving estimate and before we couldschedule, we had severe damage from hail. As soon as storm ended, Thad came out to see if we had damage. We did. He met with the insurance adjusters when they came out and ensured nothing was overlooked. Another firm just said to call them with the insurance appraisal. Needless to say, I did not. Not only was the job completed in one day, the crew thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We were sent photos of the completed roof. We are very happy with the result. While one could find companies whose work would not be as good, I dont believe any other company can do better.

Working with Thad was fantastic! Communication is key in his business and I never had any issues. Still can’t get over how fast his team performed the work. In under 5 hours they did complete tear off of all old roof and dried everything in with new vapor barrier. The next morning crew installed 2,200 sq ft roof and done just after lunch. He has a team of 10-12 guys that all work together and get things done fast. Very pleased with outcome and would definitely recommend.

Initially our insurance adjuster said only 35% of our roof was wind damaged, however after Thaddaeus checked out the roof taking several photos of the damage he actually saw and recommended that 100% of the roof be replaced, the adjuster agreed! We are so glad that his knowledge and professionalism, including the fact that he was well respected by the adjuster helped in assuring the right thing was done. In a day an age where it is hard to find honest businesses Premier Roofing is a breath of fresh air. I called them on Wednesday and they came out to my house on Friday. I had a leak from somewhere and needed the roof checked. Thaddeus was exactly on time, very professional and quickly evaluated that all I needed was to have a vent resealed. I will definitely be calling these guys again!!!UPDATE....24 Apr 2018 Had to call these guys out to check out my roof after the extensive hailstorm we had here. Thaddeus made sure to come over and do a full inspection of the roof, gutters, and fences and provided me with a detailed report and pictures of all to provide to my insurance company. Premier Roofing far exceeded our expectations on the emergency repairs we needed. During a recent storm our roof began to leak on the second floor. We called Premier Roofing immediately and they were able come to our home that day. They discovered that we had some missing shingles that was causing the leak. They patched up our roof that night to prevent further damage and replaced the missing shingles when the rain stopped. I highly recommend using them for your home repairs. Overall a fantastic job, and if the roof ends up needing to be replaced, I would/will hire these guys, just based on this experience. This is the kind of extra effort that makes all the difference. I can’t imagine what could’ve happened to my home if it weren’t for them. Thank you, my family and I will always be grateful.

Thaddaeus from Premier Roofing came out and inspected my home at the Preserve and gave me an honest inspection letting me know that it wasn’t necessary to have my roof replaced. I had Stephens roofing come out and they automatically said yes you need a new roof. Pretty sure they wanted the job. Premier also is HAAG certified which makes them experts in assessing damage. It’s rare this day in age to find an honest company not trying to make a buck off of you. I recommend anyone to use Premier Roofing!

I spoke with a dozen companies to get quotes and only half ended up giving quotes. Premier came out on top. Important factors for me were: 20+ years in business, number of reviews, quality of reviews, quality of work, and price. Premier is one of the few I spoke to who paints the vents and pipes to match the shingles.It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasnt delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me.

Ive been trying to resolve two or three (hard rain) leaks which have damaged interior wallboard and was ready to spring for a new roof if necessary since previous expensive repairs did not resolve the issues. Those repairs only involved applying some sticky goop to the suspected leak areas.Thad did a thorough inspection and declared the roof itself to be in good shape. This agreed with the two assessments from my insurance company which legitimately refused my hail claim.Thad and his team replaced about 10% of my 19 year old shingles and the boards under them that had been damaged by the leaks which were all in the areas around the vent pipes. They also replaced some sun blistered shingles on a different roof slope which were not leaking.Premier installed new flashing/rubber caps and sealant around each of the many pipes that poke up through the attic. Three men worked for steadily for six hours and did an excellent clean up afterwards. All the work was documented with pictures taken as the work was done and by a drone afterwards.The two previous companies I called charged a lot and only hit a few suspect leak spots with roofing caulk which did not stop the leaks.Premier is highly recommended and I wish I had called them first.
