The service was excellent. Josh was very courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft. He and Steven were very open and honest with explaining the problem with my roof and the insurance company. Josh has been helping me navigate through the insurance company and solar panel company. Josh is a great asset to your company. Josh kept me in the loop during the replacement phase and took the time to explain about the new gutter placement. In the photos, the brown roof is the old roof; the black roof is the new roof. Im very pleased with my new roof and gutters. Thank you, Josh, for everything. Thank you, SA Roofing, for helping me navigate through this struggle with the insurance company.

Our roof was not even 3 years old when we got hail. We thought no way did we get damage. We had Joshua Martin do a free inspection on roof. He got done with his inspection talked to us showed us the photos of our damage. We had not filed a claim before he told us how to do it. When the appraisal adjuster came Joshua Martin was here on our behalf. Then came hoa. He helped us to fill out the forms and what type of shingle and color. We also got gutters put in. They matched it to the color of our house. Then came color of shingle. Joshua Martin said we should upgrade shingle and showed us this awesome color shingle. It is so beautiful it brought out the color of our brick and door color. Joshua Martin made the whole process painless. Joshua Martin is a very nice young man he kept in contact through start to finish. We highly recommend Sa Roofing Co please remember to ask for Joshua Martin.

I just got my roof done by SA Roof Co. and everything turned out great. Josh Martin was my roof contractor for the job and he was awesome from start to finish. He first came by to do a free inspection to see if there was any damage. Not evening knowing there was a hail storm within the past year he was able to show me that there was. During the inspection he showed me the damage and even explained what it looks like which will help me out with other possible hail storms in the future. Afterwards he helped me fill out the claim. I wasnt able to be at home when the adjuster came out and he was able to be there for it. When it came to picking out the shingles he explained in great detail the differences between all of them and even which color would look best on my roof based on the trim/fascia and color of my house. During the replacement he was there checking out the progress and stayed till the end to make sure everything was picked up and cleaned around the house. Josh made everything a breeze and got everything done in a timely manner.

I want to sincerely thank Mr Steven Boyd of S.A.Roof CO, LLC, in Cibolo, Texas for the exemplary work he performed for me! He was so very professional and knowledgeable! My vent assembly blew off during a storm, and was definitely not repairable. Mr. Boyd performed an all-inclusive free roof inspection before the work began. He took plenty of photos to show me items of interest. He explained everything so well I was very impressed during this entire process! This is also just in time for heavy rain we possibly might experience this week. I very highly recommend Mr Boyd and Company for your roofing needs! I will most assuredly contact him in the future for other work. Its great to know that there is a reliable, straightforward and professional Roofing organization in Cibolo. Thanks again Mr Boyd!

I had a Hercules Pergola built and I must say I am in love with every inch of it. Gutters were added to keep my patio dry and they blend in beautifully. My husband and I are so impressed with the quality work that went into completing this project for us. Kudos to Supervisor Gary and his team for not only their professionalism, but Gary for being so easily reachable every time I reached out with a question or concern. And for working with my crazy graveyard work schedule. I must say their loan process was so easy also. I had an approval within minutes of applying. Everywhere I’ve gone I got the run around and inflated estimates to get my roof done, it’s hard finding someone you can fully trust not only to give you a fair price, but actual quality work! Thankfully I came across these guys! Sa roof co offered a free estimate and I expected them to inflate but they didn’t they kept it completely real and even gave me additional information on how to get everything done affordably and they left me feeling like there was no expectation to go hire them it seemed like getting it done right for myself was most important! They are honest fair and extremely knowledgeable! 150% recommend!
