This month I had two separate appointments, and both technicians did a wonderful job!Stetson was wonderful with fixing our furnace. He explained what needed to be replaced and was easy to understand.Cody did our duct cleaning, and our home’s air quality has never been better. He was great with working of with the challenges of our home, and made good time.Both were professional, kind, on-time, and excellent to work with.

Cody did an AMAZING job with a tough situation!! I had a bird all the way in my dryer! I was afraid it was a mouse and did not want it to get out. He was so creative in finding solutions that weren’t risky. I called many places and no one knew how to do that. Super grateful!! He did a fantastic job.

Stetson and Chris came to tune up our furnace today. They were both very professional, they put on disposable shoe booties so they wouldn’t track in mud or snow. Gave recommendations on how to improve the air quality of my furnace. We had our furnace and air conditioner installed by Utah’s Best Home Pros 2 1/2 years ago, and we are still happy with them.

Our heater wasn’t working and we called Utah’s Best Home Pros to send someone out and Brayden was professional, on time, and a pleasant individual. I was impressed with the response time, availability, and how their company is affordably priced. Brayden couldn’t find anything wrong with the equipment the first time around, so after changing the filter he said to call him if that didn’t fix the problem and he would come back. He ended up needing to come back and was able to come the day we called. He did a little more digging and cleaned the equipment and got to the real issue. Things worked well after that. Brayden gave us some quotes for replacement parts, etc. right then and there. And he didn’t charge us for another service visit. We will be using Utah Home Pros for our future HVAC needs!

I have never left a review online before. This will be my first time doing so and I dont have the words. Its not just a bad day nor simply a rough month. Sometimes in life there are just bad years, And the last couple have been alot to deal with for my father. So when his furnace went out in the middle of the night it was nearly the straw that broke the camels back. Nobody wants to see their family cold nor watch finicial hardship be exacerbated by the simple loss of a necessity such as warmth. In my world one does not need much. however without heat, a house is not a home. I would like to give a shout out to this entire team. From Lissa in the office, patiently and gracefully dealing with our chaos over the phone. To Service technician Jordan, first to arrive and confidantly providing the game plan to minimize our panic. Lastly big shout out to the installers Mason and Austin. These guys were professional. They worked fast while taking the time to work correctly and efficiently. For them It was not an ideal job. But those two did amazing work with a smile on their face. This entire team saved the day and manged the whole process in such a way that it felt like family taking care of family. A rarity in my opinion.

Needed new AC. This company came out gave me a loaner portable AC until they could fit me in couple of days later. Its was hot 🔥 and my AC unit was on my roof. They had to get a crane to take it down and install new one as well as build new furnace. Its been 2 years their customer service is amazing. They really are what their name says! I give them 10 🌟 stars for real.

They came and worked on our unique electrical system. They were professional and performed the task in a timely manner. Our new home purchase needed an entire wire replaced because it was installed incorrectly and the the wrong outlet and wiring system for a dryer. They had to rewire and secure the wiring for other outlets as well. Our electrical box not labeled so they labeled it and ensured the wires were connected tightly. And appropriately. They did awesome for our copper electrical wiring system.

Our air conditioning condensing unit which was only a couple years old wasn’t producing cool air. Chris came out very quickly and did an assessment. The original technician who installed the new unit didn’t properly install it. Chris was very thorough and explained the problem to us. Very professional and friendly. We will continue with Chris.
