I had Unique Plumbing fix some problems and leaks on my water heater and fix my water pressure and Andrew was so amazing! He came promptly and did an outstanding job. He was very helpful, explained everything and was super friendly and a joy to have. I hope he reads this and knows how much he helped us out and that we’d love to have him fix future repairs for us.I will recommend this to everyone near me and will be a returning customer. We had a great experience with Unique Plumbing fixing no hot water at one of our rental properties. These guys showed up same day we called. They diagnosed the problem and recommended replacement. In fact they discovered that the 2nd water heater for the other tenants needed to be replaced too quite possibly saving us thousands in flood damage from a leaking water heater. Really appreciate that. They went above and beyond getting both water heaters installed, clean, neat and even labeled. Give Unique Plumbing a chance to earn your business. I think youll.be happy.

Every experience we have had with this company has been positive. From fixing a pipe from a flood to replacing old pipes to problem solving issues, they have been on time, professional, and trustworthy. Most recently, Howard came out and fixed a rare issue with a new pipe, his experience, professionalism, and knowledge was top notch. He was able to save us a lot of money repairing instead of replacing the whole system. We highly recommend this company.

Unique plumbing came out under my home Warrenty claim. My home Warrenty ended up denying the claim and was being frustrating to work with, but Unique plumbing was absolutely amazing working with me and kept the price down. They gave good advice and even went the extra mile of fixing another little problem we had free of charge. Love that they are local and willing to jump on a call and chat about anything.

He listened and came up with solutions and his experience really showed dealing with an older mid century modern style home. He was even great to my dog and put him at ease with a stranger! I will definitely be using Unique Plumbing in the future. I found them on a recommended list from a recommendation list from someone else I had used. They gave me a great service and didn’t attempt to push anything onto me/up sell me; this is very important to me as I like to be in control of decisions and I like to get the facts of a situation and I dislike the ‘you need to fix this asap-pushy sales tactics’ Knowing my options is key and Josh did a sewer scope for me. He presented just about every option and all potential outcomes. He wasn’t afraid to give me rough ‘ballparks’ on things and didn’t rush through it with me. He was extremely attentive and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more than that. They gave me upfront pricing. My bill did come in at the top end of the price however I found that it was well within reason/justified. I am very frugal with professional services and I think I got superior service with Josh, Becky, and all of Unique Plumbing! A+ in the business!!!

My home warranty company sent these guys out to help with a drain backed up in my utility room. Not only did they call me back super fast and scheduled me the next day, Jesse showed up within the time frame did the work quick, kept me informed on the process and tested it the drain again to confirm it was working. He was in and out and was very professional.

Sump pump drain was spitting out a ton of water so I fixed it with waterproof tape. Another company had quoted me almost $6000 for repair so I was scared but these guys came out and had it up and running with a new drain in about an hour, and only charged me a little over $300. Ended up using a different company for the water heater because their estimate was cheaper, but Unique made the sump pump repair quick and easy for me, and they even connected me with a restoration company to clean up the gross mess and dry my house so I dont get mold

This place is so so so so awesome! Their customer service is amazing and they get the job done quick. The only reason its not a 5 star is because they charge a 4% fee for using cards. Which is just upsurd. if you are buying a new appliance or something you pay an arm and a leg just to use your card.I was charged 84 fee for using my card.. and its not just for credit card.. its for debit cards too.. honestly ridiculous!

I had to replace a piece of my sewer line and Josh Metz was recommended to me. He explained everything that he was doing, what the problem was when he found it, and what needed to be done to fix it. On the scheduled day him and his team came over in the morning and was done by early afternoon. He even helped me put up a shelf in my laundry room that had fallen because I didn’t attach it properly. He was totally professional, honest, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for any of my plumbing needs.

I needed a quick response to a big issue. Josh was great in his response to me for a quote and a time to service. He and his partner arrived at the time set and went right to work. They had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. They cleaned up after and the cost was affordable for the emergency needed. He was honest, friendly, and charged me LESS THAN HALF what Whipple Plumbing was going to charge me for the exact same job with the same supplies. My mind is blown. I want to thank whoever the driver for this companys van was driving this morning on the 15 fwy in Orem. I was trying to merge onto the freeway and everyone was inconsiderate, speeding past me. This older gentleman waived me in and I was finally able to get onto the freeway safely. If I ever have a plumbing issue, I will keep the Unique Plumbing name in mind.
