This is an amazing company, Kyle was straight forward, competent, and did not try to upsell me like some of the predatory companies that take advantage of uninformed customers.I contacted this company to reinstall and fix a job that a predatory company messed up and refused to fix. I have contacted several different companies and each of them wanted to sell me unnecessary repairs and maintenance contracts.If you want a good fair price, without the high pressure sales tactics, then call this amazing company!

The service I received from the technician was very good and professional. * I struggled to put up this post because I feel I was dealt with so kindly. But after giving it a bit of thought I also feel I could be doing others a bit of dis service for NOT sharing my complete experience. Though the work was great; I simply felt it was a bit pricey. I provided close to all of the hardware to be installed, including fittings and lines (I had 2 new under the sink water filters to be installed and the garage disposal that I had taken down to be reinstalled). A couple of minor small parts were provided by the technician. The time spent was not over 2 hours: The cost - $919.00I would estimate the cost for the provided parts to be roughly $20.00Perhaps this would be considered a fair amount for basic plumbing work in this region; for that was all I saw in the reviews. But Ill let U be the judge. ***** Just a quick follow up to this review. I decided to visit management on this issue. I was welcomed by Josh who took sincere interest in my concern. As I spoke to him, I could tell that he was honestly empathetic and wanted me to feel that I was treated fairly. I can see that there operation is focused on quality and do it right type of work which I feel is important as well; Im currently dealing with my air ducts not being cleaned properly and will have to get someone out to do it again the right way. They allowed me an adjustment on the cost but more importantly to me they heard me out with compassion and a willingness to be flexible - thanks.. ***

The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about what had happened. Provided me with a quote for the repair which was very reasonable. I think both of the techs did a great job of explaining what they were going to do, offering the product I needed (garbage disposal), and installing the device. I also appreciated the fact that they unclogged my kitchen and bathroom sinks with their enzymatic drain cleaner as this was also a problem. I joined the Towers Plumbing club so that I could get a discount on my new garbage disposal.What I really don’t like was the outrageous cost of the service and equipment. I don’t care about the reasons for the cost, it was just way too expensive.

Phalcon and Andre came out on short notice and replaced a broken water heater in a time of need right at the end of the day. They went the extra mile to find a good replacement and install it and check that every thing was functioning properly before they left, regardless of how long they had to be there(6:15pm about). They were on their way back from a job in Ogden but came and helped us out about 4:15. Great service and know how, as usual, from Valley/Towers plumbing. Thanks guys!

We had Jeremy come out from Valley Plumbing to repair/replace our garbage disposal that was leaking under our sink. It was beyond repair but Jeremy had a couple garbage disposal options in his truck. He let us know what he had available, we decided on one and he installed it for us. He also cleaned out and replaced a part of the plumbing under the sink.He was professional, personable and got the job completed for us. He worked diligently and cleaned up after he was all done. We’ve had Valley Plumbing out to our home in the past and have had great service from them. Today was no exception. Jeremy did a great job for us. Thank you!

Technicians were very pleasant and friendly. I’m not sure why two technicians were sent. It was really a job for just one. Perhaps that explains why the bill was so high. Also, they reversed the hot and cold hoses to the washing machine when they reinstalled them.

Towers even provides pictures via text and/or email of the technicians so you know who to expect at your location. I’ve used Towers several times at home and business and always been satisfied. Yesterday I had a few things worked on in my house and Travis came out a week ago gave us an estimated and scheduled an appointment for the work. He was great at troubleshooting problems that came up with our old house and did the work fast, clean, very nice even my dog loved him. His coworker Brian climbed under our house ( I don’t know how this was possible to fix an outside faucet) he was also great! These guys are great employees and made me a customer for life!

Executive Summary: Great service but priceyFirst the good: they did a great job. I have no complaints about the work they did. I called Monday morning at 8:30 with clogged drains and they were at my house by 10:30 and done by noon. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves as well as cleaning out the tub. They also put some ABS glue on a leaking pipe for me.The reason I take off a star is because of the price. It was close to $580 to remove the toilet, run the drain auger down the drain, and reset the toilet. But they dont tell you the price over the phone so there they are ready to do the job and I dont want to go through the hassle of having someone else come out so I do it. Later I called a small mom and pop shop and they charge about $350 for the same thing. And then I remember that I can rent the drain auger at Home Depot for $60. Next time Ill do that, because even if it takes me two hours to do what they did in one hour Im still making $250 an hour. Thats pretty good.

Towers has excellent service and great workers! Ill admit I was a little hesitant when Towers quote was higher than the other places Id had look at replacing my water main from the meter to my foundation under my front yard. Then they told me they could be out the next day, have it done same-day, and even promised my yard would look the same when they were done. You know that? They delivered on all aspects. I had an outstanding experience with this company and DO NOT regret spending the extra money on them. I highly recommend Towers Plumbing. The picture Ive added to the review is my little front yard AFTER they left that day. Better results than I was even hoping for!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Towers Plumbing are EXCEPTIONAL to work with!! I was searching for help with a Bathroom remodel. We obtained bids from FOUR other vendors before I came upon Towers, and each of those bids were more than DOUBLE THE PRICE!! (WOW) Towers came in with a fantastic price, and a better approach to completing the work, and they even did the work on the same Visit. They were fast, they were very easy to do business with, they were the least cost, and they did an outstanding job!! Use them and dont look anywhere else! You will be happy you did!!!

I started on what I thought was a rather simple home repair. After making trips to three separate stores I thought that I had everything I needed.... Nearly 3 hours into the project, I realized that I was in over my head and needed an expert. It was a Saturday and I really needed some help. I called one of the other 24 hour plumbing companies that I have used in the past and told them Id be happy to pay their emergency rates but they told me they couldnt get anyone out until next week. So, I tried Valley Plumbing/Towers Plumbing. Again, it was Saturday afternoon, but I called and a very polite real person answered the phone right away. I explained the dilemma. She told me that there was someone in the area who, luckily, could come in the next couple of hours. About an hour later, I received both a text and a polite phone call that Alex was on his way. They also texted a photo, which was nice. Alex came right in and I showed him the situation. He was very professional, efficient and capable. What would have taken me a couple of hours, he took care of in a matter of minutes, and I feel great knowing that everything was done right I appreciate his help very much. Thanks so very much for coming! I will be using these guys again.

I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing repairs. The repairmen called before they showed up and were on time. The prices were very fair, lower than other companies quoted me, and they did not try to add on any other services that I did not need. Their technicians, Trevor and Brandon, were professional, friendly, and helped me make a decision regarding some other work I mentioned to them. Their honesty, integrity and the quality of the work completed is outstanding. They even put back all of my storage boxes and straightened up the area before they left. The scheduling process didnt work very well as the techs were not available until much later in the day than the time originally committed. However, when they arrived they were professional, neat, and thorough. The techs were Chandlyr and Raiden. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained their diagnosis and repair process. They replaced a Pressure Regulator Valve and completed the working in about an hour. I thought the price was reasonable given the results of my internet research on comparable work - may have been a little high; but you get what you pay for (in my experience). All in all very pleased and would definitely call the company again.

I have now had this company come out multiple times in the past few months for various jobs and can honestly say...theres no need to look any farther than Towers Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.I am very pleased with EVERYTHING they have done so far. When I recently asked what to do about my tub not draining very well lately, I was shown a brochure about Total-C!I am allergic to most chemical smells, but this stuff smells like a freshly peeled orange. Josh showed me how to mix it and told me when to use it. Couldnt be easier!I have lived in this 45 yr old house for 25 years now, and its starting to show signs of needing a lot of maintenance or replacements and perhaps a little TLC! Thats why I called Towers Plumbing. Ive had a number of other companies come out over the years, but no one has been as friendly, courteous, or knowledgable as these employees. Namely, Josh and Wilson. Ive had no problems getting an appointment and they arrive promptly. The one thing that impressed me that very first visit, was the text message that preceded their arrival. It had Joshs picture, a short bio, and it let me know he was on his way. All of that information put my mind at ease. Thank you Towers Plumbing!

Ive used this company multiple times. On one building there were clogged drains in multiple units and we were getting mixed messages from the tenants that made it hard to diagnose. These guys were very tenacious in figuring out the root cause and when they had to come back two more times to fully solve it they treated us very well on the pricing. I also recently had a water heater replaced by them. The appointment was not a long ways out, they got the hard-to-find water heater same day, and did a very clean install. The plumber knew his stuff and treated our house very well, even when dragging water heaters in and out.The only thing thats bugged me about this company is their nagging to provide feedback. At the end of the job they gave me a card asking me to give feedback. They texted me twice, sent email, and even called me after I didnt respond to the texts and email. This is just way too much! I was prepared to pay for the Saturday evening call and quick response, but Alex refused, said to keep my eye on it and call if I saw any sign of leakage again. The Technicians were great. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They showed up right on time (at the beginning of the 2 hour window) and they took the time to show me what was going on with the main sewer pipes with the snake camera as well as all the gunk they cleared out. I have used Roto-rooter in the past and they have NEVER shown me anything the were doing and the last two time they showed up they had no idea what they were doing- even though they had done it before and we told them exactly what they did.I would give 5 stars but they do seem to be steep in the price department. The estimate they gave me to ‘line the pipes for a permanent fix’ was $2500 higher then the price Roto-rooter quoted us before.... They were asking almost $9000! Which is absolutely not worth it if I can just have them come clean the pipes out every year or so for $300. It would literally take 30 years of yearly clean outs to make the $9000 worth it. We will use them for the cleanings but if we ever decide to line the pipes- no way.

When turning on our yard sprinkling system for the first time on the evening of May 14 the stop and waste value broke and water began gushing up through the stand pipe and running down the street,much to my shock. I called South Jordan City and they sent someone out to shut off our water.Towers Plumbing responded the next and and quickly determined the problem (a galvanized union connecting the main line to the stop and waste valve had corroded and broken). Alex (the head technician) and Josh worked hard for several hours and fixed the problem perfectly. Each time one of them went into the house they put on shoe coverings and kept me aware at each stage of the job. They restored the area they had to dig up to the same as it was before the break. They did a marvelous job and I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.
