    These guys did a repair to my sewer line that was infested with roots. I got multiple quotes and these guys were reasonably priced and did excellent clean work. I have other projects that I will be using them for in the near future including replacing my old galvanized lines. Thanks for the clean work! Great crew! couldnt be happier. 👍👍

    I was really impressed with Jeremy and Towers Plumbing. Im a very faithful customer so had tried to use my regular plumber. But the last two times I called they were booked up for weeks. With a broken sink, I contacted Valley Plumbing. They came the next day, were in excellent communication the whole time, and can I say, so friendly. So nice to be treated with kindness and respect. I wouldnt say it was a great value, but it was fair. I will definitely be putting my loyalty to this operation from now on.

    It was left much better, cleaner, than the way Josh found it.Josh Ashby did an excellent job. He was very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Josh made corrections to previous mistakes of original installation. He is the person I will call for all my future plumbing needs.     I purchased a new (new to me) house several months ago that had some plumbing issues. Another contractor who we trusted recommended Towers / Valley Plumbing and Im so glad he did. Weve called them a few times now and Ive found them to be so helpful and honest. Today Pedro came and he knows his stuff. I would recommend these guys all day.

    Amazingly, they gave a 2-hr window rather than 4 like most places, and when they texted me to confirm, said they could shoot for a specific time that was better for me - and they showed up right when I had requested!!! That alone would be enough to make me like them, but also they did the repair really quickly. Even though a complication came up, they still managed to get everything done very quickly. They left my bathroom looking very clean! They were also really friendly! All around just a really pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be using them again!!!

    Alex and Landon rerouted our kitchen and laundry room plumbing so it now goes into the main sewer line, instead of the sewer ejection pump system in the downstairs bathroom. Not only was this a big job, but they did it quickly and with minimal drywall removal...pretty amazing stuff. We trust Alex and everyone else at Towers...they are genuinely nice people, super skilled/knowledgeable, and they charge fair prices. Im glad we found them!

    I called Towers Plumbing / Valley Plumbing to service a leaking water heater. Setting the appointment was very easy and efficient. The technician, Trevor and his assistant, arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and made recommendation for a new water heater. They did the work with great care and professionalism. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the value.

    We had Haini and Ryan help us today and they were wonderful! Timely, courteous, informative. They spent almost the whole day installing/plumbing a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal, carried our massive double vanity upstairs and helped plumb and set that up as well. They were very professional, clean, and just honest, fair priced workers. This is my second time scheduling with them and we are so happy and grateful to have found them.

    Everyone I worked with was very professional. Scheduling the appointment was super smooth and they were very friendly. Once the repair guys, Trevor and his partner (didnt catch his name), got here they were very nice and got right to the problem and knew how to repair it. Highly Recommend!

    Jeremy attempted to clean drains from the laundry and kitchen under the house and discovered a hard clog at a T in old cast iron pipe. He provided an estimate of replacement/repair costs and scheduled a time within 2 days. We were able to use the drains, cautiously, in the meantime. He showed up when scheduled. We were at work and allowed him entry. We have worked with Tower before and were not at all concerned. Their employees are honest, reliable, dependable and have great expertise in their field. He called me when the repair was complete, even sent pictures of the clog, and we paid the exact amount originally quoted and, we were not charged for his previous work on the drains. Tower practices true customer service. They will be the ones I call every time we need help.

    Trever was amazing! He was suppose to arrive between 10-12 an he was here by 9:58! He looked at our issue and gave me some quotes. He left but came back to look at a couple things and was able to fix out issue. He saved us hundreds of dollars which was a relief because one of our cars is in the shop. 10/10 would recommend!!

    What started off as just fixing the shower, it quickly turned into four different projects that were all needed (replacing leaking water heater, broken water pressure valve, and one piping issue). Trevor was very professional and answered all of my questions. He had everything he needed with him to fix these problems that were identified and all of the work was done in just a few hours. It really showed how well Towers Plumbing has invested in its people, equipment, and its efficient streamlined approach. Very well done!

    Josh and Lance with Valley/Towers plumbing were responsive, quick, right on time and perfectly thorough. They found a collapsed pipe and didnt even charge us for the use of their camera scope because we hadnt validated it, so theyre incredibly honest to boot.Scheduling was quick and easy, everyone was responsive and they even scooted the appointment forward by a couple hours to help diagnose stuff quicker. Wish it was simply a really bad clogged drain, but hey if wishes were fishes. Definitely will be using these guys again

    Our toddler flushed something big down the toilet and it wouldn’t work. Husband tried to snake it himself and it was a fail so we called Towers Plumbing and they came out the next day. Jeremy called because he could come earlier than our appointment and was there asap. He offered to put on shoe covers before I asked and after assessing the problem, he came up with two options to fix the issue. He started with the least expensive option and if that didn’t work he’d try the next one, but thankfully the first one worked! He was professional, responsive, polite, thorough and worked fast and we will definitely call them again if the need arises. Thanks Jeremy and Towers Plumbing!

    I requested quotes using Yelp and Towers was the first to respond and was quick to set up an appointment and was communicative about a delay in the plumber getting to my house. I had some time constraint for the job getting done so I decided to just go ahead and have them do the work instead of getting other bids so I don’t know how well priced they were. Neil and Tavish did a great job, were quick and efficient and walked me through everything so I knew what they were doing and to made sure the job was done the way I wanted it.

    Jesse and Ruben came today to repair a leaky drain pipe in my kitchen. They had to cut into my basement ceiling to find the leak and then repaired it. I cant overstate how professional and quick they were. They also showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. And they didnt charge me to find the issue and then quickly fixed it. All Hours Plumbing wanted to charge me $800 JUST TO OPEN THE CEILING then charge more for the repair. I am now a Towers Plumbing customer for life and will refer them to anyone who needs help.     Each time I have used Towers Plumbing the technicians are very nice, professional, patient and helpful! Always willing to help ensure things are done right for me. The prices have been fair in the past, usually less than other plumbing companies, however, this time I felt the charge was a little high for the required amount of work performed.

    The company was able to get us in ASAP. Mitch was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was so funny, helpful and willing to walk us step by step on what the problem was, what caused it and how to prevent it.     Trevor was good to work with, very courteous and professional....it appears all was fixed and done well. The cost ended up being beyond my budget because a few other things popped up that needed to be done. Had I known earlier about unknown issues would have held off on repairing more than one hose bib.

    We were in the middle of renovations and we needed someone fast! Towers was the only place that was able to come within a few hours. Our plumber was Trevor. He was on time, polite, and took Covid precautions. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend getting their yearly membership. We saved money on the very first visit. Most plumbers try to sell you services, not Towers. They werent pushy. Towers is our go-to for plumbing services from now on.

    Even though we had a backed-up sewer, our experience with Towers Plumbing was excellent.     This was the second time Ive had Towers Plumbing work on my house. The technician who responded was named Ryan Winter - he had a great attitude, and was very polite and respectful. He gave me accurate timelines on how long it would take to get parts, and once he got them he did an amazing job. He replaced a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink as well as the sprinkler system backflow (wasnt drained early enough last winter). I would absolutely recommend Towers to anyone in need of plumbing services. Definitely ask for Ryan.

    Trevor and Matt came out promptly to investigate a slow basement drain in our mainline. They cleared the blockage and then, after visually inspecting with a camera, cleared 60 years of debris build up from our cast iron sewer pipe with a hydro jet. Im extremely satisfied with Trevor and Matts service, professionalism, and communication, and Ill definitely be using these guys in the future.

    I had to call at 3 this morning due to clogged drain pipes causing backups that were flooding the basement of my business. The on call plumber Eddie Durrant was called out and really saved the day. It was a very difficult job but Eddie never gave up and after hours and hours of work he was able to get our drains working again and stopped the flooding in our basement. I couldnt possibly thank him enough he truly is an amazing plumber and a really awesome guy.

    We had a leak in our ceiling from the bathroom upstairs, and we needed it taken care of ASAP. Most companies we called to come take a look at it charged a fee just to come out because it was a Saturday, but they came out for free and were able to show up within two hours. Alex diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly, and helped us get a discount through their website to make it more affordable. He was REALLY great at explaining what the issue was and how to resolve it. We would recommend them to anyone, and plan to get a water softener from them down the road.     Trevor M. installed a new gas line for an outdoor BBQ. He arrived a few minutes early and he and his assistant got the job done much faster than I had anticipated. Very clean and professional work. Made sure all gas appliances were up and running before he left as well. Would fully recommend him and Towers plumbing to anyone needing work done.

    We needed a few things done and I called and made an appointment to have someone come out. I asked for Trevor since he had done work for us before. He, along with his associate Matt, took care of the four things we needed repaired. They were friendly, arrived on time, did the repairs that were needed and cleaned up as well.     Randy Smith is the guy you want. He was honest and fair with pricing. I live in an older home and my plumbing wasn’t up to par with a brand new washing machine. Randy was out a few times to help solve the problem. It wasn’t solved in one day but he came back every day until it was taken care of. He was very personable, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my family. My family will be a customer for life due to our experience with Randy!

    Valley / Towers plumbing has done several jobs for us now and I have been very impressed with how personable they are. They put on booties when they come into your house, are aware of any mess they make and they are sure to vacuum or sweep anything they create and leave your house in as good as or better condition then when they came. They fixed our water main, fixed several pipes that were leaking, installed a gas line for our stove and a broken hose in the backyard. They have come back, at no cost, when another one of the pipes in the basement they missed started leaking. I will always use Towers/Valley plumbing. Thank you again!

    Wilson did an amazing job diagnosing our flooding problem and fixing it. We had another plumber and a disaster specialist look and they could not pinpoint the problem. Wilson paid attention to every detail, tested his theory, replicated the flooding caused by another plumbing companys poor installation of a water softener, and fixed the problem! It was literally like watching Sherlock Holmes solve a mystery. Thank you!
