Redd and Pro Master Services were absolutely fantastic. My very old garbage disposal was on its last leg and started leaking, pooling in the cabinet below. They got me scheduled right away and I received texts confirming my appointment and another when he was on the way. Redd arrived right at beginning of the 2-hr window. He was so friendly and replaced and cleaned everything in under an hour. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with Pro Masters. Joel and Darryl came and put in a new kitchen sink faucet, along with a spryer which we didnt have to begin with. After they left, the water pressure wasnt strong for the hot water. Joel came out quickly the next day and put in a new part that was needed. He was very polite and apologized for the problem. I really appreciated his quick response and kind, friendly attitude.

I have used Pro master services for a number of different issues ranging from replacing my main water line, to a leaky toilet. Their prices are fair and their work is exceptional, they are the only plumber I will use in the future. Their scheduling staff is also amazing, they answer messages at any hour or the day, even on Sunday evenings, and are always able to accommodate, changes.

Ramon is REMARKABLE! The first company we called to fix our plumbing problem (Action Plumbing) charged $800 to send a camera down the drain and run an auger one time. It did nothing to fix the issue, so they told us they would have to dig up the line to see what the problem was and most likely replace a 5’ section of pipe ….and the additional cost would be $8000 (yes, eight thousand!) Ramon did the exact same thing the next day with his camera and auger and fixed it for under $200. If you want a KIND, HONEST plumber….Ramon is your guy ! We won’t call anyone else!

Nick did a great job cleaning up the work site after completing the repair and I am very happy with the work they did for me. Time will tell if our problems are gone for good, but I have confidence in them and in their supervisor Ramon that if for any reason our problems return, they are willing and capable of returning and taking care of us. I was blown away by Ramon and his teams professionalism and responsiveness. We woke up to find out our water heater was leaking and there wasnt any hot water. With small children at home, it was imperative that I got someone out to my house as soon as possible. Pro Masters came to the rescue almost immediately after contacting a couple different companies! Their communication kept me informed of the arrival time, how close they were to my home, and when the job completed. In what felt like seconds, the job had been completed. Yes, really! Joel and the crew did a great job finishing up our bathroom! As soon as they came in and saw the work of the previous plumber, they immediately knew it was done incorrectly. They were able to fix the issue for us and finally get our shower installed. It took a while for the tub surround to ship, but that wasnt their fault. They got the work done promptly once the parts arrived. We noticed a small issue after installation, and they came right back to fix it and even left us a tube of Dapp in case we need to add anymore caulking. That was very helpful!

Bathtub faucet replaced. Hose bib replaced but plumber is returning to reinstall the swamp cooler connection and put in an access panel on the inside where he had to cut into the ceiling. I will definately use this company again.
