Christian W. is an extremely knowledgeable individual that is willing to do the job right, and also to educate home owners that seek knowledge from someone that has years of experience in the trade. I recommend him for services related to general plumbing and water heater maintenance. Thank you for a job well done.Would have been 5 stars, but they do not currently offer a military/veterans discount.

Drain busters has been working on a large plumbing project in our community. All of the technicians and the owner have been extraordinarily friendly and they have all gone out of their way to say hello and chat with me when I have walked past. I have also appreciated that while this project is extensive, they have strove to make sure our water was on at the end of their work day, sometimes even staying past their contract times to make sure that we are not left without water as much as possible. I would highly recommend this company

Christian came to our house to replace the recirculating pump and expansion tank. Everything went smooth. Christian was polite and professional, completed the job in 30 minutes. He set the timer on the recirculating pump to match what we had before and cleaned up after himself. There was no charge for the service and indicated that the only charge was what the home warranty company would bill us (which is a set flat fee for the visit). So no surprises except good ones. Thank you Christian.

Emet has great guys working for them. They are very polite and work hard. They came into a extremely bad situation with pipes from the 1970s. The pipes have had multiple patches and none of the utility lines were where they were supposed to be. They always have contact with the property management with daily updates. There was a day recently that we did not have water BUT it was one day 24 hour period due to an unexpected break. All of us residents were notified. Anyone with common sense understood. I highly recommend them.

I was really disappointed with my home warranty company, when they finally got me hooked up with DrainBuster...with some delays Nathan came in and went straight to work. This man was remarkable as he addressed my problem on how the last company worker on my hot water heater setup. Nathan attack it with a mission, that he made easy access to everything inside of a small space. He was pleasant and took great pride in his work. Unfortunately I forgot to give him a tip for his fine work.

Quickly and professionally made the requested repairs, plus pointed out and repaired a few other issues. All except the faucet repair was covered under my home warranty and that was very reasonably priced. Very satisfied and would recommend. I have used three plumbers since moving into this place and these guys are the only ones I would call again.

Our water heater went out and our home warranty assigned us to Drainbusters. Most plumbers were booked out over a week or more. I made an appointment with Nathan and within 24 hours Robbie was out to our home diagnosing the problem. He found several other issues that needed to be fixed that would be covered under our warranty. We had our water heater installed, all other issues fixed and our water up and running within 48 hours of our first initial phone call. I had a leaking/corroded pipe coming into my hot water storage tank. Nathan was very responsive and came out within a few hours to diagnose the issue. He was able to replace the needed parts and repair my issue in a very timely manner.I found him to be prompt, professional, friendly. He did quality work at a very fair price.I will use him/DrainBuster again in the future as needed.

Drainbusters are my go to whenever I need plumbing help, and they have helped me with a lot. From adjusting water pressure and replacing fixtures to clearing a backed up sewage line and replacing a toilet. Nathan and Robbie are always responsive, courteous and competent, and their prices are much lower than many of their competitors. They were fair and honest with me. I highly recommend them!

Nathan from DrainBuster helped us solve an issue where 7 of 9 brand new traps were leaking. He was very cost-conscious, professional, skilled and responsive. Ultimately, rather than replace and re-install, he removed and re-installed those 7 traps but did so at a much higher skill level than the original installing plumber. Drainbuster is my go-to for any plumbing issue. Top quality work. Speed. Great customer service, and the most fairly priced plumber I have come across. We have hired Drainbuster (Nathan and Robbie) for three different jobs. For two of the jobs, we received multiple bids from others plumbers. Nathan always gave us a thorough assessment of the problem and a fair price. Their bids have always been more than reasonable and consistently lower than others who had also misdiagnosed the problem.Drainbuster is also willing to take on hard jobs. We had a few plumbers decline work or give huge bids because of access issues they didnt want to deal with. Drainbuster took the job and handled the access issues easily and charged a totally reasonable price.They move fast and do top notch work. True plumbing experts.

I needed a water heater, the day I called is the day it was replaced. They also gave me the best price I could find. Very informative and clean the tec was a very nice person to work with. I had them out on another occasion to fix my toilet. I believe a child put a toy in my toilet and flushed it. Drainbuster came out right away and cleaned out my toilet. Havent had any issues since.
