We were so fortunate to have Pete come to our house today. He was exceptional! Professional and worked diligently to solve some pretty large issues. I cannot say enough about his workmanship, as well as the way he educated me on the choices we had to make. What could have been a two day job, Pete stayed to get the job finished. It’s never fun to deal with plumbing concerns, but Pete and All Hours Plumbing made it less stressful with their incredible service! Thank you, All Hours! Scott Cole our salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed for our new system. They had a really fast turn around and got our new unit installed 2 days after the estimate. Nick C and Isaac J showed up right on time and had everything installed in 3 hours. We upgraded to a new smart thermostat and Nick helped me get the app set up on my phone. I highly recommend All Hours for your AC needs!

I’ve just completed an extensive sewer repair job at my residence that extended over a week period. During the project, I had multiple interactions with members of the All Hours Team. Every single encounter, from phone response, communications, and individuals, has been refreshingly professional, prompt, respectful, and courteous. Additionally, I really appreciated each persons cleanliness and attention to COVID precautions.I want to specifically mention plumber Cruz Soto. Cruz addressed two separate evening plumbing emergencies. He clearly cares about serving people! His communication skills parallel his plumbing expertise. Cruz, I want you to know, my whole family really appreciates how you supported us during such a stressful time. Thank you!After the plumbing emergencies, and the identification of the repairs need, I worked with the “dig team” lead by Tyson. Wow! These men worked so efficiently and impressively. What an experienced and excellent team ( Tyson, Bret, and Jake).Tyson and Bret were so attentive to every question and difficulty that arose secondary to managing the residence with a special needs senior with dementia. All three of these men were wonderful to work with. Clint, Todd, and Brandon also came to help. Although I didn’t interact as much with them, I could see how well the whole team worked together. Every one of them conveyed how much pride they take in their work and hearing them interact so positively with one another shows they are a true team.After completion of the dig, the team took care to restore the integrity of the site. It was hardly noticeable that there had been an 8 foot hole, and heavy equipment on the lawn. Amazing!TY to Fred, Devin, and any other person I forgot to specially acknowledge.To the owner of this business: Every single employee spoke highly of their job and employer. This means you take care of your employees! We had a slow leak in the house we moved into 4 weeks ago. Had a tech come out from another company and wanted a second opinion. Lee came out and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Really took his time with us and gave us so much information! We decided to go with them based on that. They got us in the next day with a new water heater with a great warranty, and Conner and Brady were SO KIND and thorough and helpful. The work looks great and they assured us that if we have any issues at all, that they’ll come right back out and take care of it. Definitely recommend!!

All hours did a large HVAC and Ductless Mini Split install in my home recently and we couldnt be happier with all aspects of the process. The customer service at the office was great and they really cared. The estimate process was professional and most importantly, quick turn around. Then came the install which was the most important. They worked with us to satisfy all our concerns and address all our questions along the way. Most importantly I knew we were getting top notch service on the install and a 10 year warranty. We did mini split units as well as an entire new HVAC system so it was a big job with some hurdles that we had to work through. Everything ended up fantastic. We have already recommended All Hours to two neighbors who are proceeding with install. When it comes to HVAC there are a lot of options, but Im happy to have found my one and only HVAC service from now on. Thanks to all the crew there for a great job and look forward to working with you all in the future and will continue to recommend your services to my neighbors!

I’m so impressed you employ somebody like Ken Abbott! He made a special effort to call me the night before and make sure he knew what was going on with my radiant heat issue, came out early the next morning, and was so nice and kind and explained everything to me. He found the problem quickly, got all of the parts and fixed it in just a few hours. I was very impressed with him! Hooray for All Hours Plumbing that they have him on their team! A million thank you’s!

I used All Hours to respond to an emergency electric water heater leak/ rupture. I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. Colby responded with in 30 minutes and drained my water heater. He then talked me through my options for replacement. We agreed we would both research traditional water heaters and electric on demand. Colby called me the next day around 1230. We discussed the options we both found. He let me know the plan for Monday. On Monday he called at 830 and was at my house by 930. I have an odd sized water heater due to tight spacing and which requires some running around to find it. He had the old one out, new one in place by 230 pm. There were a couple of hiccups which he trouble shot well. He left my place as clean as when he came. Colby provided both excellent customer service and quality work.* I should add the black marks were the installment of the old one, not Colby. Colby’s work was impeccable.

Mercy! All Hours Plumbing disintegrated a nearly year long nightmare.Bottom line: use them. Reasons (lol, this is the short version):About a year ago my hot water heater died, in part because of a back draft. I went to Lowes and purchased a replacement - same size as the previous 2 water heaters. I paid for an inspection before installation.Frank came out and looked at everything, I explained to him about the back draft and he installed what I had purchased. A city inspector came out and approved the installation.A couple of days later the heater was out and I had to restart it. This was repeated with more frequency until I was restarting the heater 5 out of 7 days. Fed up, I called Lowes. They sent Frank back out. He looked at the pilot light and said all was fine, left, and I never heard from him again.After a month or so, I was at Lowes and went to service desk. I told them I wanted someone else to come out. They sent Jim (very intelligent man, knowledgeable). One look and Jim said, that never should have been installed. He asked me if I had carbon monoxide detector since the house was most likely filling with it from the heater and the outside vent (horizontal). I went and bought 2. He felt he was out of his league and sent out another guy. The new guy took one look and said, that never should have been installed and reported to Lowes. Lowes decided to turn it over to their in-house insurance. Jill just wanted to give me a refund. I told her, not happening. I had warranties and they were going to fix it. She was not happy (especially after mentioning gross negligence) and was going to send me an email with her phone #, etc. She never did. She told me to get an independent quote to make it right.I called Whipple and got the quote. No where to send it.A month later, Lowes independent adjuster called and a week later came and inspected. Then the water heater just quit - I could not get it turned back on. I called the adjuster and All Hours called and set up and appointment.All Hours texted me with the appointment time and kept me informed as to when they were on their way via texts.Jared showed up. Inspected it all - before getting a new heater. They took a measurement for the water pressure valve and it was 125 psi. The max for water heaters is 80. This is something that Frank should have done on his inspection. Frank should have told me that the horizontal draft pipes would need to be re-done. What should have happened is that Frank told me that what I had was not right and at that time, get the right parts and install it correctly.Mitch came with Jared and while they were doing their thing I asked questions, what is that for?, why this or that? They answered and educated me extensively.Jared went to work. Re-piping what was needed, moving the vent upward and through a new hole in the house (for code and, it looks great!). Later he replaced the water pressure valve.What particularly impressed me about Jared is that when I asked him something, hed say, Well, I have to put my name on it, so It has to be done right. Imagine! An installer with not only pride, but integrity. And, btw, their price, which Lowes paid, was half that of Whipple.A big, THANK YOU to All Hours, Mitch, especially Jared!!!I am one very happy camper and I highly recommend All Hours Plumbing. Want it done right the first time? Call them.The photo with the blue overflow tank is Franks, the one with the white is Jareds. Note the ventilation, plus, Jareds has an electric fan which only comes on when the heater comes on, which only comes on when the temp falls below a certain level. Both tanks are 50 gal. It may not look like it, but one will kill your family, the other just does its job.

We just had a ver thorough duct cleaning by the hood folks at Whipple/all hours. Colin was insanely meticulous with his work and super nice and respectful of our house the entire time. After going through a renovation, the ducts were very much in need of a big clean and Colin delivered. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and excellent service we received. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks again!Great service! Answered my call at night, showed up first thing the next morning and were able to diagnose a problem with the sewer main missed by previous plumbers. Super nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied with the responsiveness and competence of All Hours (serviceman was Joey). Had a (non-emergency) issue on a Saturday morning, first contacted them at maybe 8:30, and Joey was there to fix the problem by noon. The fix was quick, he was very clear and friendly on describing the issue and what he did to repair it, and as far as I can tell everythings working great now. And the amount charged was very fair. I would recommend All Hours to anyone needing plumbing work.

Truly couldn’t ask for better service from start to finish— every time. I sincerely appreciate how thorough they are, and for each callout they did such an amazing job of educating us and offering options for us that best fit our needs and budget. Tim McPeters was absolutely brilliant helping us this last time— not only with helping us winterize our cabin, but also for helping us think through a few quick fixes for the previous owners’ DIY work that was potentially problematic. Didn’t pressure us in any way, by ultimately we ended up going with the recommendation to make the quick repair to save us another callout (and potentially a huge issue) down the line! Highly recommended— don’t hesitate to hire them!

He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but was amazing at communicating each next step and diagnosing every potential issue in our 110 year old home. He was accurate and thorough and fixed not only the drain but pointed out other plumbing related problems.He was very creative in thinking outside of the box to remedy our blocked drain and helped us improve the water pressure.We have found our new plumber in James and won’t be wasting our money elsewhere. We had work done in June, they told us when we paid for the bill that the work was warranted, and that was a lot for 30 minutes, but that is another matter.Anyway, there was water leaking from the area where the original repair was done.Issac Valdez came over and assessed the situation, ended up turning off the water and then taking outdoor faucet out which had split for some reason.He didnt have a replacement with him in the van and went back to the shop.He returned about 15 minutes later and added the new faucet to the house.The repair went great, Issac was great and very cordial and clean. I would recommend Issac at anytime.

Considering I had a horrible experience with All Hours the first time it was nice to have someone who cared. I had no intention of using them for the actual units, however these two associates wanted to make things right and got me to consider All Hours for future services and products. Again, I honestly thought that would never happen and it wouldve taken a miracle. These two were excellent and made me feel heard and not taken advantage of. Two great people. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon S. He came out for a late night plumbing emergency and was on time and responsive. Brandon was very respectful and explained to me the situation with care. It felt like he really had my best interest in mind. I would recommend this company to others!Update: Bret and Nate came to fix out blocked mainline that was backing up and overflowing into our home. They took great care of the place and made sure all of the blockage was removed (double checked and triple checked we are clear). They were kind and walked us through the entire process. They worked hard and spent long hours going above and beyond to get us up and running so we can have water running again so we can be more comfortable. They walked through our options and suggested what to do. They are experts in their field and made me feel really taken care of. I would recommend this company and they have earned a loyal customer.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Last year we had our water heater start leaking. They came quickly and we had a new one installed within a few hours. Last night our air conditioner went out. They dispatcher answered the phone in the middle of the night and was super friendly and helpful despite the late hour. The service expert Megan was AMAZING! She went through the parts of the furnace and compressor and showed me what was wrong and never once made me feel like an idiot even though the malfunction was due to my lack of maintenance. Highly recommended!!!!

Jonathan Sullivan was a great technician. The over all job took maybe 30 minutes but cost me $400 to replace the shower diverter in the bathtub faucet. It was a bit disappointing when you call All Hour Plumbing and Whipple showed up.I would have never used All Hour had I known Whipple was affiliated with them. Never had good experiences with Whipple in the past.If I was only reviewing the plumber, I would have gave a 5 star review. Again, $400 for a 30 minute job seems excessive.

He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (which was completely different than what I had originally thought) and completed the repair of a pipe leaking into my wall quickly. We’ve had full heating and AC systems installed by them on our primary and rental property and use them to service our rental. It’s been a huge improvement over using a management company.During our last maintenance service they noticed an error in the furnace’s installation and repaired it all at no cost.I appreciate their follow up and integrity.

It was taking longer than originally planned not due to All Hours fault, but Paul offered to pay for a hotel room for all of us anyway!! They spent a week with us and their qualities never wavered. They tried their very best to work around issues to help with the total cost too. I not only recommend All Hours Plumbing to everyone I know, but I also TRUST them which is priceless when it comes to plumbing when you have no clue. He offered us options, including the cheapest bandaid, a middle ground option, and a deluxe fix. We chose the middle one and he got us up to code, replacing some shoddy temporary work that preceded it. Not working with handymen on our pipes anymore. This is our new long term plumbing option. From the customer service advisor, Tyler on my first call with them who sat on the phone with me for over 20 minutes trying to help me, to Troy coming to my house 3 different times to fix the issue. We were leaking quite a bit of water outside so they made our job a priority and worked super hard until it was done. Brandon and Clint were very careful to make sure we were informed and comfortable with what they were doing and the decisions they made. I hadn’t worked with All Hours until my washer shut off valves split and began leaking. Brandon came in the middle of the night and back the next day to fix the issue. He was awesome. Unfortunately, he had to warn me that his fix was temporary because of the quality of my old pipe. I scheduled with them again for an install of a washer box and new valves around my home. Out of multiple quotes, they came in at the best price. Jesus did the install of everything else and was also a delight to work with. Fantastic customer service and honesty. We had a leaking water heater, they were able to come the following day and let me know exactly when they would arrive. Turns out it was a simple fix, just tightening something I was too clueless to do myself. Teashia came to perform a furnace tune up and inspection. They were prompt to our appointment and called an hour before arriving to give a heads up. They even offered to pick up something at the convenience store when they stopped for gas if there was anything I needed.The service was very informative and completed efficiently. I think All Hours prices may be inflated to get you to buy a membership, but all in all the membership was the same price as the duct cleaning I had already received multiple estimates for anyway, so I had no problem signing up for that and getting 5 years of water heater flushes and furnace tune ups along with it.

Highly recommend this company! I needed my water heater looked at to figure out what was wrong. Being that my water heater and home is only 3 years old, I figured it should be an easy fix and shouldn’t be nothing crazy. Come to find out that my heater was actually leaking water and had failed. Called about a dozen companies and no one could fit me in on such short notice. Once I called these guys, they were able to send their guy CHRISTIAN TRONIER out to access the issue within a couple hours. Once he got here, he informed me of what needed to happen. He was very straight forward, honest and reliable. He came first thing the very next morning to replace my water heater with a new unit and get everything back up and running within a very timely matter. Definitely appreciate Christian’s work ethic and the response of this company. If I ever need work done again, I’ll definitely be giving you guys a call. The receptionist (I think her name was Lindsey) was wonderful as she booked an appointment despite my short notice.Westley (Wes) was the first responder and he was amazing! He was fair and one of the most honest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I had purchased my own unit and he was able to get it connected very quickly. He even found a pipe or something that wasn’t connected right - it was something a previous owner did to cut corners- and Jaden was able to put in the correct piece. Pete savage really was top notch, he has basically been working on my moms pool boiler for 2 yrs, tried cheaper things first (it was what my mom wanted) he never minded picking up a phone call from me to help. He went through each inch of it. To make sure I knew how to keep it clean and secure it at winter so that maybe my mom can get a few more yrs out of it. He never pushed the big money replacements or anything gave us our options but never made us feel like we had to do this or that. Now it’s working better than it had for the last 5 yrs. Tree roots got into our sewer line and backed it up. All Hours responded in under 2 hours on a Friday night with a technician who was able to clear the line. However, ended up needing to install a liner for a 60 yr old sewer that was starting to fail. All Hours provided a fair and competitive estimate compared with the other bids we got. Dont get fooled by other plumbers that will claim they install sewer liners when in fact they subcontract the work out to companies like All Hours, who actually have their own in-house equipment and crews that do the work themselves. Make sure you ask. All Hours was more knowledgeable and experienced with the latest technology then other plumbers. Their sales manager was very thorough, shared the sewer camera video, and provided 4 different price options on how to address the problem to code. All Hours scheduled the liner install immediately once we made our decision. We were given regular text and email updates each day on when crews would arrive. They were all very professional, courteous, and more than willing to explain any procedures and equipment used to do the work. They carefully excavated the yard near our water line and kept soil disturbance to a minimum. The crew lead checked in and out each day to explain progress and next steps. Work was completed in a few days, and we were never without sewer service for more than a couple hours at a time. The city inspector scoped the work and determined it was an excellent liner install. The All Hours crew returned same day to carefully backfill the hole and repair the sprinkler line they had to cut. Overall, I cant recommend them enough. Fair price, professional, experienced, great communication and final results. Even if the other guy undercut them by a thousand dollars, All Hours was worth it from start to finish. Dan, Todd, Tyson, Nick, Bret, and all the other guys were great. Thanks!

We woke up to water and steam poring out of our water heater this was 4:30 in the morning the lady Laura helped me to get the water shut off and then set the appointment for 8 am to be seen it turned out I needed a new water heater everything went smoothly and we got it in the same day.Waiting to see if they call to do the maintenance for my furnace this year if they do and its as affordable as the last time I used them then Ill probably be moving over to them for all my needs in the plumbing and heating area.

We had an insanely bad clog! They came the first day even earlier than they said and did everything that they could to no avail--it was deep in the main line 😬 They came at the earliest scheduled time the following morning which we were so relieved! Brian and Jordan were our technicians and they were AWESOME! Friendly, professional, efficient and wore masks and gloves the whole time so we felt safe. The night before they came a second time we called a couple places to price match and despite the cost they were the most competitive. Wed definitely use them again in a pinch!

100% pleased!! Initially the call was taken by an answering service. They took basic information down. Then a gal called promptly back with All Hours Plumbing and got detailed information and scheduled a technician for the same day between the hours of 10-12. She was very professional and kind. At 11 I received a text stating the technician was on his way. It contained his first and last name AND a picture. AWESOME!!!! Loved the idea that I would know what he looked like as I let a stranger into my home! (I knew it was lagit because the company has all their technicians with name and photo listed.)Christian was very nice. Professional and communicated well. He listened to the issue. Informed me of what he would be doing to do some trouble shooting and asked if he could proceed.Christian took pictures as well as communicated the issue and showed me the part. He then proceeded to ‘fix’ the issue with my full knowledge it may not work. Nope. It did not! He then proceeded to explain all my options as well as speak to my husband on the phone with the issue and recommendation with options. He also listed the prices with each one.We choose to replace the part to see if it would solve the problem (lesser amount of the two the day after Christmas ). He left to get the part. Came back. Replaced it. And it worked! He explained the guarantees of parts and service and the non guarantees but as well as anytime to feel free to call if there were any more issues.I paid for services rendered. He even took off $100 without even being asked because he had to leave to go get the part and I had to wait. From the time he arrived to the time he left was roughly 1.5 hours.I would recommend All Hours Plumbing and will be requesting Christian again if we have any issues down the road.

I cant say enough about how great these guys were to work with. I called them on a Monday morning about a sewage backup through my shower drain that had flooded an area of my home. They had a crew out within a couple of hours. They were able to clear the clog in the sewer line, and they had someone from a company they partner with that does water damage repair out to my house that same afternoon to begin the cleanup. The staff from All Hours who provided services were very efficient, professional, and kind. I felt like they not only did the work that was needed to get the job done, but also they were very understanding that I was dealing with an emergency that caused a lot of anxiety. They explained everything thoroughly and were extremely helpful. Im so glad I chose this company!

After calling multiple plumbers about a leak we had in our basement, we found these guys. They were the only one so far that wasn’t 3 weeks out. They came the next day. They found the leak and repaired it. The price seemed on the high side for what I was expecting. This is one of those companies that also offers service memberships, we ultimate bought one thinking it would provide some benefit and savings from the included services. Then they performed (as part of the new package) a plumbing inspecting, of course finding more things wrong. They replaced the pressure regulator for the house which they found to be a problem on this inspection and said it would void the warranty of their other repair if not completed. The service overall took several hours because of the extra inspections and work. That left us feeling like we dropped a ton of money and wasted a lot of time. Giving 4 stars for the benefit of the doubt though. The tech was professional, friendly and punctual. I’ll update as we schedule more of the services included in the membership we purchased.

The installation took longer than anticipated, it wasn’t completed until late on a Saturday afternoon.All Hours Plumbing scheduler was very friendly and professional. I was concerned about that the job was going to be too complicated for a plumber not familiar with our sink set up. But, it wasn’t, he knew exactly what need to be moved and reconnected and also noticed we had a cracked pipe. He went to Home Depot and bought all the parts. His work was meticulous. It was so easy working with this company. We are going to continue to use All Hours Plumbing for all our Plumbing needs. 5 Star service!!!!

My insurance company sent a plumber out to my house after I made a claim. The insurance said they wouldn’t cover the claim, and the plumber didn’t have the parts necessary to fix the problem anyway, I would’ve been without water for additional two days (it had already been one day.) All Hours was able to send me someone in about an hour. Devon was very professional and quick. He gave me a couple of options for repair, and was very personable and efficient. I’m very happy I gave them a call, and I am extremely satisfied that they were able to help me on a Sunday.

They came out really fast when I needed help on a bathroom sink install. Anthony was really friendly. I felt like $192 for 1/2 hour was a bit much as I supplied all the parts. He did a good job on project. I did get some leak when I checked back 5 hours later out of new p trap. I tightened myself by hand a crank or two and now it is not leaking. They were willing to come out and fix if leak kept going so I was happy about that. Overall pretty good. Not sure if price was good or not as I havent priced plumbers much. I was happy with how fast they came out and they were friendly.

After calling nearly a half dozen places for a frozen water main and being told they cant help, All Hours Plumbing were the ones who were willing to respond. Daniel L arrived during the timeframe they said he would arrive, with a 15 minute heads-up call. He resolved the problem faster then he predicted. Was not only prompt and professional, he actually made a frozen water main an enjoyable entertaining experience while we were waiting for the pipe to thaw and offered advice to prevent this in the future. Will definitely call again for any plumbing work.
