When I started looking into getting rain gutters I got a quote from Superior as well as a few other local companies. Superiors price was the best paired with strong professionalism. I was very happy with my estimate from Brian. I felt like he was really focused on answering all my questions (which I had a lot of) and making sure that I was fully informed about the different materials and processes for gutters. As a first-time home owner, I felt comfortable with my decision. The installation started earlier than anticipated which was great and was complete in a few hours. All together Superior was a great company to work with and they are extremely easy to get a hold of.

We just got new gutters on our home. We called Superior and a few other places. Superior was right on par with all the other bids we got but they were way more professional. Brian came out 2 days after we called and was able to give us a bid. They were back in less than a week and finished everything up in just a few hours (the job was pretty small). The work was great and they were super professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Wesley was recommended to us by our roofer (Patriot Roofing). We were debating between bronze and copper gutters. Wesley came out for the initial consult and gave us a bid. He came out two other times to answer questions and to bring examples of the two materials. He is very knowledgeable about his line of work and the products he uses. We decided to go with copper gutters. Wesley was in contact with our roofer so he knew when that part of the job was completed and our gutter installation was scheduled for a few days after the roof was installed. In order to complete our job in one day Wesley scheduled two crews for the installation. The installation went smoothly, both crews arrived and worked the entire day completing the job. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Wesley came the following week to do a final walk through and to collect payment. Occasionally Wesley would run late for his appointment times but other than that I would highly recommend him for his knowledge and quality of work.

We called Superior to get an estimate to have our old rain gutters replaced. Wesley came out the next day measured our home and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and answered all my questions. We called Wesley and told him we wanted Superior to do the job. Our new rain gutters were installed in just 9 days. The two men who came to install them were courteous and professional. It only took a few hours and they cleaned everything up before leaving. Superior is a great company to work with.

Wesley came out out to our home when he said he would. He gave us a quote on replacing our falling rain gutters and old heat tape setup. They did a great job of taking down our old gutters ensuring not to damage anything and had the new ones and heat tape ran within a single day. These guys do a great job with great prices as well. They really do go above and beyond for your needs. We are extremely happy with their service and glad we called them. Highly recommended!!!

It was an amazing experience working with Superior Rain Gutters. I met with Wesley Kress, who was prompt and very professional. We discussed what I needed to have done and he offered recommendations to provide me with the best solution to fit my needs. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and competitive and there were no additional upcharges.His crew arrived when he told me they would and they too were very professional. They quickly went to work and before I knew it, they were done. They cleaned everything up and in a matter of a few hours they were gone!The gutters look great!! They are continuous without seams (less chance for leaks and no unsightly joints) and they used hidden fasteners that are screwed into my fascia. I dont have to look at the ugly nail heads and I dont have to worry about nails working there way out.I am very pleased with their work and their warranty and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had Wesley with Superior Raingutters out to my home to provide me with an estimate. He was prompt to our appointment which made us feel important and started our interaction of on the right foot. He provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on what was best for our home. He even recommended I install a leaf protection system to protect the raingutters from clogging due to the large tree we have our front yard. Although they werent the lowest quote, we went ahead and scheduled them to do the work and are so glad we did! His guys arrived when scheduled and were efficient and professional in their install. Cleaned up all remaining debris even better than I had anticipated. From start to finish a fantastic experience. They earned my recommendation and have now done five homes on our street! I would very highly recommend Superior Rain Gutters to everyone. Wes Kress came out and gave me the initial bid. I had told him what another company had bid and Wes coached me about what the damage to my home and property would be if I chose what the other company had bid and why. He made a profound statement to me and it was completely genuine, ”It doesn’t matter whether you choose my company or another, just make sure the job is done the right way for you”. I could see the complete wisdom in what he was stating. I got one more bid as I has already scheduled it and ultimately chose Superior because Wes took the time to explain everything and why. He is the voice to a company that represents honesty and integrity. He scheduled my job and was out here a week early, which was amazing since I was getting very close to winter. They installed the rain gutter quickly and cleaned up better that we would have expected. They got out a leaf blower and cleaned up the leaves on our patio. We were extremely pleased with the results. They replaced our old gutters laden with mud and leaves and hauled them off without leaving a trail of mud and leaves. We have had many contractors doing work on our house who left varying degrees of messes. Superior didnt leave a mess for me to clean up - very grateful for their professionalism.

The overflow from my front gutter was freezing on my wheelchair ramp causing a safety hazard. After a recent storm it took tons of salt both granular and liquid for me to manage to get up my ramp and into the house. The next morning there was a lump of ice towards the bottom of my ramp causing my wheelchair to almost go over the edge of the ramp. I called Superior Rain Gutters to clean the gutter. That afternoon Wesley stopped by to assess the situation and told me I needed the gutter replaced. We were having a series of storms with conditions of thawing during the day and freezing at night so Wesley made my project a priority due to the hazardous conditions. I highly recommend Superior Rain Gutters. Wesley was very professional and accommodating. The cost was reasonable as well.

We went out of our way to make this appointment work and now we’re getting stood up. Didn’t expect this kind of treatment. When I talked with Brian two days ago, he seemed like a nice guy.Update: Had a good call with Wes. He’s coming out now for a quote.
