Sugarhouse Glass was professional, timely and got the job done! We asked around for a few quotes and they were the only ones around that could do what we need in a timely and cost friendly manner. I would recommend anyone to Sugarhouse Glass and will use them again in the future. Their installer Evan was on time for our appointment and also came out an additional time when we needed him without hesitation which we appreciated! He was very professional and understanding.

They were on time, efficient and extremely professional. They went above and beyond what we asked of them, and the price was very reasonable. We had exterior glass replaced and a very large mirror removed from a wall. Thank you for the great work!

Our experience with Sugarhouse Glass and Mirror was remarkable. Out of five companies we contacted, they were the only one willing to do residential glass and give us an installation date. The estimator was on time and gave us an estimate less than we expected. The installer was outstanding. He was punctual, highly competent and professional and, showed great concern for our property. Scooted in there needing a rapid response and repair of a window screen. I got it; along with EXCELLENT customer service. Minnie, at the front desk, greeted me respectfully and responded immediately, leaving her station to speak directly to the technician, Jon, who followed her back to the front office to be certain of what I needed done. He took care of the repair of my screen at once, with a focused, concerned attitude. All of this happened under the watchful eye of the owner, Shad, (who by the way, has some pretty great taste in music.) They offer reasonable pricing, excellent customer service, efficiency and professionalism. I would go back!

This is a small glass product and repair shop that does great work. Ive had multiple projects done by them for my home. They dont have a fancy show room, but dont let that deter you from asking about custom glass work. They do it all. Their prices are reasonable. Theyre very kind and easy to do business with. Came in for an order I had placed just a couple days prior, they were friendly and helpful and were willing to cut a sheet of plexiglass on the spot for us. Amazing customer service, fast and efficient results at low prices, and overall a great experience. Will be back for all my future glass needs!

I had Sugarhouse Glass and Mirror cut my existing mirror into 2 pieces. They cut it, sanded the edges and I took it home... where I found that either me or they wrote down the wrong measurements. I took it back and they gladly cut it again and sanded it again with no additional charge. I have them coming out for a shower door measurement soon. Hope they are as good as they were for my mirrors.

Needed a cabinet pane replaced. They had the original ready in days, but noticed the bubbles were going in the wrong direction compared to others. A minor detail I probably wouldnt have noticed until I got home. Instead, they got the new glass pane in just a few more days and saved me a headache. Price wasnt bad either. Highly recommended!

These guys were great from the very beginning! Bob came out to give me an estimate and was right on time, There price was very good and much less than other quotes. Their office called to set up an appointment for installation and that happened just as they promised. There were two techs who did the install, were right on time, and very skilled at what they were doing. I would recommend Sugar House Glass to anyone. I called them because I had used them before, years ago and was definitely not disappointed. Good work, pleasant and skilled employees. Over all I felt very good about the entire experience of replacing a third floor bedroom window that had moisture between the panes due to cracking in the seal.
