David Richardson and his crew with Jeff Ryder did a remarkable job of planning and restoring the collapsing front porch of our 135-year-old home. Then they worked beyond the normal contract by turning in the work to the State Historical Preservation Office so that we could get the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit! Amazing folks to have as friends. -
