    Special thank you to Rescue Plumbing coming out today to service my home. After returning home from a vacation, I found out my kids decided to play while mommy was away causing a total back up. Searching local Facebook groups for a plumber.. I noticed one thing in common Herb with Rescue Plumbing. I called him, explained my situation and he said he would come out to diagnose the problem. Within 20 minutes of sending my address, Herb was here already checking things out. He let me know his employee Brian would be available a few hours later. After about an hour I received a call stating Brian was already outside which was unexpected because I anticipated 1pm. I was beyond happy to have met them both & Brian got the job done in less than 45 minutes. Thank you both again. I would definitely recommend for your plumbing needs.

    After a no show from another plumber, my friend recommended Rescue Plumbing. I called in the morning and they had someone out later that morning. Brian was great!     Herb and his team were great. We had a small emergency at a rental property with water not draining in multiple locations and initially we werent able to find anyone to get there. Herb was able to get there quickly, diagnose and fix the problem that same evening. Would highly recommend him and on top of everything, they were really nice!

He personally returned later that day to install a new hot water heater, and of course did a fantastic job. Herb is also highly professional, soft-spoken, and very polite.     Absolutely the best service Ive had. I thought I had a clogged toilet, which turned out to be roots. The owner and Brian came out first thing in the morning and worked diligently.     We had a significant leak that appeared under our lanai late on Friday night. I called and spoke with Herb on Saturday morning and he sent Brian out to look at the job. Brian arrived around noon and quickly found the problem and had a new pipe installed within 2 hours. He was very professional and explained what he found and how he was going to fix the problem. He also discussed next steps for us to take to ensure that we will not have the problem again. This was our first experience with Rescue Plumbing and we are extremely pleased with the level of service we received. Dont hesitate to call them for your plumbing job!

    We called Rescue Plumbing at 3:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon and they arrived by 5:30pm! They had no idea who we were- they had a completely booked schedule but they managed to fit us in at the end of the day. I can not give enough praises to Herb and Greg- such gentlemen! So efficient, respectful, tidy and major problem solvers. Oh- and I should add- very, very reasonably priced! I will definitely share the news for anyone with plumbing needs!

    I had a fairly urgent leak from the water supply valves to my washer. I had contacted other companies for days and never heard back or was given the run around. I reached out to Rescue Plumbing and left a voicemail. I received a phone call within 15 minutes asking more questions about the issue and to send in pictures. After sending in the photos, Herb was able to quote me via text because I was at work and ensured he could fit me in today. Herb managed to fit me in 3 hours later, fixed the problem and even quoted some other services that we needed done. Herb was professional, on time, responsive and extremely helpful. I will be having more work done next week and I will be telling everyone I know, they should also use Rescue Plumbing.     Had a leak under my kitchen sink, which turned out to be a loose connection in the garbage disposal. He came the same day. Was polite and friendly. Fixed it in a few minutes. Made recommendations to protect my cabinet should a leak occur in the future... and then only charged $65 dollars. I saved this business in my phone and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.
