Working with ProFlo was just about as easy and efficient as you can imagine. Nick and his team were able to locate and fix a leak in my water line that was causing high water bills. After I called they showed up both quickly and exactly when they said they would be there, found the leak in no time, and worked around my schedule to come out and fix the problem. Their pricing was more than fair, they were able to clearly explain what the problem was and answer a few other questions I had, and I didn’t have to sit at home for hours waiting on them to show up! You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Had a leak start late Sunday night. Called ProFlo first thing Monday morning and they were out within a few hours. Confirmed it was my hot water heater located in an unusual location inside my home and not readily visible. The experience from finding the leak, removing the old unit and installing the new unit was very smooth. Edwin was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable and just an overall pleasure to have working in my home.

We recently had the pleasure of working with JT from ProFlo Plumbing. We were experiencing a leak under the kitchen sink. He accessed the pipe in the crawl space under the house, updated the pipe and now the sink is draining much faster! He was also happy to answer any questions about other plumbing issues in the house. Nick from Proflo plumbing was superb! I called him in a panic as my kitchen sink was leaking and I couldnt operate easily in the kitchen which at this point is critical as I am caring for someone that is ill. The next day, he arrived on time and he was very courteous. What I thought was a drainage problem was actually more and required replacement of the garbage disposal which I had planned to do at a later date. Nick could have easily fixed the drainage problem, collected my money and then come again and charged me for the garbage disposal. However, he was extremely honest and said that fixing the drainage problem without the garbage disposal is dishonest and wouldnt solve any problems in the long run. We agreed and he charged a minimal incremental fee to replace the garbage disposal with the new one I had already purchased.I was so pleased with his work that I also asked him to help me install a new faucet and fix a leak in the bathroom which he stayed an extra hour to do.We are senior citizens so sometimes it takes us longer to understand whats going on and make decisions. Nick had patience and took the time to explain everything with us which I greatly appreciate! I wouldnt hesitate to call Nick from Proflo Plumbing again and refer him to others.

Had a slow draiing shower. Initially I called Nick but he was booked straight and could not come out for a week. I called another licenced plumber who could not figure it out, clocked the drain more and was recommending opening up the wall in the kitchen to access the tub drain. I ended up calling Nick back who squeezed me in. He came out and within 5 mins had the drain unclocked...I would highly recommend this company and if needed will use them again in the future...Thank you Nick!!!

We called Pro Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Nick Romigh. After explaining the situation to Nick, we set an appointment for Wednesday (10/14/2020) for 9 am. He arrived on time, established all items and returned early afternoon at 2pm.He was completed at 3:30 pm, cleaned up after repairing 2 toilets and replacing a garbage disposal.The bill estimate given that morning included parts and labor and that was the end result!We would utilize his company again four our plumbing requirements. He is a professional, on time and quickly works the problems to a quick, positive, satisfying result!

We also used the City of Gulfports hourly usage data to know what kind of leak we were dealing with.His availability and response were super. Glad we connected, and I have his number now ;)

I highly recommend Nick and his company, but only if you are looking for a professional that shows up when he says he will, performs over-the-top customer service and at a very fair price! Otherwise, there are plenty of inferior and pricier options out there for you to consider. He makes you feel like family. You dont expect this kind of service living in a large town!

I cant say enough about Nick at Pro Flo. I called to request a quote to replace our hot water heater and not only was his pricing well below the competitors he was able to do it the same day with precision and excellence. As he was leaving he asked if I had anything else he could help with, just so happened I had a faucet that wasnt working properly. He took the additional 10 minutes and fixed it saving me the cost of a new one. Great job! Would recommend him to everyone.
